David Jonsson is already enjoying the perks of being Wakanda's new king ... stepping out with a bevy of beauties just one day after landing the coveted "Black Panther" mantle.

The 32-year-old actor was spotted leaving Mr. Chow Sunday in Beverly Hills surrounded by several women -- and he looked plenty comfortable with his new crew ... slinging an arm around one of the ladies before everyone piled into a waiting SUV.

The dinner came one day after Ryan Coogler officially introduced David as the new Black Panther during Marvel's presentation at San Diego Comic-Con.

Photos from the wedding show Emma and Cody sealing the deal with a kiss. Emma is also seen holding hands with her son, Rhodes, as they walked down the aisle for the emotional moment.

Emma stunned in a white chiffon wedding gown with a high slit and matching headband, while Cody looked sharp in a classic black tuxedo, according to photos obtained by Page Six.

Larry the Cable Guy is on the mend after a sudden illness landed him in the hospital.

A rep for the stand-up comedian tells TMZ ... Larry was hospitalized in Lincoln, Nebraska, late Thursday night, where doctors diagnosed him with appendicitis.

After a couple days laid up in bed, we're told he was released from the hospital Saturday. He's already home and feeling much better.

Emma Roberts has a big weekend ahead ... 'cause TMZ has learned the actress is set to marry her fiancé, Cody John, in an intimate ceremony in Idaho.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Emma and Cody are tying the knot Saturday at Cody's family estate in Sun Valley, where close family and friends will gather to celebrate the couple's big day.

Emma confirmed the couple's engagement in July 2024, posting a smiling photo with Cody ... while showing off her diamond ring and joking in the caption, "Putting this here before my mom tells everyone."

Jim Carrey is saddened by the sudden death of “The Mask” director Chuck Russell ... and he's explained why their connection was so profound.

Jim tells TMZ ... “I consider it a privilege to have worked with Chuck Russell, who, during the shooting of 'The Mask,' created an ebullient, childlike atmosphere of wonder and camaraderie on his set."

Jim continues ... "The entire cast and crew were touched and inspired by his playfulness. Every one of us has been many years blessed by that buoyant and timeless moment. I consider 'The Mask' one of the jewels of my creative life. Thank you, Chuck."

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' daughter Suri Noelle is joining the family business ... because she just booked a part in a modern Shakespeare adaptation in Scotland.

Suri -- who stopped using her "Cruise" surname back in 2024 -- and a group of other students at Carnegie Mellon University are headed across the pond to perform "Midsummer!" ... a modern-verse translation of "A Midsummer Night's Dream."

The play will blend "Appalachian folk and house music, queer liberation, and Pittsburgh's industrial aesthetic." Despite the obviously American elements included in the work, the play will run throughout the Edinburgh Festival Fringe next month ... with performances every day at 12:30 PM.

Sad news for Ben and Casey Affleck ... the famous actors have said goodbye to their mom, Chris Affleck, who died in June after a battle with pancreatic cancer.

Chris Anne Affleck passed away on June 2 after she was diagnosed with cancer in December, according to her obituary. 

Born in New York City in 1942, Chris was a graduate of Harvard University who taught public school for 35 years and was a staunch civil rights advocate for her entire life.

She married Timothy Affleck, with whom she had two children -- Ben in 1972 and Casey in 1975. Around 1975, they all moved to Massachusetts, but Chris and Tim later divorced when Ben was 12.   

Kaylee Hottle was signed on and preparing to shoot a superhero film at the time of her tragic death ... TMZ has learned.

The actress signed on to star in the film "What Doesn't Kill Us" in 2024, and the final script was expected to be finished in August 2026. A production start date had yet to be set.

Screenwriter Andy Mingo tells TMZ ... he and co-writer Anna Campbell are currently grieving Kaylee's death but believe her character will be kept in the script.

Andy says they need to chat with Elliot and Lucas Woolrich, who created the concept for the film, but added ... "I think [they will choose] to keep her character out of respect and keep her spirit in the film."

Johnny Depp gave Comic-Con the cold shoulder Thursday ... popping out as Ebenezer Scrooge and greeting the crowd with a grouchy "Humbug!"

Depp surprised attendees when he appeared through the door of a snow-dusted mock Ebenezer storefront in full Victorian garb -- top hat, long coat, fingerless gloves, and cane -- before stopping to scowl at the commotion around him.

The actor stayed completely in character ... staring down the crowd, muttering miserably and eventually retreating indoors without coughing up a penny -- classic Scrooge.

The rapper and executive producer hosted Tuesday night's premiere at the Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York, where he welcomed the crowd and told them they would quickly find characters to root for and others to root against.

After the screening, 50 took the stage inside the Rose Theatre for a surprise performance ... rapping some of his biggest hits, including the "Fightland" theme song, before closing with "Hate It or Love It."

Jason Alexander made amends with Courtney Stodden after she blasted him over a decade-old crude sketch they did together ... but TMZ has learned the "Seinfeld" icon did even more than apologize ... he broke out his wallet.

Our sources say Jason made a $15K donation to Unchained At Last, an organization that's leading the fight to end child marriage in the United States. Courtney is a huge supporter of the group's mission.

A rep for Jason confirmed to TMZ the actor made a donation -- but declined to add additional details about the amount we heard.

Kaylee Hottle's dad says the family doesn't know the two guys who survived the car crash that took his teen daughter's life.

Joshua Hottle tells TMZ ... Kaylee was in Maryland visiting a female friend of hers, but that friend wasn't in the car when it ran off the road Tuesday morning and crashed into a ditch.

He says Kaylee was riding in the backseat of the car with two males who they don't know.

Joshua tells us the family hasn't been able to confirm what relationships she had with the 19-year-old driver and the other passenger.

The driver in the crash that killed "Godzilla vs. Kong" actress Kaylee Hottle was NOT impaired by alcohol ... though investigators in Maryland are still waiting to learn whether drugs were involved.

The Frederick County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... they have ruled out alcohol impairment for the 19-year-old driver, but results from a drug test have not yet come back.

As for whether the driver could face criminal charges ... the sheriff's office says "that is still under investigation."

11:40 AM PT -- Universal tells TMZ ... "Our records show that all invoices relating to the Glad av Gillberga were paid in full, including repairs. The studio and the production have contacted the association to clear up any misunderstanding.”

"The Odyssey" is a major blockbuster thanks to its impressive visuals, including a replica Viking ship ... but now the company that rented out the vessel claims it was damaged during filming ... and they say Universal hasn't paid for repairs.

The Swedish non-profit Värmland Vikingaleden Association rented the studio its ship -- the Glad av Gillberga -- for the Christopher Nolan epic ... but the center's chairman, Peter Olausson, told multiple outlets the studio didn't pay the full bill, which includes costs for wear and tear.

He says all Universal paid was the rent fee and nothing else.

Olausson blasted the studio ... saying the $6,000 he needs for repairs is peanuts, especially considering the flick raked in around $264,100,000 in ticket sales over its opening weekend.
