Reggie Bush ain't going back to the Kardashian well ... telling TMZ he's 100% NOT dating his old flame Kim ... despite an expensive lunch date this weekend.

Reggie was hanging out on Rodeo Drive in Bev Hills when we asked if he was back on with his reality ex. Reggie couldn't have been more clear -- hell no.

TMZ broke the story ... Reg and Kim were spotted on a lunch date at the Beverly Hills Hotel this weekend.

Kim Kardashian has REUNITED with her ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush ... breaking bread with the NFL player at the Beverly Hills Hotel this weekend ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources tell us ... the two were smiling and laughing during the lunch date ... and played it cool when fans approached them for pictures and autographs.

We're told it seemed just like old times ... before Kim went off and married/divorced that other guy whose name we can't remember.

The Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries divorce has become a bitter fight, and we've learned Kris' lawyer intends to put reality TV on trial ... but that could blow up in his face.

Sources tell us ... Kris and his lawyer, Lee Hutton, want to "expose the M.O. of reality TV" by proving Kim had no intention of staying married to him, but just wanted big ratings for her reality show.

Now here's the irony. The duo wants to prove their point by asking the judge to allow TMZ and TV stations to broadcast the trial -- something that the judge might find a tad hypocritical ... not that we're complaining.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim filed for divorce on grounds of "irreconcilable differences." Kris has countered that he wants the marriage annulled based on fraud.

Kris has a couple of problems with the fraud claim. First of all, he's the one who proposed. Second, the publicity has made him famous and marketable and he'll make millions more than he would have otherwise.

And another big point in Kim's favor ... We've learned the prenup is extremely long and complicated ... accounting for what would happen years into the future. Why would she go through the time and trouble of having a long prenup if she planned on pulling the plug on the marriage within a few months?

Kim Kardashian isn't secretly dating Mark Sanchez ... she's not interested in Tim Tebow -- in fact, sources tell TMZ, the reality star is completely DONE with football players in general ... all thanks to Reggie Bush.

In case you haven't heard -- there were reports Kim and Mark were seeing each other on the DL whenever she was in New York. There were other rumors Kim came on to Tim Tebow because of his old-fashioned values. But we're told ... it's all BS.

Sources close to Kim tell us, her break-up with Bush in 2010 was so rough ... she has lost her taste for NFL players entirely -- and has no plans to play the field in the near future.

Kim Kardashian was so freaked after a strange man rang the doorbell at her Beverly Hills home last weekend -- she has decided to dump the property entirely ... and find a new house ... in a gated community.

Sources tell TMZ, Kim's currently house shopping in several exclusive gated communities in the L.A. area -- including Bel Air ... and Mulholland Estates, where both Charlie Sheen and Paris Hilton own houses.

She hasn't made up her mind yet -- but we're told Kim now refuses to live in any house that doesn't have round-the-clock gated security.

Khloe Kardashian just launched her first counter-attack after a transgender woman sued her for assault -- insisting she didn't do anything wrong during the 2009 street scuffle ... she merely acted in self-defense.

Khloe filed the response in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming Chantal Spears (right) deserved what she got -- because she provoked Khloe into getting physical.

According to Khloe's response, the reality star's conduct "was reasonably necessary for her self-defense and safety."

As we first reported, Chantal sued Khloe in December, claiming Khloe attacked her out of nowhere outside a Hollywood nightclub in 2009 ... for telling Lamar he was "too young to be married."

Kim Kardashian is in desperate need of an upgrade -- hitting the streets in Miami yesterday to find an even bigger home for her beachfront clothing boutique ... to accommodate its exploding popularity.

Sources tell TMZ, the Miami D-A-S-H store (below) has become so successful, it can no longer cater to the massive flux of customers coming and going on a daily basis ... so Kim wants something a little roomier, scoping out possible new locations herself.

Kim's not messing around either -- we're told she's in the market for retail space that's around DOUBLE the size of the current D-A-S-H store ... not bad.

The Rolling Stones memorabilia museum in Germany isn't the only place in the world with giant mouth-shaped urinals -- Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian got one too ... and TMZ has a pic!!!

As we previously reported, several women in Germany are pissed over the lippy whiz receptacles in the German museum -- claiming they're demeaning to women -- but the museum owner is refusing to remove them ... because they're damn expensive.

But according to sources, Khloe and Lamar's urinal isn't so lucky -- and will be getting the heave-ho in the near future as part of a remodeling project in their Tarzana, CA home.

We're told it has nothing to do with how offensive the urinal may or may not be -- it just doesn't fit with the new decor ... so it's gotta go.

The stranger who appeared at Kim Kardashian's Beverly Hills mansion Sunday night told police he was convinced he had a LEGIT job interview scheduled with the reality show fam ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim called police late Sunday night when the guy showed up to the home with luggage, requesting to stay in her home.

