Teddi Mellencamp's turning a corner for the better, and her most recent health update looks promising ... this according to Dr. Terry and Heather Dubrow.

We caught up with reality TV couple in L.A. Friday night, and we asked about how Mellencamp's doing -- Heather and Teddi have both starred on 'Real Housewives' series, so they run in similar circles -- and, Heather says they got a good update this week.

Heather and Terry won't share what exactly the good news is ... but, they say it means Teddi's turning a corner -- and, doing a lot better than when she was initially told she had multiple tumors on her brain.

Porsha Williams' estranged husband has been detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement amid their bitter divorce ... and the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star calls the situation "disheartening."

Simon Guobadia, a Nigerian philanthropist, is being held at Stewart Detention Center in Lumpkin, Georgia, per U.S. Department of Homeland Security records.

Teddi Mellencamp is getting sympathy from lots of folks as a result of her brain tumors, but she's still getting dragged to court by a former housekeeper ... who says the reality TV star is a bona fide racist.

The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star is being sued by a woman named Julia Umana ... who claims she worked as a live-in nanny and housekeeper for Teddi. Umana claims Teddy treated her more poorly than any other celebrity boss.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Umana claims Teddi made her employment a living hell by abusing power, shorting paychecks, creating a hostile work environment and engaging in racial discrimination and harassment.

Teddi Mellencamp's brain is covered in tumors ... and, doctors are working quickly to remove the biggest ones, she revealed Wednesday.

The reality television star shared the news in a simple black-and-white text post ... telling her millions of followers she's been out of commission the last few weeks due to a series of debilitating headaches.

Mellencamp was fighting through them until Tuesday, she says ... when the pain forced her to go to the hospital. Doctors then administered a CT scan and an MRI -- and, Teddi says they found multiple tumors on her brain, which her doctors think have been growing for months.
