"90 Day Fiancé" star Matt Branistareanu was in hot water during the show's tell-all, when Jasmine Pineda accused him of only proposing to her because they have a child together ... and speaking to TMZ, Matt seems to be doubling down on that revelation.

Matt and Jasmine welcomed their daughter Matilda in March this year, and have been living together while Jasmine finalizes her divorce from estranged husband Gino Palazzolo.

While Matt and Jasmine share the same address, Matt told us he sometimes sleeps at a buddy's house because of how bad their arguments can get.

"Dance Moms" star Abby Lee Miller has come under fire after former student Nia Sioux accused Abby of being racist to her on the show ... but Abby tells TMZ although Nia has a right to freedom of speech, she remembers things differently.

Nia would've been around 10 years old when she first starred on the reality show in 2011 ... and in her memoir "Bottom of the Pyramid," she writes Abby once asked her, "Don't you just wish you had white-girl hair?" and titled Nia's first solo, "Nattie of the Jungle." The number was reportedly about a child raised by monkeys.

Abby tells us ... "I have different memories compared to what the girls have. I remember doing a lot of good for them."

According to an affidavit for arrest warrant, obtained by TMZ, Garrick's wife, Larrana, told police her husband snatched her phone during a heated argument, refusing to allow her to contact her family in Brazil.

The docs say Larrana informed Garrick she wanted to call police, but he wouldn't give her phone back, and he threatened to call ICE. Larrana told cops she was terrified because she isn't familiar with all the laws, even though she's in the country legally on a visa.

All's not fair for Kim Kardashian ... because her SKIMS store in L.A. was hit by a vandal who defaced the walls with a ton of graffiti -- though cops say they arrested the man who did it.

Check out photos of the West Hollywood locale ... with its white walls covered in black words -- including "we need that" and "Kimmy Bread" -- along with a series of other unintelligible phrases on the wall. Unclear if someone meant any of this graffiti as a shot at Kim or if the white-gray walls simply provided a perfect canvas for a troublemaker. Still, Kim's team is not taking any chances ... we're told they're going to talk to police.

A spokesperson for West Hollywood Sheriff's Station tells TMZ ... they've opened an investigation into the vandalism which the sheriff's office learned about around 5 AM PT. An unidentified male has been arrested for felony vandalism -- with cops thinking he caused more than $400 worth of damage. Officials say a bystander saw the graffiti and called police.

Mia Thornton isn't letting her recent arrest for larceny put a damper on her b'day ... the 'Real Housewives of Potomac' star looks hotter than ever in photos posted to her Instagram Tuesday, marking her 41st birthday.

Reality star Savannah Chrisley could end up launching the next American political dynasty ... because she just talked to her dad, Todd, about the possibility of running for office on Tuesday's episode of the "Unlocked With Savannah Chrisley" podcast.

According to Savannah, a lot of people in Donald Trump's administration have advised her that politics isn't the only way to have a positive effect on the world ... and in fact, with her following, she could be more impactful outside of government, where she wouldn't have to give up her life. But she just might not listen.

She says because she has a voice that "95 percent of the politicians" don't have, it might end up making sense to her.
