Testimony continued for the third week in Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial in Manhattan Wednesday morning ... with two victims, an L.A. cop and an arson investigator all slated to take the stand today, one day after Capricorn Clark's bombshell testimony.

The prosecution calls LAPD Officer Christopher Ignacio as the first witness of the day. Ignacio is asked about a 911 call on December 11, 2011, at about 8 AM, which he describes as "Code 3, with lights and sirens" to a Hollywood Hills address -- the address is Scott "Kid Cudi" Mescudi's house, the location of an alleged break-in by Diddy and associates, and where Cudi's car was later destroyed by a Molotov cocktail. Ignacio says a Cadillac Escalade was present when officers arrived.

Ignacio says he memorized the license plate of the Escalade ... he became suspicious by "the way it left as soon as we got there." He said they found the front door of the residence unlocked ... inside, officers found expensive watches, purses, some of which were gift-wrapped. He said two detectives arrived, and he said he saw the same black Escalade driving down the hill. Then Cudi arrived in his Porsche.

MMA legend BJ Penn was arrested over the weekend ... after he had a strange run-in with cops that was captured on video.

According to Hawaii Police Department records, Penn was thrown behind bars in Hilo at around 9:40 PM on Sunday on a charge of "abuse family or household member: offensive physical contact."

Records show he was released on $2,000 bail hours later -- at 1:48 AM on Monday. Further details surrounding the arrest were not made immediately available -- we've reached out to cops for comment, but have yet to hear back.

Three cops got into a fatal shootout with a motorist in Virginia -- and it was all caught on police body cam ... and the footage is just wild.

The Fairfax County Police Department publicly released the videos Friday after the April 23 shooting in which the driver, Jamal Wali, was killed by cop bullets in Fair Oaks.

Police say they pulled over Wali because he had an expired registration on his car -- and the fireworks started the moment one of the officers approached the driver’s side window.

Homeland Security Investigations Agent Gerard Gannon is detailing the March 2024 raid on Diddy's Miami estate ... and he testified the feds found assault rifles, loaded magazines, sex toys and some brand-name lubricant.

Gannon told the NYC jury he was the special agent in charge on the ground for the raid ... and the operation was assigned to his unit because the investigation featured human trafficking allegations.

He said about 80 to 90 agents were involved in the search of Diddy's 20,000-square-foot property on Star Island ... with the feds using an armored vehicle to break through the front gate, and deploying boats to make sure nobody tried to flee the waterfront home.

A Hollywood actor -- who scored roles in 'NYPD Blue' and 'CSI Miami' -- believes his daughter did not commit suicide and died under suspicious circumstances ... and now he's suing her estranged boyfriend for wrongful death.

Dwayne Adway filed his lawsuit Monday in L.A. County Superior Court against Makar Kirikov, accusing him of being involved in the death of his daughter, Daelena Mackay.

In the suit, Adway says Daelena and Kirikov lived together for about a year in an L.A. apartment and, during that time, Daelena "experienced multiple incidents of domestic violence" at the hands of Kirikov.

7:35 AM PT -- Miami police tell TMZ they received a call around 3 AM in the area of NE 2nd Avenue and 67th Street, where they initiated an investigation ... which included canvassing the area and interviewing several individuals.

No arrests were made and no injured persons were located at the scene in connection with the call. The investigation is ongoing.

Antonio Brown had a wild Friday night -- walking out of Adin Ross' Brand Risk kickboxing event Friday night in handcuffs after a serious brawl ... and we have it on video.

Check it out ... the NFL star gets into a serious scuffle with several people outside the Miami, Florida venue. The video shows him being aggressively pulled to the ground ... after which he gets up and kicks the individual who tackled him before trying to escape the chaos.

Another video shows the beginning of the brawl ... AB takes several punches after getting into it with one individual. Others join in, and the rowdy altercation sends his hat, sunglasses and more flying to the ground.

Next thing we know ... he's being walked to a police vehicle in handcuffs.

5:52 PM PT -- Sonja Morgan is explaining why she left a restaurant in Florida in an ambulance.

The 'RHONY' star tells PEOPLE in a statement ... "An elderly patron at the restaurant I was dining at appeared to be in distress, and I called for medical assistance. While assisting during the commotion, I sustained some minor injuries and, out of an abundance of caution, accompanied the EMTs to be checked out."

Sonja's statement continued ... "I'm incredibly grateful to the first responders for their swift care and professionalism."

She is also responding to our report that she was given a trespass warning from police ... telling the outlet, "I didn't want to leave. I insisted on making sure she was cared for."

1:10 PM PT -- Sonja Morgan was given a trespass warning last night, according to documents TMZ obtained from the Palm Beach Police Dept. She refused to sign the warning, the doc shows.

Taylor's alleged misconduct happened on May 8 ... after, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, he responded to a fake internet ad cops had posted that promised escort services for cash.

1:50 PM PT -- Jillian Lauren Shriner appeared in court in Downtown L.A. later Tuesday and pled not guilty to both charges.

The wife of Weezer bassist Scott Shriner was hit with felony gun charges Tuesday ... but, she seems to have caught a break -- because she was facing a far more serious allegation.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman formally charged Jillian Lauren Shriner with felony discharge of a firearm with gross negligence, and felony assault with a semiautomatic firearm. Jillian was originally booked on suspicion of attempted murder of a peace officer in the April incident.

As we first reported ... Shriner was shot in the shoulder by police officers after allegedly pointing and firing at them on April 8 -- cops were searching her neighborhood for a suspect in an unrelated crime when she came out of her house with a pistol in her hand to investigate.

TMZ Sports has obtained the police body camera video from Kyle Snyder's prostitution sting arrest last week ... and in it, you can see multiple officers confronted the Olympic wrestling star in a hotel room -- all while he was pantsless.

Authorities say the scene played out just after 8:30 PM on May 9 at a Quality Inn and Suites in Columbus, Ohio ... after Snyder had handed over cash to an undercover police agent and requested oral sex.

The Columbus Police Dept. footage shows several cops barged into his room and placed him in custody for engaging in prostitution.

Former NBA star Zach Randolph is currently at the center of a police investigation ... after cops say a woman told them he roughed her up during a 2024 incident.
