Vanderbilt quarterback Diego Pavia's brother found himself in cuffs again this weekend after getting arrested during Saturday's win over Tennessee, marking the second time he’s been tossed behind bars.
Javier Pavia was busted for public intoxication at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville after he allegedly clashed with event staff in the stands, according to Knox News.
According to the outlet, stadium workers told police Javier kept blocking fans with a massive flag, ignoring repeated warnings to put it down. When officers approached, Javier allegedly slurred his words, swayed on his feet, and got loud and combative with staff and cops.

The bullets started flying Saturday night at a banquet hall in Stockton where the family celebration was underway, according to police.

The witness video, obtained by the Wall Street Journal, appears to show suspect Rahmanullah Lakanwal with a revolver in his hand, and you can hear gunfire from a National Guard member as they return fire. You can also see a U.S. soldier on the ground.
As we've reported, Staff Sgt. Andrew Wolfe and specialist Sarah Beckstrom were both shot during the Wednesday afternoon attack ... and 20-year-old Beckstrom died Thursday from her injuries. Sgt. Wolfe remains in critical condition.
These new images of the intense firefight -- just 3 blocks from the White House -- were captured by a witness as they were driving past the chaotic scene. The suspect was also shot and severely injured when he was taken down and captured shortly after this video was recorded.

Two National Guard troops were shot in Washington, D.C. Wednesday afternoon, and at least one suspect was taken into custody. There are conflicting reports on whether the two victims were later pronounced dead.
National Guard soldiers were on "high visibility patrol" when an unidentified male suspect approached and shot the two victims, CNN reports, citing the D.C. Metro Police Dept. Other guardsmen overpowered the suspect and took him into custody. The suspect had no I.D., and was not cooperating with police.
West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey tweeted at 3:42 PM ET ... "It is with great sorrow that we can confirm both members of the West Virginia National Guard who were shot earlier today in Washington, DC have passed away from their injuries." Twenty minutes later, the governor sent a new tweet: "We are now receiving conflicting reports about the condition of our two Guard members and will provide additional updates once we receive more complete information."

Milwaukee rapper Chicken P is already in the slammer serving 6 years on drug-related charges ... and just may be in there longer after being indicted on multiple counts of rape, attempted rape, gross sexual imposition, abduction, and public indecency.
According to federal court docs filed on November 6, the rapper -- born Rahkeib Smith -- is alleged to have sexually assaulted a Jane Doe between March 11 and March 12, 2024, at a residence in Cleveland, Ohio.
The docs don't detail the narrative, but the charges are steep ... Chicken P is accused of having sexual intercourse with Jane Doe without her consent and through physical force.

That was fast ... prosecutors in Los Angeles County say they've charged three men with murder in the fatal shooting of Maria De La Rosa, a singer who went by the stage name DELAROSA.
Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman says the alleged killers in the "ambush-style attack" are 27-year-old Francisco Otilio Gaytan, 27-year-old Benny LiconGomez, and 21-year-old Eduardo Lopez ... prosecutors say they are all from Northridge, where the shooting occurred early Saturday morning ... and each has been charged with one felony count of murder and two felony counts of attempted second-degree robbery.
Hochman says the men allegedly approached a parked car shortly before 1:25 AM on Nov. 22 on Bryant Street in Northridge ... they demanded money and then opened fire, killing DELAROSA. She was in the car with two friends, who were not harmed.
Hong Kong Dozens Killed in Catastrophic Tower Fires ... Residents Trapped Inside as Inferno Rages

12:18 PM PT -- Hong Kong police arrested three men on suspicion of manslaughter in relation to the apartment building inferno, according to CNN.
A fire spread across multiple high-rise apartment towers in Hong Kong on Wednesday, reportedly killing at least 36 people ... with many more trapped inside as the blaze rages on.
According to CNN, seven of the eight buildings from the Wang Fuk Court complex -- which reportedly holds 2,000 apartments -- were still on fire Wednesday as more people were believed to be trapped inside. The New York Times later reported 279 people were missing as of Wednesday afternoon.
CNN reports that at least 767 firefighters were deployed to tackle the fire. At least one firefighter has been counted among the dead.
