Middle School Counselor Fatally Shoots Himself ... After Allegedly Flirting With Minor

A Louisiana middle school counselor died by suicide Wednesday after he was accused of inappropriately messaging a minor, TMZ has learned.

Quinton Dixon -- a counselor at Westdale Middle Magnet School in Baton Rouge -- died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound and his body was found on the campus of the now shuttered Glen Oaks Middle School, according to Baton Rouge Police Department.

Earlier this month, Dixon was accused of sending flirty Instagram messages to a 14-year-old beginning in early November 2025 through early January. An arrest warrant was issued on 4 counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile.

We caught up with the reality television star and actress at Poppy in West Hollywood for the "Love of a Lifetime" event Tuesday, where she was promoting her new movie "Tempted 2 Love" ... and we had to ask her about the harrowing experience.

We broke the story ... Garcelle was home alone when a ton of cops showed up to her house after they got a call from someone claiming to be Beauvais' ex. This individual allegedly told cops he was armed with a sawed-off shotgun and was at Garcelle's property.

The man who sprayed Rep. Ilhan Omar with an unknown substance in a syringe was hauled off to a Minnesota jail ... and posed for a mugshot looking like a total sad sack.

Anthony James Kazmierczak was booked for assault into the Hennepin County Jail Tuesday night following his shocking on-camera interaction with Congresswoman Omar.

As you can see from his booking photo, Kazmierczak had a very rough night, sporting bloodshot eyes with messy hair. He's currently held without bail.

On Tuesday evening, Omar (D-Minn.) was standing at a podium speaking to a crowd of people during a town hall meeting when Kazmierczak came out of nowhere and sprayed the politician with the unidentified brown liquid.

Garcelle Beauvais had a terrifying situation blow up at her Los Angeles home over the weekend ... after someone made a bogus 911 call claiming there was a man with a weapon at the actress' Los Angeles home.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... on Sunday night, police received a call for a possible assault with a deadly weapon and shots fired. We're told the caller claimed he was Garcelle's ex-boyfriend, and said he was armed with a sawed-off shotgun.

When officers arrived at the scene, the caller was still on the phone, but they refused to meet cops. After searching the property, police found no evidence of a crime and determined the incident was a "swatting."

The Minnesota National Guard arrived in Minneapolis Saturday night after Gov. Tim Walz mobilized troops to protect a federal building and the area connected to the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti.

The footage shows Guard vehicles and personnel moving into the city as tensions remain high following the shooting and the release of new video that has raised serious questions about the government’s initial account of the incident.

A Homeland Security Investigation officer's finger was bitten off by Minneapolis rioters, the Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security says ... and, she shared a picture to prove it.

Asst. Sec. Tricia McClaughlin shared photos of an agent's bloody hand Saturday shortly after Alex Pretti's death at the hands of a DHS agent ... followed by a photo which appears to show the tip of his finger in a plastic jar.

These photos are intense, so click on them at your own risk ... but it's a gruesome and bloody scene -- which McClaughlin writes was caused by "rioters" at the scene.

New video from the shooting of Alex Pretti by Department of Homeland Security in Minneapolis Saturday morning shows officers pile onto the late ICU nurse before the fatal shots ring out.

Check out the shocking clip -- the video is filmed from across the street and shows a person, seemingly 37-year-old Pretti, being pushed by an officer as a woman clings onto him. They get in a shoving match with another individual ... and about 6 agents join in the chaos.

Pretti is wrestled to the ground ... and several shots are eventually fired mid-altercation. It also appears one officer walks away with a gun in his hand -- unclear if it's the gun Pretti had on his body or one belonging to an officer.

Minneapolis Shooting Victim Seemed to Have Calm Talk with Agents Right Before Shooting

The shooting by federal agents of a U.S. citizen in Minneapolis Saturday has led to questions about what sparked the incident ... and we now have video taken just before the killing.

New video obtained by the Associated Press captures Alex Jeffrey Pretti speaking with a couple agents in the street right before he was gunned down.

