"Octomom" Nadya Suleman, who gained international notoriety after delivering the world's first healthy set of octuplets in 2009, now says she has only one regret about her family journey ... not taking her overactive fertility doctor to court.

The mother of 14 kids told People she was hoping for just one additional child at the time ... but she says Dr. Michael Kamrava informed her he'd implanted six embryos via IVF. He had actually implanted 12 embryos. Kamrava has since had his medical license revoked.

Suleman says she was an unhappy only child ... and saw herself having seven kids as an adult. She says ... "I may have possibly overachieved with kids. I didn't intend on having this many."

"The Bachelorette" alum Gabby Windey just traded roses for rings -- she and comedian Robby Hoffman are officially hitched!

Gabby spilled the tea on IG Wednesday, sharing loved-up snaps from their top-secret, 20-minute Vegas "I do" -- which actually went down in January.

As they walked, PBC claims GG was hurling insults like, "How does it feel to be a whore" ... and "I'm going to f*** you up!"

Allred says the show "celebrates Mr. Baldwin’s joy of being with his children while ignoring the fact that Alec Baldwin took a child away from her parents. That is the painful and actual reality with which Halyna’s parents and sister live each and every day."

Teddi Mellencamp is home! The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum confirmed she's been released from the hospital ... she was admitted last month after doctors found she had multiple brain tumors.

In an emotional Instagram Story posted Tuesday, the reality star revealed she's back home after more than 2 weeks in the hospital ... in the video, she's singing along to the track "Coming Home" by the group Diddy – Dirty Money & Skylar Grey.

Colin Stough, the 20-year-old "American Idol" fan-favorite, has been arrested for alleged drunk driving in Tennessee after a car crash, TMZ has learned.

Authorities tell us ... Colin was taken into custody early Friday after highway patrol responded to a single-vehicle crash on I-840 East near the 37-mile marker in Williamson County, which is just outside of Nashville.

Colin was arrested and charged with DUI, underage consumption of alcohol, and failure to exercise due care, TMZ is told. It was not clear if he suffered any injuries in the crash, but he was taken to the hospital and cleared before he was booked. He has since bailed out.
