Sources tell us ... Gomez was feeling horrible during and after the show, complaining of nausea and a severe headache.

She was taken to a Los Angeles area hospital and is still there, undergoing tests.

We're told the exact cause of her illness is not yet known.

UPDATE: Selena just canceled her performance tonight at Santa Monica Place, an outdoor mall in L.A.

Hudson's rep tells us ... "After performing on ‘Good Morning America’ earlier today, Jennifer Hudson went to the hospital due to severe abdominal pains."

After the fall, Shania Twain posted a video on her website ... saying, "I'm here to tell you that I now realize I don't need a stunt double ... to wipe out on my way to the CMT Awards stage."

She added, "I didn't hurt myself ... I have a bit of a sore thumb. That's about it."

As we first reported, after cops arrived at the Hollywood restaurant where Weston went off, they strapped him to a gurney and placed him in an ambulance, fearing he was unstable.

Sources tell TMZ ... Weston was at The Farmer's Kitchen in Hollywood at around 4:00 today, when his trainer told him he couldn't eat something on the menu. For some reason, we're told Weston went off and started pushing the trainer in a violent way, at one point trying to roundhouse the trainer.

The trainer took Weston down, and someone else tried calming Nic's son down, to no avail. Weston got up and continued freaking out.

The Insane Clown Posse -- the group behind the GOJ -- just announced the return of the 4-day concert via YouTube ... with a line-up that includes MC Hammer, Psycho Jesus, and Lil Wyte.

Tila Tequila and Method Man were featured performers at last year's Gathering -- but each left the stage dripping with blood after fans went ballistic ... and pelted them with rocks and beer cans.

The concert is set to go down in August -- leaving Hammer with a whole 2 months to change his mind ... unless he really needs the money.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the area where Kingston crashed last weekend is a manatee zone -- and according to Florida state law, boats and watercrafts are prohibited from producing a wake in manatee-populated areas.

Based on the jet ski damage ... Kingston probably produced a wake before his accident -- but law enforcement is still investigating to figure out exactly what happened prior to the crash.

A babysitter was home with the children at the time of the fire. Adkins' wife Rhonda told WSMV the family had a fire plan in place.

Rhonda was not home at the time and Trace is traveling to Alaska.

Brian Goss, the Asst. Fire Chief for the Brentwood Fire & Rescue Dept., tells TMZ the fire started in the garage and spread up the walls and to the attic -- but the cause was not yet known.

Sources close to Whitney wouldn't elaborate on what the additional treatment entails -- but we're told the singer has hired a round-the-clock life coach to help keep her on track.

Panic! At The Disco front man Brendon Urie broke the holy hell out of his left ankle during a concert in Florida this weekend ... but somehow managed to FINISH THE CONCERT!!!

It's pretty crazy -- Brendon reportedly snapped the ankle while climbing back on to the stage after going into the crowd.

After taking off his shoe and showing off his wound, Brendon told the crowd, "There's like a softball in my ankle ... my left leg is done for the show, if you don't mind ... the show will go on if you'll have us."

He added, "It looks like my grandma's goiter."

According to Local10.com, the "Beautiful Girls" singer had a female passenger on board his watercraft when it crashed into a bridge (see below) around 6:00 PM local time. We're told both Kingston and his passenger were rescued from the water by a good Samaritan.

The Miami Fire Dept. responded to the scene and both Kingston and his female passenger were transported to nearby Jackson Memorial Hospital. We're told Kingston's injuries are so severe, he is being treated in the trauma ward.

We're told ... at this moment, officials do not believe alcohol played a role in the crash.

Kingston's rep tells TMZ ... "Sean Kingston was in an accident today. No further details are available at the moment. He and his family thank everyone for the well-wishes."

Officials are investigating the cause of the crash.

Prince Frederic von Anhalt placed the call on May 17 -- telling the operator, "It's my wife ... her stomach is bleeding. Please send a car right away, shes going to die."

Sources on the late night flight from NY to LA tell us a passenger began vomiting, then had a seizure. We're told Fergie and Josh's bodyguard, Pascal -- a mountain of a man -- jumped up to help flight attendants move the passenger into the aisle.

We're told a doctor, who happened to be on board, performed CPR -- then Pascal moved the man to the back of the plane, where flight attendants attached him to a heart monitor.

The flight was diverted to Las Vegas ... and the passenger received treatment at a nearby hospital.

Winehouse is now seeking treatment for "alcohol addiction" at

the Priory Clinic, a prestigious UK rehab center.

Amy's people released a statement saying, "[Amy] wants to be ready for performances in Europe this summer and decided to seek an assessment. She will remain at the Priory on doctors' advice."

According to reports, Amy's issues are so bad ... she even drank a small bottle of vodka on her way to the facility Wednesday.