Passersby in a car took the video ... filming the argument between Pretti and an agent, showing Pretti with his hands up in front of his chest. The exchange didn't seem to get physical until an agent put his hand on Pretti and started pushing him back toward the curb, though we can't be sure by this video who threw hands first.

9:50 AM PST -- Neo has bonded out of jail after meeting a $60,000 bail.

D4vd's friend Neo has been booked into the LAPD Metropolitan Detention Center after being arrested in Montana for failing to appear as a witness.

Online records show Neo was booked around 11:30 PM Friday and is being held on a $60,000 bail. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ he remains charged with failing to appear ... a felony.

We broke the news -- the popular streamer was cuffed and put behind bars in Helena, Montana Thursday on a warrant out of the Los Angeles Police Department. Police then confirmed to us he was on his way to the City of Angels after he made a court appearance before a judge earlier Friday.

8:15 PM PT -- A spokesperson for Lyft tells TMZ ... “We understand how distressing this situation is for the rider involved, and we take reports like this seriously. Lyft is in contact with the rider and we have permanently removed the driver from the platform."

Lyft continued ... "Using Lyft rides to transport or deliver unaccompanied goods is not permitted and violates our Terms of Service. In cases involving alleged misuse of the platform, Lyft has established processes to assist law enforcement, including helping them obtain relevant records and conducting internal investigations as appropriate."

"Euphoria" star Alanna Ubach says a Lyft driver told her he would deliver a package for her, and she took him at his word ... but he never showed up at the destination -- and she tells us she had over $1,000 cash inside.

Alanna tells TMZ ... this week, a Lyft driver in Hollywood promised her the ride-share app handles package delivery, so she sent him off with a parcel containing a bunch of money wrapped up in paper towels and tape ... but after that, she says, he ghosted her.

The actress says on the app, it looked like the driver got near the final destination, and then turned his phone off ... and the person expecting the package waited outside for 45 minutes after the scheduled drop-off, to no avail.

Trey Songz is fighting back about an arrest that happened half a decade ago ... suing the Kansas City Police Department over an incident at a Kansas City Chiefs NFL playoff game.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Trey claims he was at the AFC Championship Game between the Chiefs and Buffalo Bills in January 2021 and was in his seat at Arrowhead Stadium in Missouri when folks nearby started heckling him because of his celeb status.

Police just released surveillance footage of the burglary at Greg Biffle's home weeks after he was killed in a fatal plane crash -- showing an individual wandering around the home taking money, guns and NASCAR memorabilia.

The Iredell County Sheriff's Office shared the video on Wednesday night ... with the person, wearing a hoodie and mask, breaking and entering Biffle's North Carolina home around 11 PM on January 7.

Cops say the suspect spent an "extended amount of time" inside Biffle's home ... and can be seen walking into several rooms.

At one point, the person is shown with a huge bookbag, which was reportedly stolen.

Los Angeles County Cop Car Plows Into Pedestrian in Crosswalk!!!

A pedestrian was critically injured when he was absolutely plowed by a police cruiser while walking in a crosswalk in the Los Angeles area this weekend ... and the moment was all caught on video.

Check out the footage -- the man is in the crosswalk as the traffic light appears to have changed ... with other cars already rolling by ... he's nearly to the sidewalk when he looks up and starts to trot -- and then he's blasted by a fast-moving Montebello Police Department patrol SUV.

The impact sends the victim flying through the air as he lands yards away ... while the patrol car veers and smashes into the traffic light pole. The dazed officer inside takes a few moments to collect himself before jumping out and running over to the injured man ... other cars stop and one driver gets out to render aid.

TMZ Sports has obtained more details on the former Laker's arrest -- officers say they were patrolling the streets around 2 AM on Saturday when a black SUV pulled up from behind at a high rate of speed.

Cops say the car then zoomed past the cruiser and registered 106 MPH on a radar ... and emergency lights and sirens were activated.
