Bachelor Nation has a new addition ... as former "Bachelor" leading man Colton Underwood has welcomed his first child with husband Jordan C. Brown.

The reality TV veteran took to Instagram Monday, where he confirmed his baby boy with the political strategist arrived late last week.

Alongside a photo of himself, Jordan, and their little one, the ex-NFL player announced their baby boy's name ... Bishop Colton Brown-Underwood.

American TV personality Justin Brescia AKA Justin Bobby was in his mid-20s when he first rose to fame as the biker bad-boy and Audrina Patridge's on-and-off love interest -- in the long-running MTV reality show "The Hills" back in 2007.

Justin Bobby contributed to the drama along with narrator and star Lauren Conrad as the fashion student who journeyed from Laguna Beach to Los Angeles, Heidi Montag as Lauren's bubbly bestie and party girl, Spencer Pratt as Heidi's "bad boy" boyfriend and Whitney Port as Lauren's intern buddy at Teen Vogue.

Anna Delvey's clarifying her parting comment on "Dancing with the Stars" ... saying she told the audience she didn't learn a dang thing from her experience 'cause the judges' advice didn't help her stay on the show.

Delvey -- who was eliminated from 'DWTS' last week alongside Tori Spelling -- stopped by Spelling's podcast "misSPELLING" to discuss their shared exit from the show.

ICYMI ... Spelling gave a long, elegant answer reflecting fondly on her short tenure on the show just after she was eliminated. When Anna was asked a similar question, she straight up told the hosts she learned "nothing."

Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian are traveling with all the small things as they hit the road for the Blink-182 tour ... because baby Rocky is riding the tour bus too!!!

Rocky was all snuggled up in a brown onesie Friday as Kourtney carried him in her arms ... and they boarded the tour bus with Travis.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they showed up at a home Kyle owns in the L.A. area Wednesday night after a neighbor called them in hopes of getting Kim removed from the house. Apparently, the neighbors were concerned about Kim's behavior in the past.

We're told Kyle had let Kim live in the house but she moved out a while back ... but Wednesday Kim showed up again. Law enforcement says Kyle told them she did not want Kim in the house, because the family had cut all contact off in hopes it would shake Kim and get her sober again.

Julie Chrisley's attorney is slamming a federal judge's decision to resentence her to 7 years in prison for bank fraud and tax evasion charges ... chalking it all up to fame.

Jay Surgent, one of Julie's defense attorneys, tells TMZ he thinks the judge refusing to lower her sentence is the result of bias against celebrities. Julie is well-known by millions of people, and he thinks the judge is making an example out of her.

Surgent says Julie has been a model inmate and is not a threat to society in any way. Moving forward, we're told, Julie's legal team is definitely going to appeal the resentencing.

Jon Gosselin is feeling optimistic about his future ... not only is his son, Collin, doing well at college, but he's also gearing up for some personal projects.

We caught up with the reality TV star in NYC, where he gave us big updates about his personal life. For starters, Jon was thrilled to share Collin -- one of his 8 famous kiddos with ex Kate Gosselin -- is attending Penn State.

This school news comes a month after Collin shared he was discharged from the Marine Corps over his past stint at a mental health facility.

"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" star Eduardo Xol has passed away a week after being stabbed ... TMZ has learned.

The Riverside County coroner tells TMZ ... Xol, a resident of Palm Springs, Calif., died Thursday afternoon, Sept. 19, at Desert Regional Medical Center. Xol's mother also confirmed his death to TMZ.

His family tells TMZ ... "We are heartbroken at the tragic loss of our beloved Eduardo Xol. As his family, we know that his kindness has touched the lives of so many. We ask for that kindness returned now allowing our privacy to be respected as we process our grief. In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made in Eduardo’s name to the Lupus Foundation of America as he spent so much of his life in the service of others."

Artem Chigvintsev will NOT be prosecuted after his arrest on suspicion of felony domestic violence.

Napa County District Attorney Allison Haley announced Tuesday her office declined to file criminal charges against the "Dancing With The Stars" pro in connection with last month's arrest.

Prosecutors say they decided not to pursue criminal charges after reviewing the investigation and evaluating all the evidence.
