Lil Nas X is still behind bars after his arrest early Thursday morning ... and now we know he's not getting out until at least Monday.

Authorities tell TMZ ... since the "Old Town Road" singer was arrested on suspicion of battery on a police officer, he needs to go before a judge to have his bail set ... and that ain't going to happen until Monday. Seems there are plenty of others in front of him also looking to bail out ... and Nas ain't cuttin' the line.

We're told this particular charge is an automatic appearance ... and he can't be issued a citation and released, like most misdemeanors ... 'cause "cited out" only applies to nonviolent offenses -- and Nas allegedly charged at police.

Check it out ... it opens with one of the roommates in tears as she recalls seeing Kohberger donning a black mask while passing by her -- and even looking at her -- after he fatally stabbed Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin.

The surviving roommate details seeing Kaylee -- moments before she was killed --  sprint downstairs while screaming there was an intruder inside the house. The roommate tells cops she heard the intruder tell Kaylee in a strange tone ... "You’re going to be okay. I’m going to help you."

The man convicted of stalking Caitlin Clark insisted to FBI agents over and over again days before his arrest that he had nothing more than "an imaginary relationship" with the WNBA superstar ... new police video, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows.

The body camera footage was captured outside of an Indianapolis hotel room on Jan. 8 -- after authorities accused Michael Lewis of "sending numerous threats and sexually explicit messages" to Clark beginning on Dec. 12, 2024.

In the clip, you can see a couple FBI agents -- along with multiple Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers -- questioning Lewis for several minutes about his concerning social media posts.

Police are searching for former Vine star Nash Grier's mother-in-law, Nikki Giavasis, after she was reported missing earlier this week ... TMZ has learned.

Nash's wife, Taylor Giavasis, tells us her mom Nikki was last seen at the Westin Hotel in Fort Lauderdale on Monday, August 18. Taylor says Nikki had planned to stay in Florida for a month -- even booking an Airbnb -- but she suddenly went dark.

According to Taylor, Nikki told her she'd call in the morning before heading over to the Airbnb, but that call never came. At first, Taylor says her mom's phone rang, but no one answered ... and soon after, it was shut off.

A Rhode Island prosecutor tried to school the police on the law ... but she got schooled herself and slapped with handcuffs for trespassing and creating a wild scene outside a restaurant with her friend, according to body cam footage.

Devon Hogan Flanagan -- a Special Assistant Attorney General -- even had the audacity to tell the arresting officer that he would "regret this" as he cuffed her and put her in the back of a patrol car.

The body cam footage, obtained by TMZ, shows Flanagan repeatedly telling the cop that she's an "AG" while being escorted in cuffs to the patrol car.

A Southwest Airlines pilot failed multiple field sobriety tests on the bridge just outside the airplane he was supposed to fly ... and, it was all caught on shocking body cam footage.

After police confirmed the identity of the suspect in the Atlanta rapper's shooting death as the son of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars Kirk and Rasheeda Frost ... they're now looking into the possibility he acted in self-defense following a domestic dispute.

Law enforcement says ... their ongoing investigation indicates a "domestic disturbance" occurred at the location of the shooting -- a residence in unincorporated Snellville, Georgia. A female victim sustained physical injuries during the dispute.

Huge update in the T-Hood murder case down in Georgia -- cops have identified their top suspect ... and he is the son of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars Kirk and Rasheeda Frost.

TMZ obtained the incident report from the rapper's slaying ... and the Gwinnett County Police Department says their primary murder suspect is Ky Lasheed Frost. T-Hood's mom also told TMZ ... the alleged killer is the son of Kirk and Rasheeda.

As we reported ... T-Hood was shot at his Georgia home Friday, and he later died.

DDG had his life tampered with when someone swatted the rapper/streamer during his paintball tournament -- and cops say they're actively looking for the culprit responsible!!!

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department tells TMZ Hip Hop they responded to a call on Sunday afternoon along the 31000 Block of Charlie Canyon Rd in Castaic -- just north of Los Angeles -- reporting a male adult was brandishing and shooting a firearm, threatening to harm everyone around him.

Sheriff's deputies arrived on the scene, drew their guns, then cuffed and briefly detained DDG ... all captured on his livestream channel for his legions of fans to witness.

Brady Kiser told cops he realized something was wrong on the evening his son, Trigg, drowned in their backyard pool when he saw his dog acting strangely, according to new documents.

The police released a redacted report about the death of the 3-year-old Friday ... and, in it, they say Brady told an officer his son went outside to play after he finished eating.

Cops say Brady told them he was busy with his infant and lost track of Trigg ... until he turned to look outside and saw his dog standing over the water.

A passenger got smoked by American Airlines ... after he was caught vaping in a bathroom midflight -- and was eventually booted from the plane.

It all went down August 4 during a flight from Phoenix to San Francisco ... the passenger recorded the crazy incident using his cell phone and posted the video on his Instagram.

Check out the clip ... the flight attendant is arguing with the passenger just outside the restroom, where the young man had apparently been vaping, which is banned by the Federal Aviation Administration aboard commercial flights along with all other types of smoking.

The gunman who fatally shot a cop after opening fire on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention headquarters in Atlanta ... reportedly had a beef with the COVID-19 vaccine.

According to the New York Times ... 30-year-old Patrick Joseph White believed he got sick after taking the COVID-19 shot and had an unhealthy fixation on the vaccine, prompting his dad to call authorities to report his son was suicidal.

CNN also cited sources who said the shooter may have targeted the CDC over personal health concerns he blamed on the COVID-19 vaccine.
