Smokey Robinson is trying to turn up the heat on a woman accusing him of sexual abuse ... asking the court to compel her deposition and to sanction her attorneys.

The singer-songwriter filed the new document Thursday ... claiming Jane Doe 2’s attorneys won't set up a date for her deposition -- and telling the judge the delay isn’t fair to Smokey.

Robinson argues his livelihood is being affected by the delay ... because each day these allegations against him drag out affects his touring income.

Our cameras were rolling when Ye arrived at the federal courthouse in Manhattan Friday ... hopping out of a black car in an all-white outfit.

Check out this clip of Justin outside Malibu's Soho House on Thursday -- he went off on the paps, telling them he was at his wits' end, and declared he's not afraid to set boundaries, especially now that he's a dad.

Justin was one step ahead ... telling the paps he knew they’d twist the footage to make it look like he was the bad guy when, in reality, they were just trying to incite him into overreacting.

The 23rd day of testimony in the federal racketeering and sex trafficking trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs in NYC began with testimony from a law enforcement agent who conducted the raid on the disgraced music mogul's L.A. estate in 2024.

Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent Andre LaMon took the stand and answered questions from the prosecution first ... he said he works in the L.A. office of the Human Trafficking Unit, and has executed as many as 50 to 60 search warrants during his career.

LaMon was asked about photos of evidence seized in a raid on Diddy's L.A. estate last year, which were shown to the jury. LaMon testified agents found a total of 200 bottles of baby oil, along with 900 bottles of Astroglide, in various locations at the residence, and some lingerie.
