Christine Quinn's return to "Selling Sunset" is already stirring up drama ... because she appeared to take a swipe at some former castmates while explaining why now was the right time to come back.

We got Christine Tuesday outside The Oppenheim Group offices as she was leaving after a day of filming for the Netflix hit series, and asked what made this the perfect moment for her return.

Christine didn't hold back ... telling us the trash needed to be taken out before adding she also needed to be divorced from ex-hubby Christian Dumontet. Asked if the timing was finally right, she said timing is everything.

"The Real Housewives of New York City" star Sai De Silva appears to be stirring the pot yet again ... posting -- and then quickly deleting -- a cryptic message that seems to be another shot at Carole Radziwill.

In the now-deleted Instagram Story, Sai shared a glam chair selfie alongside the caption, "Just out here asking the questions that everyone wants to know..."

Now, sure, it could've been about anything ... but the timing is raising eyebrows. As TMZ we first reported, Sai and Carole clashed throughout the upcoming season after Sai brought up Carole's name appearing in the Jeffrey Epstein files, as well as her past association with Ghislaine Maxwell.

More legal drama on the set of “Matlock” ... this time, a staffer on the show is dragging the creator and a couple of writers to court for allegedly creating a hostile work environment.

TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed Wednesday by John Lowe, who says he was hired back in 2023 as an executive story editor on the show. Lowe claims "Matlock" creator Jennie Urman Snyder and writers Nicki Renna and Jeffrey Lieber "fostered a writers room environment permeated by sexually explicit and discriminatory conduct” ... and he says much of it was directed personally at him.

In the filing, Lowe says he experienced "repeated racially and sexually offensive conduct" and claims he was ultimately fired in 2025 in retaliation for complaining about a particularly offensive comment.

Lowe, who's Black, claims when he asked last June if the show would be observing Juneteenth, Snyder responded by referring to the holiday with a racial slur, calling it ... "C***teenth."

Carole Radziwill got into it with Sai De Silva while filming the upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of New York" ... and it's all because Sai brought up Carole's name being included in the Jeffrey Epstein files ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to production tell TMZ ... Sai made it a point to bring up Carole's name being in the infamous Epstein Files and her past ties to Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

Carole addressed her ties to Ghislaine in an interview with The New York Times back in March, saying ... "Imagine knowing someone… and then they turn out to be, like, a monster."

Our sources tell us Sai and Carole beefed throughout the season … after Sai decided to grill Carole about the Epstein Files … telling people she felt the need to speak up because she has children.

Ghislaine is also the photographer who snapped Carole's author photo for her 2005 memoir.

Marilyn Monroe's death has been investigated dozens of times since it was ruled a probable suicide in 1962 ... but, in "Celebrity Crime Scene: Marilyn Monroe," TMZ has recreated the movie star's death house using groundbreaking A.I. -- and the revelations will shock you.

Our crime scene investigators blow massive holes in the official story, and raise troubling alternative scenarios ... there's evidence the crime scene was staged, Marilyn didn't even die at home, her affairs with both President John F. Kennedy and his brother, Attorney General Robert Kennedy, led to murder.

"Celebrity Crime Scene: Marilyn Monroe" is now streaming on Hulu.

Vice President JD Vance says he thinks it's really weird Jeffrey Epstein was hanging around some of the richest, most powerful people in the world ... a group he says does not include his boss, President Donald Trump.

The Veep appeared on "The View" Tuesday morning ... sharing his favorite Epstein conspiracy theories ... and revealing which ones he just doesn't buy.

Vance says it's weird how a convicted pedophile had some very famous friends ... but he says Epstein's relationship to Trump is being twisted. The two used to hang out before the pair had a falling out.

Christine Quinn is back in the "Selling Sunset" spotlight ... and if her first day filming is anything to go by, she's slipping right back into the luxury real estate circus like she never left.

Sources tell TMZ ... cameras were rolling Saturday at the Rosé Day event at the King Gillette Mansion in Calabasas, where production had carved out a VIP section for the cast and their inner circle at the wine-fueled bash.

"Love Island USA" production member James Barker died suddenly last week while the reality dating series was filming in Fiji ... leaving his partner completely devastated.

Adam Roth tells TMZ ... "James was the absolute light and love of my life. He brought joy and brilliance to everything he touched."

James' partner adds ... "His loss is unimaginable. While it was not enough, I am so thankful for the time we had and the memories we made together."

Kyle Cooke feels betrayed by West Wilson and Amanda Batula ... but that doesn't mean he needs to take himself out of the dating game!

The "Summer House" star was spotted at an Uber event in New York City Friday night with a mystery brunette in tow ... and yes, they were definitely together. Just look at the clip -- he held her hand to lead her through the crowd, and at another point, they were listening to the Backstreet Boys with Bravo honcho Andy Cohen.

It's unclear if they're just pals or an item, but we're happy to see Kyle getting out there as he continues to grapple with the fact his former close friend, West, is now fully in a relationship with Kyle's estranged wife, Amanda.

Courtney Stodden is happy with her breast reduction ... but she's shocked how many men are upset with her new look.

We got Courtney out in Hollywood and she told our photog why it was the right call to downsize ... and why anyone having a breakdown over her new body needs to chill.

Courtney was joined by her Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Stuart Linder ... who she said did a wonderful job making her more proportional ... and yes, they're still spectacular.

Emily Blunt and Colman Domingo may have some of Hollywood's best chemistry ... so much so, they've apparently got no problem joking about sexting each other.

The hilarious moment went down on "Watch What Happens Live" when Andy Cohen asked the "Disclosure Day" stars whether famous people should avoid sexting.

Emily seemed ready to play it safe ... but Colman wasn't having it.

Without missing a beat, Colman declared he'd absolutely still sext ... before jokingly calling out Emily and insisting she'd already sent him a few spicy messages herself.

Here's James Kennedy looking smitten with his newly revealed pregnant GF, Jordan Meyers, at the star-studded opening of Lisa Vanderpump's newest Las Vegas venture.

The party went down on the Las Vegas Strip Thursday night, where James and Jordan led the celebrity arrivals at The Vanderpump Hotel ... and the queen of the empire graced everyone with her presence.

Lisa was in full boss mode for the big night, welcoming a guest list packed with familiar faces, including Tom Sandoval, Jessi Draper, Holly Madison, and more.
