Blake Lively is outraged by Justin Baldoni's latest declaration in their bombastic PR war, claiming her former costar thinks sexual harassment victims should NOT be protected under the law.

Here's the deal ... late Thursday, the "It Ends With Us" director clapped back at Blake's attempt to get his lawsuit against her thrown out ... opposing her motion on the grounds she allegedly orchestrated, participated in and directed a smear campaign "designed to ruin the reputations and careers" of his production company.

His attorney also invoked Justin's First Amendment right to drag her into court for making false accusations about him.

Russell Brand is now facing rape and sexual assault charges for 4 separate alleged incidents, dating as far back as 1999.

The comedian was hit with with one count of rape, one count of indecent assault, one count of oral rape and 2 counts of sexual assault ...  this according to London's Metropolitan Police Service.

Detectives began investigating the comedian after a series of allegations were made against him in 2023 ... and, they now allege Brand committed a series of assaults between 1999 and 2005.

Baldoni just filed his response to Blake's motion to dismiss his lawsuit in federal court -- giving several reasons why the judge should not let the actress off the hook.

In the docs, Baldoni accuses Blake of orchestrating, participating in and directing a smear campaign "designed to ruin the reputations and careers of the Wayfarer parties."

Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis made a surprise appearance together Thursday to promote the sequel to their popular 2003 film, "Freaky Friday."

The actresses made an appearance during CinemaCon, strolling onstage at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas to talk to fans about their upcoming movie, "Freakier Friday," set to be released August 8.

The two were all smiles, with Jamie wrapping an arm around Lindsay, who told the crowd, “We can’t begin to tell you how amazing it’s been to be back in Anna and Tess’s shoes."

Of course, Lindsay was referring to the characters she and Jamie played in the fantasy comedy -- Anna and Tess Coleman. In the original film, Tess and Anna are mother and daughter and they wake up one day to discover they've switched bodies.

At the event, Jamie tweaked Lindsay's comments, telling the crowd they wouldn't be spending "much time in those shoes actually since this Friday is even freakier because this time we have doubled the swaps.”

Lindsay said fans would get to see her and Jamie "take on all new personalities because we find the bodies we have swapped with our teenage counterparts.”

The trailer for "Freakier Friday" revealed that this time around there's a four-way body swap involving Anna, Tess and Anna’s daughter and stepdaughter.

At Thursday's event, Curtis noted moviegoers would get to view her like “never before thanks to a very aggressive teenage makeover.”

Brooklyn native Brenda Vaccaro was in her mid-30s when she scored an Oscar nomination for playing Linda Riggs -- the ambitious and beautiful gal prepared to do anything to maintain her status in the Wayne family -- in the 1975 family-drama film "Once Is Not Enough."

Brenda shared the big screen with Kirk Douglas as the highly-ranked and charismatic movie producer, Mike Wayne, David Janssen as the rebellious struggling writer, Tom Colt, and Melina Mercouri as the glamorous former showgirl, Karla.

A new trailer for "Superman" has dropped ... and, it's giving fans a longer look at Krypto the Superdog -- and, a peek inside the Fortress of Solitude.

According to CNN affiliate, Antena 3, the Romanian Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) has filed a criminal complaint against Van Damme claiming he knowingly had sex with several women who were being trafficked.

Per the report, the actor allegedly met with several people also under investigation for sex trafficking crimes who offered to let him have sex with 5 Romanian models as a "gift."
