Jax Taylor's relationship with his longtime publicist Lori Krebs didn't begin with a secret affair ... it grew out of a friendship strengthened by some of life's biggest challenges … TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the pair tell TMZ … Jax and Lori have grown significantly closer over the past several months while supporting each other through their respective divorces and the unique experience of raising children with autism. We're told those deeply personal experiences created a bond that eventually turned romantic.

Our sources also tell us Lori -- who has always maintained a substance-free lifestyle -- became an important source of support during Jax's recovery ... helping him as he worked to get his life back on track.

Brittany Cartwright is getting out of town after TMZ published photos of her estranged husband, Jax Taylor, getting cozy with the couple's publicist, Lori Krebs, who Brittany has since fired.

The 'Valley' star was spotted Tuesday boarding a jet out of Los Angeles with friend and costar Lala Kent ... the first time we've seen Brittany since the Jax-Lori photos came out.

We're told Brittany treated herself to a nail salon visit in Studio City before heading to the airport.

"Vanderpump Rules" alum Jax Taylor was spotted out in May with his estranged wife Brittany Cartwright's longtime publicist Lori Krebs ... months before their cozy Mexico pool pics surfaced ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained a photo of the duo at a Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill in Boca Raton on May 15 ... about two months before they were spotted in the pool at a Mexican resort.

Folks who were there tell us Jax and Lori were very low-key and drinking soda as they bellied up to the bar on a Friday night.

We're also told the pair seemingly did not want to be recognized.

Brittany Cartwright is severing a professional relationship that lasted more than a decade ... 'cause TMZ has learned she fired her longtime publicist, Lori Krebs, after Lori was spotted on a cozy vacation with Brittany's estranged husband, Jax Taylor.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Brittany decided to cut ties with Lori on Monday after learning about the photos TMZ obtained showing Lori and Jax snuggled up in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Our sources tell us Lori called Brittany before TMZ published the photos to give her a heads up that the story was coming.

Tom Sandoval and Victoria Lee Robinson were close to ending their tumultuous relationship after he returned from filming a new reality show ... TMZ has learned.

Jax and Lori are seen embracing in the water, standing chest to chest while talking and, at one point, wrapping their arms around each other as they floated together.

We're told the bar quickly filled with patrons looking to watch the action, leaving employees scrambling to keep up with the rush. Rather than watch the chaos unfold, we're told Scheana volunteered to help, delivering food and lending a hand until things settled down.

2:13 PM PT -- A rep for Tom Sandoval tells TMZ ... "It’s no surprise that Victoria’s request for a restraining order was immediately denied. The court granted Tom a restraining order and an immediate move-out order against both Victoria and her father after police reviewed all the video evidence from that night."

11:36 AM PT -- Victoria Lee Robinson's request for a temporary restraining order has been denied.

Tom Sandoval's situation with his ex is getting even messier ... 'cause she just filed for a restraining order against him, claiming he's been physically violent with her in the past.

Victoria Lee Robinson filed for a restraining order against Tom on Thursday, claiming Tom has been physical on multiple occasions, including the brutal June 3 fight at the Hollywood Hills rental home where all three of them had been living.

In addition to that altercation, Victoria says that Tom shoved her down hardwood stairs on August 30, 2025 … which she claims caused “visible injuries” to her knees.

Tom Sandoval didn't just open his home to ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson ... he also allegedly supported her and her dad financially for more than a year while they lived with him ... but sources close to Victoria adamantly dispute that account.

Sources close to Tom tell TMZ ... in October 2024, Tom invited Victoria and her dad, Will Robinson, along with their four cats, to move into his home.

We're told Will first moved into the Valley Village home Tom previously shared with ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix before the group later relocated as Tom worked to sell the property.

Tom Sandoval and ex Victoria Lee Robinson's breakup drama came with an encore ... because police were called back to his house just hours after their first visit.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD officers responded to Tom's Los Angeles home around 5:30 PM Saturday after Victoria attempted to return ... telling cops she had a friend there to pick up more of her belongings, but Tom wasn't letting them.

We're told officers showed up simply to keep the peace, and nobody was arrested.

Sources tell us Tom had believed Victoria was planning to come back to the house ... but sources close to Victoria tell us that's not the case, insisting she intended to send a mover named Miguel instead.

Our sources say Victoria's focus during that time wasn't her rocky relationship with Tom, but her grandfather's declining health.

Our Victoria sources claim Tom watched Victoria grieve, offered little comfort beyond a condolences text after her grandfather died, and left her feeling abandoned. They also say Victoria rented the home after Tom told her he wanted a future together and let her dad stay there while he dealt with the family crisis.

Victoria Lee Robinson and her father showed up at Tom Sandoval's house Friday ... the day after they were kicked out of the house by a judge.

It's unclear if they were packing up their belongings, but Victoria and Will were seen at the reality star's Los Angeles abode the same day Will filed his own restraining order against Sandoval following an explosive argument around a backyard fire pit. The judge immediately denied Will's request for a restraining order.

Victoria was later spotted walking out of court ... holding what appeared to be documents in her hand while talking on the phone. To be clear, she has not filed any sort of restraining order at this moment.

Tom Sandoval was at his breaking point in his relationship with Victoria Lee Robinson when he shoved her dad into a lit fire pit ... at least that's what a source is saying.

A source familiar with the situation tells TMZ ... the footage of Tom pushing his ex's dad, Will, was taken out of context. We're told, "It captures only a fraction of an incident that followed months of physical and psychological abuse by Victoria and her father."

Our source insists Tom "has never physically harmed" Victoria, and had never gotten physical with her father before that night.
