The soon-to-be 29-year-old poured herself into the plunging hot pink dress for a princess kitty-themed pre-birthday bash Friday ... putting her curves and plenty of cleavage on display, with fluffy feather heels to complete the look.

As for the actual cake ... the dessert table was loaded with sugary eye candy ... including a gem-covered sweet treat and a bikini body cake with "Happy Birthday Kylie" across the stomach and "MEOW" covering the bottoms -- purr-fectly on theme.

Blake Lively may have missed out on Taylor Swift's wedding ... but she's all smiles a month later, soaking up some quality time with Ryan Reynolds, their kids and a whole crew of friends.

Donald Trump's social media team just trolled Taylor Swift after her songs were removed from several of his campaign account's TikTok posts that have been put up over the last year.

Here's the sitch -- the president's official campaign TikTok -- titled Team Trump -- used a live performance version of the Grammy winner's song, "Red," the titular track of her 2012 album. The post shows mocked-up "Red" album artwork with Trump's face over it and a fake "Red (Trump's Version)" playlist.

Text over the first picture of the album artwork reads, "Did you know Taylor Swift wrote a whole album about the color of the Republican Party."

Taylor Frankie Paul is getting called out for allegedly posting what appears to be A.I.-generated courthouse photos as she celebrated the end of her 3-year probation.

Check it out -- the 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' star shared a handful of pics Friday as she marked the end of her probation. The first snap shows her walking through what appears to be the courthouse, and the second shows her sitting before the judge in a courtroom.

The third photo is where things get really interesting ... she's walking in the courthouse with the same exact expression and head tilt as the first photo, with a young woman taking a selfie with her. The final pic on the slide shows her sitting in the courthouse with a strikingly similar expression as the first and third snaps.

An unnamed family member seemed to defend her in a statement to the Daily Mail, stating ... "I think it's important to put her truth out and have the proper narrative out versus a narrative that is saving the face [of] an organization."

They continued, "As you can imagine, there's a lot we would like to say but we are taking the time to be in prayer and unity and [will] respond in a manner [that] God calls us to."

"America's Next Top Model" winner Adrianne Curry was horrified over Perez Hilton livestreaming his apparent self-harm ... and she's ready to forgive him for being a "bully" back in the day.

Adrianne shared her supportive message in reaction to trolls who gave her grief for condemning anyone who was trying to monetize videos of a seemingly blood-soaked Perez during his emergency.

Miss North Carolina USA 2026 Brittany Boltinhouse has been stripped of her crown ... just over a month after alleged old social media posts with alleged racism resurfaced.

Miss USA CEO Thom Brodeur said Wednesday Boltinhouse agreed to step down from her role as Miss North Carolina after her conduct violated the standards of the pageant organization.

Brodeur wouldn't go into specifics, but he said the organization “does not tolerate racism, homophobia, transphobia nor language that strips any person of their dignity.”

Shamar McCoy's arrest came with an audience ... because a couple of women recognized the reality star almost immediately as cops moved in.

TMZ obtained body cam footage from Shamar's Monday arrest ... and as an officer tells him there's a warrant out for him, Shamar suddenly gets some extra attention from nearby onlookers.
