Kim Kardashian is being dragged to court over a social media screw-up ... she's being sued by a guy she mistakenly identified as a death row inmate.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Kim is being sued by Ivan Cantu ... a project manager from New York who Kim identified as a man awaiting the death penalty in a Texas prison cell.

Kim posted a photo of the wrong Ivan Cantu on her social media in February 2024 when she was trying to bring awareness to the case of an inmate by the same name ... and Ivan says the mix-up subjected him to public embarrassment, shame, hatred, ridicule, disgrace, contempt and aversion.

NASA is schooling Kim Kardashian on the 1969 moon landing after she questioned whether the historic event ever happened.

Sean Duffy — NASA's acting administrator — posted a message on X, leaving no doubt that astronauts Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong rocketed to the moon during the Apollo 11 mission on July 20, 1969.

Duffy specifically tagged Kim in his post, saying “Yes, @KimKardashian, we’ve been to the Moon before… 6 times!”

Looks like Ye's fascination for the conspiratorial may have rubbed off on Kim Kardashian ... she's convinced the 1969 moon landing was faked.

In a clip from Thursday's episode of "The Kardashians," Kim is captured trying to sway her "All's Fair" costar Sarah Paulson the Apollo 11 moon landing didn't happen.

A video from 10 years ago of Buzz Aldrin telling a student at The Oxford Union Society, "It didn't happen" ... in response to the question, "What was the scariest moment of the journey?" which the 95-year-old former astronaut apparently heard incorrectly.

"Scariest? It didn't happen," Aldrin replies. He then goes on to relate a story from the mission.
