Kevin Costner is living it up despite his character's suicide in "Yellowstone" ... partying and hobnobbing in New York City.

The "Yellowstone" star seemed full of life Monday at a shindig in the Big Apple ... smiling and laughing with other party guests, including track and field athlete Rainy Castaneda.

Kevin looked sharp with some thick black glasses and a goatee ... and everyone appeared to be having a great time.

Jason Kelce's trip to Los Angeles is going a helluva lot better than his most recent one to Happy Valley ... he was spotted out in the City of Angels on Sunday celebrating the Eagles' win -- and didn't appear to have one single issue with fans.

The former Philadelphia offensive lineman was seen at a couple watering holes on the westside of L.A. ... helping bartenders pass out drinks while also cheering on his ex-team as it blasted the Cowboys in Dallas.

Throughout the afternoon, he interacted with several people ... and every encounter appeared to be nothing but pleasant.

Sources tell TMZ ... the rap mogul's 3 sons, Christian, Quincy, and Justin, got into a heated face-off with Ray J outside influencer Tara Electra's Unruly Agency Halloween bash in Los Angeles over the weekend.

We're told that when the party wrapped in the early hours, Ray J made his way to the parking lot along with his crew, Amber Rose, and manager David Weintraub ... but was confronted by Diddy's 3 sons.

Here's further proof Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld's relationship is pretty serious ... the two threw on a couples' costume and hosted a huge Halloween bash for all of Allen's Buffalo Bills teammates.

The party went down on Monday night -- and it was officially dubbed "Josh & Hailee's Circus Showdown 2024."

Allen wore a ringleader red coat and black top hot for the occasion, while Steinfeld wore a similar -- yet far sexier! -- get-up.

Snoop Dogg's still living a young, wild and free life ... getting down on a party bus -- one he wasn't invited to board in the first place.

The rapper posted a video on X Saturday night ... saying he just crashed a random party bus -- and he hopes they all enjoyed spending about a minute with him before they continued on their merry way.

Diddy has at least one celebrity showing him some support ... Bow Wow says the music industry has been missing out on the rap mogul's famous parties due to his mountain of legal issues that have put a stop to them.

Last week, BW was interviewed by host Rocsi Diaz on the "More To The Story" podcast — and the two got on the subject of "takedowns" in the industry without specifically naming Diddy but implying it was him.

Diaz first asked BW if he was nervous about the takedowns — and BW said he, personally, wasn't feeling the heat.

Christian "King" Combs isn't letting his dad's legal woes get in the way of him having a good time ... a video of King partying was posted days after he attended Diddy's latest court hearing in the mogul's federal criminal case.

Hollywood will have to do without the famous Casamigos Halloween party this year ... TMZ has learned the star-studded event is not happening in 2024.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the popular Halloween bash, hosted annually by founders George Clooney and Rande Gerber, is a no-go this year ... which is sure to upset the usual celeb-filled guest list.

We're told George and Rande will both be out of town the day the event is typically held -- which is normally the Friday before Halloween -- as the actor will be on set filming and RG will be away with wife Cindy Crawford, who is also a regular at the spooky soiree.
