Dave Franco is keeping an open mind about possibly playing Luigi Mangione in a potential biopic ... and it sounds like lots of folks in his life think he would be perfect for the role.
The actor was on 'Watch What Happens Live' with Andy Cohen when a fan asked him straight up whether he would play Luigi in a movie if he was offered the chance.
Dave says no one has approached him about such a role yet, but ... tons of people in his circle have raised the same possibility -- and it's actually the thing he gets asked about more than "anything else that has ever happened." Makes sense, Dave and Luigi bear a striking resemblance.

The cops didn't have a hard time solving the murder of a grandma in Alabama ... 'cause her granddaughter confessed to it all on video!
Here's the scoop ... a security camera attached to a house in Irvington, Alabama, recorded 18-year-old Jailen Mia Lupton dashing onto a porch and getting into a fight with her neighbor, Cheryl Edwards, WDHN News reports.
During the altercation, Lupton bluntly tells Edwards she just killed her grandmother ... which only serves to escalate the situation, according to video obtained by WDHN.
Bryan Kohberger Multiple Weapons Possibly Used in Student Murders
Bryan Kohberger may have used more than one weapon during the 2022 murders of four University of Idaho students, according to Latah County Prosecutor Bill Thompson.
In an interview with the Idaho Statesman, Thompson said some of Kaylee Goncalves' injuries didn't appear to be from the same knife used in the attack. "I don't think we can exclude the possibility that there was an additional weapon involved," the prosecutor said.
Court documents revealed Goncalves suffered over 20 stab wounds and blunt-force trauma. Thompson also believes Kohberger spared the surviving roommate Dylan Mortensen after panicking.

An Arkansas man who police say murdered a husband and wife in front of their kids was arrested while getting his haircut -- and it was all caught on security cameras from a barbershop.
Video from Wednesday's bust shows Andrew James McGann, 28, driving up to the shop in Springdale, Ark., jumping out of his car and walking through the entrance. McGann then sits down in a barber chair and starts chatting with the stylist about how he wants his hair done.
The video then jumps forward to show several plainclothes officers putting McGann in cuffs while he's still wearing a salon cape. Clearly, the cops nabbed him as his thick head of hair was getting snipped.

State Police Lt. Darren Gilbertson sat down for an interview Friday with ABC News and, at one point, he started talking about the gruesome 2021 crime scene in Moscow, Idaho.
While recounting the events, Gilbertson said police found Ethan Chapin's butchered body on a bed in his girlfriend's room with his blood leaking through the interior wall and out of the side of the house. The grisly image was originally captured in a photograph that will surely live on in infamy.

Bryan Kohberger brutally "disfigured" Kaylee Goncalves' face and fought through a violent struggle with Xana Kernodle before fleeing the scene of the University of Idaho murders ... according to newly unsealed police reports.
Moscow Police documents just released say the November 2022 killings were even more savage than initially reported -- describing Goncalves' injuries as so severe her face was left unrecognizable. The responding police officer noted the disfigurement in his report, while others called the crime scene a bloodbath.
On the floor below, Kohberger clashed with Kernodle after she either saw or heard him kill her roommates upstairs. The police sergeant wrote that "an intense struggle" clearly took place, and Kernodle had deep defensive wounds between her fingers -- evidence she fought for her life.
