Diane Keaton’s devastated son Duke was spotted leaving her L.A. home -- just a day after the legendary actress passed away at 79.

Here are the pics -- the 25-year-old cut a lone figure as he left the house Sunday and headed to his car, clearly mourning the loss of Diane, who adopted him back in 2001.

As you know, Diane passed away the day before, and the Los Angeles Fire Department tells TMZ they responded to her home at 8:08 AM Saturday, with an ambulance taking her to a local hospital.

Sarah Paulson was visibly emotional as she left Diane Keaton's Los Angeles area home Saturday just hours after news broke that the Oscar-winning star had died.

Photos show the "American Horror Story" actress appearing distraught, at one point embracing someone outside the Brentwood residence before driving away in a black car. Several others were also seen gathering at the property as friends and loved ones paid their respects.

Paulson shared a close bond with Keaton over the years. The two were last spotted together during a dinner in West Hollywood in 2021.

A night out turned into tragedy in South Carolina, after gunfire erupted at a packed bar, leaving 4 people dead and at least 20 injured.

According to law enforcement, the shooting broke out late Saturday night into early Sunday at Willie's Bar & Grill on St. Helena Island, where hundreds of people were gathered. When first responders arrived, they found a large, chaotic crowd and multiple victims suffering from gunshot wounds.

Authorities say four victims were pronounced dead at the scene, while four others are fighting for their lives in critical condition at the hospital.

The mass shooting in Leland, Mississippi Friday night wasn't the only one in the state ... police say there were two more shootings in different towns.

Cops say after the dust settled from the three shooting incidents, a total of 8 people were dead and around a dozen were injured.

The worst of the shootings took place in Leland, where reportedly 6 people were shot to death and at least 10 were wounded during a street celebration for Leland High School's homecoming weekend.

1:45 PM PT -- The Los Angeles Fire Department tells TMZ ... they responded to Diane's home at 8:08 AM Saturday morning and an ambulance transported an individual to a local hospital.

Our sources tell us Diane was the one taken away in the ambulance.

Libby Adame -- nicknamed "The Butt Lady" -- has been found guilty of second-degree murder and practicing medicine without a license in connection with Cindyana's death.

Santangelo died March 24 this year ... investigators said results from her autopsy showed she suffered an embolism from a silicone injection that had been administered earlier that day.

Loyola-Chicago legend Sister Jean -- who became a national sensation as the chaplain and superfan of the university's men's basketball team -- has died.

Loyola University Chicago announced in a statement Sister Jean Dolores Schmidt passed away on Thursday.

Mark C. Reed -- the university's president -- says, "In many roles at Loyola over the course of more than 60 years, Sister Jean was an invaluable source of wisdom and grace for generations of students, faculty, and staff."

TMZ has obtained video of the Disneyland guest who died after visiting the Haunted Mansion ... showing emergency responders rushing her to the hospital on a gurney.

In the video, you can see responders rushing through the crowd of families to reach her and later briskly exiting the park with her body in tow.

We also have audio of the dispatch call, in which you can hear they gained entry through the back of the ride to get to her. On the call, a dispatcher appears to say that the woman was in her 70s, but she was later reported to be in her 60s.

Ryan Clark issued a mea culpa Thursday morning, admitting he dropped the ball when declaring Kyren Lacy an "innocent man" during the Monday Night Football broadcast.

"Two lives have been lost. Herman Hall, a man who spent his life in service of others, and Kyren Lacy, a young man I wish I could tell how much he had to live for. My heart absolutely breaks for both of them, their families and their loved ones," the 45-year-old former NFL player said on "First Take."
