Gene Simmons threw four ceremonial first pitches Saturday night at Angel Stadium ... and the Angels used his shot at a fifth to troll Jayden Daniels over the Commanders QB's fight to protect his old No. 5 jersey at LSU.

The team piled on after the performance ... posting a photo of Simmons on X and joking, "He asked to throw a 5th pitch but we had to say no out of respect for Jayden Daniels."

The punch line was aimed squarely at Daniels' ongoing dispute with LSU ... after the school gave his former No. 5 to sophomore cornerback DJ Pickett.

Chrisean Rock wasn't inside the ring Saturday night ... but she took her sister Tesehki's loss like it was her own.

Chrisean livestreamed herself watching the fight and became increasingly emotional as Big Lex took control ... eventually breaking down in tears. At one point, she turned to her viewers and asked, “Why do I feel like I lost?”

Big Lex ultimately defeated Tesehki by unanimous decision after three rounds at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena ... winning all three judges' scorecards and claiming the "Baddies" championship.

Sid Wilson appears to be making his Slipknot exit Instagram-official ... changing a key line in his bio following the band's split with its longtime DJ.

Wilson's Instagram bio previously identified him as being with the Slipknot "gang since 1997." Now, the wording has been changed to "1997-2026" -- a pretty telling update following his departure from the band.

The change comes just weeks after TMZ exclusively reported that Sid is permanently booted from Slipknot.

Taylor Swift traded the stadium spotlight for the English countryside this weekend ... turning up for the wedding of two longtime music-industry insiders at Peter Gabriel's legendary Real World Studios.

Swift was among the star-studded guests celebrating recording engineers Oli Jacobs and Laura Sisk at the sprawling studio complex outside Bath, Gloucestershire ... showing off her bridal boulder of a ring and socializing with fellow celebs.

Sisk has been a longtime fixture in Swift's musical world, collaborating with the superstar and her frequent creative partner Jack Antonoff dating back to the "1989" era. More recently, Sisk and Jacobs worked with Swift on "The Tortured Poets Department," also including sessions with Antonoff.

Noah Kahan turned his sold-out Rose Bowl show into an even bigger spectacle Saturday night ... bringing out Chappell Roan for a surprise performance.

The pop stars teamed up to perform Roan's song "California," and the massive Los Angeles crowd a went wild.

Ray J got the last laugh Saturday night, defeating Orlando Brown by unanimous decision in a three-round celebrity boxing matchup at Atlanta's State Farm Arena.

The fight, which aired on the Zeus Network, was part of the undercard for the Claressa Shields-Kaye Scott showdown ... and while the matchup had been heavily hyped, the action inside the ring was considerably more entertaining than it was competitive.

The victory gave Ray J a little redemption after his previous bout ended with him being knocked out by Supa Hot Fire at Brand Risk 14 in May. Ray was also hospitalized following that loss.

Mathew Rosengart released a statement after two companies filed a lawsuit against Selena, her mother, Mandy Teefey, and their former business partner, Daniella Pierson, claiming they misrepresented the strength of their mental health company, Wondermind, to investors.

He tells TMZ ... allegations against Selena engaged in any fraud or other wrongdoing are "completely meritless, both factually and legally." PEOPLE was the first to report Rosengart's statement.

Dolly Parton was forced to miss a major event at her beloved Dollywood theme park this week after her doctor advised her to stay in Nashville amid ongoing health issues.

The 80-year-old country icon was scheduled to appear in person Friday for the opening of Dollywood’s new roller coaster, NightFlight Expedition ... however, Dolly ended up joining the celebration virtually last-minute.

Dolly -- who appeared on screen wearing fairy wings -- joked that her Nashville doctor had "clipped my wings" and told her she shouldn’t travel this week ... adding she wanted to keep fans informed about what she’s going through.

08/14/2026 6:29 PM PST -- Slipknot released the deleted statement on their music festival Knotfest's Instagram.

Sid Wilson's officially out of Slipknot ... or at least he was for a hot minute -- before the band deleted their social media post announcing the news.

Here's the deal ... the group's official Instagram account put up a simple black and white post which reads, "Effective immediately, Slipknot will no longer be associated with Sid Wilson. We wish him the best in his future endeavors."

Then, for reasons unknown, the band took the post down a short time later ... so it's unclear where they stand with Sid.

Cops showed up at Blueface's home after he was seen kicking his pregnant girlfriend into the pool, but he was not arrested ... TMZ has learned.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department responded to the rapper's Santa Clarita home Wednesday night after a concerned person noticed a video of him kicking his heavily pregnant girlfriend, Nevaeh Akira ... forcing her into a pool.

The kick was livestreamed and is currently making its way around the internet ... but it appears Nevaeh wasn't too concerned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... authorities made contact with her and she told them there was no altercation with Blueface and she didn't suffer any injuries. As a result, cops didn't make any arrests.

Cardi B is calling BS on BIA, claiming her diss track was all true ... and warning her rap rival she's got plenty of dirt tucked away.

Cardi came out swinging in a Spaces chat on X ... repeatedly demanding, "What's true?" before launching into a laundry list of claims about BIA.

She claims BIA desperately wanted to be friends before their beef and repeatedly sent word through mutual friends that she had no problem with Cardi ... and Cardi says she's got recordings to prove it.