When cops arrived to the scene, we're told officers explained there was no interview ... and told the man he was not allowed back to the property.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the man was genuinely convinced someone from KK's camp had set up a real deal interview with him for an opportunity to work on one of their reality shows.

Cops gave the man a trespassing warning ... and then drove him back to a local airport so he could book his flight home.

Kim Kardashian called police to her home in Beverly Hills when a stranger showed up at her gate with luggage ... saying he intended to stay at Kim's home -- TMZ has learned.

According to sources close to Kim ... the man showed up late last night. We're told he buzzed the intercom at her security gate and claimed Kim had flown him into town to stay with her -- and that he was supposed to be working on her reality show.

We're told Kim got freaked out when the man refused to leave and a member of her security detail alerted police.

It's unclear at this point if the man was booked for a crime.

The Kardashians are so famous ... even their store has creepy fans -- this according to a recent 911 call ... in which a K-Klan clothing store employee begs for police help ... because some weirdo won't stop knocking on their door.

The call was placed on Monday by an employee of D-A-S-H in L.A. -- a clothing boutique owned by the Kardashian sisters -- but by the time police arrived at the scene, the creep had already taken off.

Sources tell TMZ, the mystery man in question had made a bunch of inappropriate comments that made the girls in the store feel uncomfortable. So when he left the store, they locked the doors behind him.

According to the 911 call, the man came back again and knocked persistently, demanding to be let in -- so one girl phoned police.

Kim Kardashian likes to keep up with the latest news ... about herself -- actually subscribing to Google Alerts for her own name.

Kim was spotted Tuesday in Santa Monica -- BlackBerry in hand -- as she received the Google Alert. In case you don't know what that is ... it's a news service that alerts you by email when an article pops up on the Internet about a subject -- in this case, "Kim Kardashian."

In fairness, Kim's name is her business ... literally -- so it's in Kim's best interest to keep track of who's saying what about Kim and Kim's family.

Another big break up for Kris Humphries ... TMZ has learned the former Mr. Kardashian is separating with his high profile publicity team after 73 days of holy matrimony ... exactly one day longer than his marriage.

Sources tell us ... Humphries and Anderson Group Public Relations have decided to end their professional relationship ... due to a major disagreement over a long-term strategy for Kris' off-the-court career.

The two sides first came together around the time Kim Kardashian pulled the plug on the marriage -- after 72 days -- and Kris felt he needed for some advice on how to handle his image through the tough times.

But after the crisis, Kris and AGPR simply did not see eye-to-eye on a post-Kim game plan. We're told AGPR was unhappy with the outcome of Kris' appearance on "Good Morning America" last month.

During the "GMA" appearance, Kris brushed off questions about Kim ... and instead, focused on baking desserts during a cooking segment with his mother.

According to our sources, Kris has already taken on a new PR firm in NYC and wants to focus solely on basketball.

We're told the relationship with AGPR ended on reasonably good terms ... and both sides REALLY want to stay friends.

The man behind BoycottKim.com is a convicted felon with a history of conning people -- and ... SURPRISE!!! ... there are serious questions over whether he's grossly exaggerated the number of people who have signed the petition to rid the world of all things Kardashian.

Frank Basti -- the man behind the movement -- is freshly off parole for a mail fraud conviction. Basti was nailed for sending notices to 5,000 California car dealerships, telling each of them they owed lots of money to the DMV and this was their final chance to pay ... or else.

Basti served federal prison time and was on parole until last July. Several months later Basti launched the Kardashian website.

Basti claims roughly 650,000 people have signed his petition. But according to Compete.com -- a prominent website traffic estimator -- only 24k unique visitors went to the site in December and 20k in November.

Basti tells TMZ it's not a scam and he's counting a previous petition and his Facebook page connected to his Kardashian website to justify the 650,000 number. He insists he's not making any money off the site

Those stitches on Bruce Jenner's face are the aftermath of a serious skin cancer removal surgery ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with Jenner tell us ... Bruce went under the knife Friday.

Bruce went to the doctor because he saw a small red mark on his face. His doctor removed a piece of it and after a biopsy it was determined to be skin cancer.

Lamar Odom returned to the Staples Center last night to play the Lakers ... for the first time since he was traded away to the Dallas Mavericks ... and was welcomed by the L.A. fans with a standing ovation.

With his Kardashian wife in the stands ... the crowd erupted when Lamar came out on the court ... even Jack Nicholson got out of his seat to show his respect for the former Lakers star.

Odom dropped 10 points ... but it wasn't enough to propel the Mavs to victory ... 'cause the Lake Show took the victory 73 to 70.

Funny thing is ... Odom was traded away so quickly last month, the Lakers haven't had time to remove his image from the tickets.
