Judge Joe Brown's jail sentence is less punishment and more super awesome vacation -- total privacy, fancy amenities, and he even gets full control of the television.

Law enforcement in Shelby County, TN tell us Judge Joe will be kept away from the general population in a protective custody pod for his own safety. The kicker is he's the only inmate in protective custody -- so as king of the castle he can watch all the Judge Judy he wants!

His meals aren't exactly 5-star, but by jail standards it's pretty fine dining:

Breakfast -- Dry cereal, scrambled eggs, cajun potatoes, coffee cake, coffee

Lunch -- PB&J sandwich, cookies, fruit drink

Dinner -- crispy chicken patty w/ gravy, parsley noodles, carrots, garden salad, fresh baked roll, pudding, and sweet tea

As we previously reported, Judge Joe's serving 5 days for contempt ... but he won't have any 'Oz' issues -- solo showers only in protective custody.

'Hollywood Hillbillies' star, David Weintraub, just lassoed quite the Southern belle ... according to fellow star, Mema.

Weintraub popped the question over the weekend to Mallory Knighton ... and gave her a 3 carat diamond engagement ring worth $35k.

David was out with Ray J Friday, who said he's next to fall.

Mema tells TMZ, "Southern women are hard workers, great cooks, wonderful ladies in the living room, and whores in bed."

Jill Connors is a woman completely on her own after attacking her husband earlier this month -- and in a weird twist, she hopes to get things back on track by filing for divorce.

TMZ broke the story ... the "Married to Medicine" star went berserk on hubby Dr. John Connors after he accused her of cheating. John won a restraining order shortly after her arrest and he got everything -- the house, her car and custody of their 3 kids ... at least temporarily.

But Jill is fighting back ... we got a copy of the divorce papers she filed last week, asking for primary custody of the kids as well as spousal support. And she wants their Atlanta home.

She also says John withdrew $250k from their joint account -- leaving her penniless.

Tila Tequila just got the ax from the "Celebrity Big Brother" house after producers discovered she sympathized with Hitler back in 2013.

We're told the show just kicked off across the pond in the UK and after the subject of Hitler came up while she was in the house, producers raised the red flag. According to her manager, they made the decision to remove her from the show immediately.

A star of "Married to Medicine" needs another doctor for several reasons: 1) she's divorcing her hubby 2) she has multiple knife wounds.

Jill Connors and hubby Dr. John Connors were at home August 13 when he saw text messages on her phone from another man and confronted her. According to the police report obtained by TMZ, John said if she was cheating he'd take the kids.

John claims that set Jill off and she struck him in the face with a spoon and then started slugging him. He says she ripped his shirt off and scratched his chest. BTW, Jill is 5'2" and 103 lbs.

According to John, Jill then took a kitchen knife and started cutting herself in the arm and chest, screaming, "He's cutting me!"

John called 911 and when the cops came Jill was mostly contrite, saying, "I hit him, I started it, I know." She did, however, claim he knifed her but her story was sketchy and cops didn't believe her.

Jill was arrested for domestic violence and, since the kids were watching, cruelty to children.

She filed for divorce on the 19th.

Zak Bagans is adding another twisted piece of history to his growing collection ... he's the proud owner of Dr. Jack Kevorkian's former mobile death assistance laboratory.

Zak says when he heard Les Gold from Detroit's "Hardcore Pawn" was selling the 1968 VW van ... he snatched it up for $32,500.

Dr. Kevorkian used the van during his string of 130 assisted suicides before his own unassisted death in 2011.

Zak also got the original registration and a copy of Jack's driver's license. The bad news ... the van doesn't run.

This is the second piece of historical gore the "Ghost Adventures" star scooped up this year ... back in March he bought the cauldron serial killer Ed Gein used to secrete dismembered body parts.

We're told Zak plans to use the van for a paranormal project.

Perpetual 'Bachelorette' runner-up Nick Viall insists he didn't spoil this season's finale by hanging with an attractive woman who wasn't Kaitlyn Bristowe ... on the eve of the show's finale.

Toby Sheldon -- who became famous for spending more than $100k to look like Justin Bieber -- has been found dead ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Toby's body was found in a Motel 6 in the San Fernando Valley on August 21. He has been reported missing since August 18.

Law enforcement tells TMZ, police found drugs in the room but it's unclear how he died.

When Toby went missing, the LAPD said the disappearance may have been triggered by a breakup with his boyfriend.

The 35-year-old had appeared on the shows "Botched" and "My Strange Addiction."

Amber Rose and Blac Chyna are getting their own MTV reality show, TMZ has learned.

As TMZ first reported, Evans was busted on Thursday in South Carolina after she allegedly hit her ex-fiance's new girlfriend in the head with a glass.

Josh Duggar says he's the "biggest hypocrite ever" -- fessing up to having a secret addiction to porn ... and admits he's been cheating on his wife while living a "double life."

Duggar issued a statement in the wake of reports that his name was one of the millions exposed in the Ashley Madison hack ... essentially confirming that he used the cheating website to have affairs.

"I have been the biggest hypocrite ever. While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the internet and this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife."

A Florida inmate, who's also a Jerry Springer fanatic, is facing a felony charge after he allegedly lost it last month on another inmate who refused to let him watch the show.

According to law enforcement, 32-year-old Antron Smith was ready to watch the 4 PM airing of 'Springer' -- a daily routine. The problem -- other inmates were watching a movie. Smith demanded to switch the station to 'Springer' and that's when inmate Donnie Floyd "spoke up."

According to the report, first released by The Smoking Gun, Smith took a page from his favorite show -- attacking Floyd by forcing his head back, slapping him in the face and flushing his commissary down the toilet.
