Queen Elizabeth's Horse Popped for Juicin'

Published | Updated

First A-Roid ... then Manny ... now Queen Elizabeth herself has been injected into a scandal involving a performance enhancing substance.

It's all over a racehorse owned by the Queen -- officials in England claim the horse, named Moonlit Path, tested positive for a banned substance after a race in March. But here's the catch: Moonlit Path didn't even win the race -- it finished 6th.

The Queen's peeps have already come up with an excuse, claiming Moonlit Path only got the prohibited acid -- which is also used to treat excessive bleeding -- in the best interests of the "horse's welfare."

The British Horseracing Authority has already charged the horse's trainer for the incident ... so far the Queen is clean.

Are Those Song Birds in Your Pants ... ???

Published | Updated

In this case ... a bird on the leg might be worth 10 in the clink.

You're looking at an official photo of some dumbass named Sony Dong who tried to smuggle 14 songbirds into LAX on a commercial flight from Vietnam. Feds moved in on the guy when they noticed bird feathers and droppings on his socks. When they rolled up his pant legs, feds could barely believe what they saw...

But here's where it gets really sad -- feds had been tracking the guy since December, when they found an abandoned suitcase at LAX, checked by Dong, which contained 18 birds ... five of which were dead.

When they saw that Dong was scheduled to travel to Vietnam in April, they waited for him when he got off the plane -- and swooped in for the bust.

Dong has been charged with three counts of illegally importing wildlife, three counts of importing goods by means of false statement and conspiracy. If convicted, Dong could do up to ten years in a cage of his own.

'Star Trek' Widow's Trust -- For the Dogs

Published | Updated

Before Gene Roddenberry's wife joined the "Star Trek" creator in the great beyond last year, she made sure the couple's dogs would live long and prosper after her death -- by willing the pets a frickin' fortune!

TMZ has obtained the Roddenberry trust documents, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, in which Majel Roddenberry made sure her dogs would get to live in one of her multi-million dollar mansions until they die. There's even a $4 million residential trust set up simply for the upkeep of their incredible doggy digs!

There's more: A domestic employee named Reinelda Estupinian -- the person who cared for the pups -- gets $1 million and the right to live in the mansion with the dogs.

In the papers, Majel claimed Reinelda deserves the massive stack of cash because she "did an excellent job of caring for my animals (giving them comparable or better care than that which I gave them during my lifetime)."

As for the Roddenberry's son -- he gets the Bel Air mansion, $60 mil up front and $10 million bonuses when he turns 35, 40 and 45.
