Sebastian Maniscalco is addressing the backlash over SiriusXM's decision to replace its Raw Comedy channel ... making it clear he wasn't involved in axing comedians on the platform.

The comedian took to Instagram Stories on Wednesday to say he hears and supports his fellow comics, adding he understands how difficult the grind can be because he's been there himself.

Sebastian said the decision to remove Raw Comedy was made by SiriusXM before he joined the lineup ... but he's now working with the company to showcase a wide range of stand-up voices, from newcomers and emerging talent to established comedians.

Halle Berry has completed a mandatory parenting program as she battles ex-husband Olivier Martinez over custody of their son ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Berry signed a certificate Tuesday verifying she completed the Los Angeles Superior Court's "Our Children First" online mediation orientation and parent education program.

The docs state Shia "has agreed that the non-disclosure provisions (NDAs) contained in the parties' June 2025 settlement of the 2020 lawsuit are terminated and void; this action has therefore achieved its purpose."

The filing also claims the NDA violated the Stand Together Against Non-Disclosure Act ... a California state law which bans NDAs involving sexual assault, sexual harassment, and sex-based discrimination.
