Rudy Giuliani is feeling better after his car accident in New Hampshire ... because he's been released from the hospital!
The former NYC mayor and President Trump's ex-lawyer walked out of the hospital on his own Monday afternoon following his Saturday night crash in Manchester, NH, during which he suffered a broken vertebra, according to his son, Andrew.
Andrew told WABC News his dad is in lots of pain, but there are "few tougher than Rudy Giuliani.” Andrew also said he initially thought the worst after hearing about the accident, but now he's encouraged by the fact that Rudy is “up and moving around” and starting physical therapy.

Scary news from Tour de France winner Chris Froome -- the cyclist was involved in a violent crash during a training session ... sustaining serious injuries, including broken ribs and a fractured back.
The incident occurred on Wednesday when Froome -- a two-time Olympic medalist -- was working out solo in a small French city.
"Chris was airlifted to a hospital in Toulon yesterday afternoon following a serious training crash," his team said in a statement on Thursday. "No other cyclists or vehicles were involved."

Good news for Stuart "Syko Stu" Smith on the medical front ... the pro wrestler is conscious and communicating from his hospital bed, according to Douglas Malo, the man who came to the rescue and stopped Raja Jackson during the brutal attack.
"[Stu] remembers mostly what happened during the early parts of the day. He's talking a little bit. He's alert. He's still got some injuries that are very serious. Not, like, life-threatening serious, but, facial injuries, stuff like that," Malo told TMZ Sports.
Smith has been hospitalized since the violent and ugly incident on Saturday ... which could've been significantly worse if Malo hadn't stepped in and stopped Raja's attack.

An L.A. County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson said deputies didn’t respond to this exact scene, but were called to a street takeover about three miles away at around the same time.
