Perez Hilton's mother needs financial help as she raises his kids while he receives mental health treatment following an alarming TikTok Live ... and the family is seeking donations.
Perez's longtime friend and Tony-winning producer, Tom D'Angora, just launched a GoFundMe... and he says it will help Perez's mom, Teresita Lavandeira, cover the additional costs of caring for his three kids full-time.
The online fundraiser makes it clear -- "None of the money will be used for Perez personally."
Perez Hilton has entered a "residential treatment program" following his alarming TikTok Live last month ... according to his family.
In a statement on his website, the family gave a new update Monday, writing ... "After weeks in the hospital receiving treatment for his physical injuries, Perez entered a residential treatment program where he can focus fully on his mental health and recovery."
They continued ... "This was an important next step, but there's still a long road ahead. Perez is expected to remain in residential treatment for several more weeks, potentially longer, depending on what his treatment team believes is best for his recovery."
Perez Hilton is seriously motivated to sell his Las Vegas mansion ASAP ... so much so that the blogger just lowered the price of the six-bedroom home by $350,000.
Perez initially listed his Sin City house for $4.25 million back in June ... but the asking price on the 6,600-square-foot property is now down to $3.9 million ... a significant reduction.

This includes consent to allow her to make all necessary and reasonable medical and dental care decisions for the children, obtain copies of their records such as birth certificates, enroll them in school, and more.
