A lunch outing turned into a terrifying ordeal for a family at the Tesla Diner in Los Angeles -- and now, they’re planning legal action.

George tells TMZ his wife, Valentina, was struck by outdoor patio furniture Monday afternoon as they dined on the rooftop patio of the Tesla Diner, which has been open for just one week.

The couple had just received their food and were seated when an outdoor patio covering came loose and "brutally" struck her in the forehead.

Eleven people were stabbed over the weekend at a Walmart in Michigan, in what authorities are calling a random and unprovoked attack.

The Grand Traverse County Sheriff's Office said a 42-year-old man entered the store around 4:45 PM and used a folding knife to stab 11 people before being taken into custody. A sheriff's deputy arrived within minutes, with help from bystanders in subduing the suspect and aiding the victims.

Munson Healthcare confirmed all 11 victims were being treated at its regional hospital. Six were listed in critical condition, and five were in serious condition. The Sheriff said the suspect is believed to be a Michigan resident. The weapon used appeared to be a folding knife.

A Royal Caribbean crew member has died after going overboard on Icon of the Seas Thursday night -- and heart-wrenching footage of the rescue is circulating online.

A rescue crew was able to retrieve the unidentified man from the water -- but he did not survive the fall.

Royal Caribbean confirmed the death in a statement to TMZ, saying ... "Our crew immediately initiated a search and rescue operation, but unfortunately the crew member passed away. We extend our condolences to the crew member’s family and loved ones. To respect their privacy, we have no additional details to share."

Return to the Land is a private membership group that supports "traditional views and European ancestry" ... reading between the lines, it's a group of white people who think diversity's a problem in the melting pot -- and advocating for association with individuals who have a "common ancestry." They currently have a community based in Northeast Arkansas.

BTW ... only a certain type of person with European ancestors can join -- no Jewish people allowed in these communities.
