Sydney Towle knew what she wanted her final message to be months before she passed ... and it was all about kindness and positivity.

The social media star was talking to Danielle Robay on her "Question Everything" podcast back in November when she was asked what she would want her last message to be.

Sydney said ... "I think I would just remind people ... to treat people with kindness."

She explained she'd given the message some thought, and felt that being kind is "the biggest" thing you can do to make a positive impact on other people.

Influencer Sydney Towle accepted her cancer battle was coming to an end ... with her family telling TMZ she was "at peace" in her final days and didn't resist the decision to enter hospice care.

Sydney's brother, Austin, tells TMZ ... after exhausting every available option, Sydney came to terms with her prognosis. He says their mother told him Sydney "wasn't upset" when the conversation turned to hospice and simply accepted it, saying she had done "anything I can."

Austin says Sydney hoped to participate in a clinical trial before making the transition, but ultimately accepted hospice care after realizing there were no remaining treatment options.

He tells us the family is now working through funeral arrangements, though Austin says logistics are still being finalized and no date has been set for a memorial service.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's daughter took to social media to post alongside Wardrobe -- the breakout star from Kai Cenat's Streamer University -- as they danced to PlaqueBoyMax's song "Diva" in a TikTok post.

As she and Wardrobe lip-synced along, North flashed her fierce nails, the ice on her wrist, and the dermal piercings on her hand.

"America's Next Top Model" winner Adrianne Curry was horrified over Perez Hilton livestreaming his apparent self-harm ... and she's ready to forgive him for being a "bully" back in the day.

Adrianne shared her supportive message in reaction to trolls who gave her grief for condemning anyone who was trying to monetize videos of a seemingly blood-soaked Perez during his emergency.

The model says that in his heyday, Perez was a "bully" who trolled her often ... drawing "wieners" on her pictures.

Content creator Sydney Towle has died following her battle with cholangiocarcinoma, a rare bile duct cancer.

Her family announced her passing Thursday morning alongside a photo of her posing joyfully on a hike with the sun beaming behind her. They wrote, "We will always love you so much Sydney. I am so proud of how hard you fought. I love you."

The heartbreaking news comes 2 days after her brother, Austin Towle, shared in a TikTok video that she had been moved to hospice care and was "surrounded by her friends and family."

Perez Hilton is doing better and can now speak ... after a disturbing live stream where he appeared to be covered in blood.

The blogger's family issued a statement Wednesday, saying that they can "confirm that Perez is able to communicate, which has given our family hope."

They also thanked everyone who reached out with "prayers, kind messages, and support for Perez," adding, “Your compassionate humanity during this profoundly heartbreaking time has meant more than words can express.”

8/4/2026 8:53 PM PST -- The Miami-Dade PIO tells TMZ ... The individual has been safely recovered and transported by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue to a local hospital, where he is receiving medical attention.

The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office Crisis Response Unit and Licensed Mental Health Professionals are also on scene providing support and resources to the individual’s family.

Perez Hilton was at the center of a police response in Miami-Dade after authorities received reports he was livestreaming alarming behavior, TMZ has learned.

Alarming video from Perez’s TikTok Live appeared to show him bloodied and visibly distressed.

A spokesperson for the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office tells TMZ ... deputies received multiple calls about the live stream and quickly located his residence.

Perez Hilton's alarming TikTok live stream caused the platform to speedily alert law enforcement and permanently ban his account, despite reports the stream continued for half an hour, TMZ has learned.

A TikTok U.S. spokesperson tells TMZ ... "Our automated moderation systems flagged the live stream within minutes and routed it to our U.S. moderation team for review. However, a moderator error caused a delay in the removal."

The spokesperson adds ... "We proactively alerted law enforcement to the situation to help get the individual support." TikTok is also pushing back on claims the live stream remained live for roughly 30 minutes, telling us that's "factually wrong."

10:40 AM PT -- The Perez Hilton Team and Family have released a statement on Perez's website -- the statement reads, "Many of you have reached out with concern for Perez, and we are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming outpouring of love, support, and prayers. We can confirm that Perez is receiving medical care, and our family’s focus right now is on his well-being."

The statement continues, "We kindly ask that you respect Perez’s privacy, as well as the privacy of his family, during this difficult time. If and when we are able to share any updates, we will do so with everyone as soon as we can. Thank you for your compassion, understanding, and continued support."

Perez Hilton has been transported to a nearby hospital after deputies rushed to his Miami home, following multiple reports that someone inside was live streaming acts of self-harm on social media, TMZ has learned.

Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office PIO tells TMZ ... "The individual has been safely recovered and transported by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue to a local hospital, where he is receiving medical attention."

The PIO adds, "The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office Crisis Response Unit and Licensed Mental Health Professionals are also on scene providing support and resources to the individual's family."

Perez Hilton gave no indication he was distressed in the weeks leading up to alarming behavior on a live stream that prompted a police response ... his most recent social media posts were positive -- and religious.

The gossip mogul shared a pair of clips to Instagram last month ... telling followers about some Bible passages he was reading.

Perez posted back on July 22 about a Bible passage that really struck him ... flashing a grin while reciting a few lines that were all about work.

He even makes a Rihanna comparison ... telling fans the Bible says to "Work, Work, Work, Work, Work" like her song -- except it put the suggestions out there hundreds of years before.

Bad Bunny's going to be hopping mad about the White House's new video celebrating mass deportations ... because audio from one of his hit songs underscores scenes he abhors.

In the new clip -- posted to the White House TikTok Thursday afternoon -- Bad Bunny's song "LA MuDANZA" plays over a montage of people in handcuffs being detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The video starts with President Trump waving at supporters as BB sings ... "un aplauso pa mami y papi porque en verdad rompieron" ... which translates to "A round of applause for mom and dad, because they really crushed it."

Trump's White House changed the translation to say "A round of applause for Donald J. Trump because he really crushed it" ... and they captioned the post, "We're making America great gain."

A jet ski operator is lucky to be alive after he slammed into a dock at full throttle ... and it seems a particularly difficult stunt caused all of the problems.

Dillan Stapler -- a jet ski influencer who is part of the "Lanier Crew," a group of jet skiers based out of Georgia -- shared a video of himself running straight into a dock.

Check it out ... he crashed at full speed and is jettisoned off the jet ski -- landing in a heap on the unforgiving wood.

Karol G got way too much love from one of her fans, who had to be pulled off her and physically restrained during a recent concert in Canada ... and the terrifying interaction is on video.

Footage posted on TikTok shows Karol performing at Rogers Stadium in Toronto on July 29, when all of a sudden a fan hops onstage and grabs the Grammy Award-winning singer. 

As you can see, the fan is holding Karol's hand while she's belting out one of her tunes. The fan then moves in close and gets right up in Karol's grill while dancing with her.

He even lunges for her microphone.

Court docs obtained by TMZ show a Los Angeles judge kept all current protections in place regarding Jack's temporary restraining order against his ex ... meaning she won't be seeing their daughter, Lavender, for quite some time.

Remember, Jack obtained a temporary restraining order in May after Gabbie was arrested for allegedly conspiring to hire a hitman to kill him ... and sought sole legal and physical custody of Lavender. The TRO was granted, and Gabbie hasn't seen their kiddo since.

Influencer Sara Gilson filed a protective order against her husband Jeremiah "Shawn" Duffey and claimed he threatened suicide ... weeks before he killed her and himself.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Sara beelined it to court on June 10 to file for a protective order, after her husband Shawn was accused of kissing a 14-year-old girl while he was coaching basketball practice.

Sara claims she has two teens that reside in her home -- that are not his children -- whom she'd like to protect and "keep safe."
