Kanye West's randomly stumbled onto a responsibility through his latest performance art piece -- producing The Game's new album!!!

Monday night, Ye tweeted that he's quitting X, again ... and opted to unveil his latest composition on Instagram -- a 3-part track named "Tina" featuring himself, Game and Jim Jones.

Game and Ye teased the track last night after recording it ... by sliding into Beyonce's mom Tina Knowles' DM, although it doesn't sound the song has anything to do with her.

A woman charged by the feds in an alleged scheme to "steal" Elvis Presley's Graceland estate mansion has pleaded guilty to mail fraud ... but her aggravated identity theft charge has been dismissed.

Lisa Jeanine Findley claimed Lisa Marie Presley -- Elvis' daughter -- had borrowed $3.8 million and put up Graceland as collateral, before Lisa Marie died in 2023. Findley then threatened to auction off Graceland if the Presley family didn't pay off the loan

Lisa Marie's daughter, Riley Keough, filed a lawsuit claiming the company's alleged loan documents were fraudulent -- and a judge stopped the proceedings.

1:37 PM PT -- Franky's brother, Flyy Soulja, tells TMZ ... "My brother was in the passenger’s seat of his car and his girlfriend was driving. They were pulled over after they ran through a stop sign."

He continued, "The car was under his name, and because of the past, we are forever listed as being gang members. But we are not currently in no gang. My brother had a gun that was assembled in a house. He carries it for his protection, nothing gang related. He carries a gun like every other American."

One half of the Island Boys, Franky Venegas, has been arrested in Florida for alleged gun and drug offenses — and he's currently in the clink, TMZ has learned.

On Sunday, Franky was booked into the Collier County Jail in Naples, FL, before he posed for a mug shot with his famous tattoos all over his face, according to police records.

Cops say Franky was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and delivering/possessing/selling a firearm with an altered serial number.

The R&B singer emerged into fame in the 1970s with her version of the song "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face."

Another well-known song of hers, "Killing Me Softly With His Song," was covered by the Fugees in the 1990s, with Lauryn Hill crooning on the track.

Diddy's legal team is attacking the search warrants federal agents obtained to raid his homes and examine his internet history -- claiming feds "made false statements" in their applications for the warrants.

The super producer's lawyers filed the documents Sunday ... asking a judge to suppress all of the evidence obtained in the searches because the government "presented a grossly distorted picture of the facts" when obtaining the warrants.

Diddy's team says the feds had a variety of evidence that would prove at least one alleged victim willingly participated in the so-called "freak-offs." In court documents, the feds define a "Freak Off" as days-long sexual activity between Diddy, a woman and a male commercial sex workers, some of whom were transported over state lines.
