1:30 PM PT -- John Morgan and attorney Alberto Oliveri tell TMZ ... “Our client was severely injured on a ride at Disney’s Blizzard Beach. He has filed a lawsuit alleging that it was the defendant’s lax safety measures and oversight that contributed to those injuries. We are pursuing justice for him and working to hold Disney accountable for their alleged negligence.”

Walt Disney World’s got a splashy lawsuit on its hands -- literally -- after a man who was over the ride’s weight limit says he was launched into agony ... and now he’s gunning for some serious cash.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Eugene Strickland -- who weighed 334 lbs. when he hit the Downhill Double Dipper at Disney’s Blizzard Beach in July 2021 (despite its 300-lb individual weight limit) -- says the ride sent him flying and allegedly left him with permanent injuries.

Strickland claims the design of the inner tube caused it to slide out under him, which allegedly resulted in him being launched into the air before he came crashing down the hard plastic. Nearly 4 years later, he says he’s still suffering. He's talking catastrophic injuries, pain, scarring, and an alleged loss of the ability to enjoy life.

"Mia," a former assistant to Sean "Diddy" Combs who went on to work in development for one of his media companies, is continuing her testimony under a pseudonym for the third day. It's the fourth week of testimony in the case.

Mia is being cross-examined by defense attorney Brian Steel. Mia was asked about her time as an assistant to Diddy, and overseeing the possession of staff passports, which she confirms. This appears to be related to an episode Mia testified to last week, in which she says she left Diddy's yacht during a trip to St. Barts in the Caribbean under duress, but then returned to the boat, where her passport was held.

She confirmed she was finished working with Diddy by March 2017 ... she's then asked about a Christmas message she'd sent to Diddy in 2018, which reads, "Merry Christmas, I love you!" She says she'd just seen Diddy at the funeral for Kim Porter -- the mother of Diddy's children.

Jamie Foxx has been keeping his distance from Diddy -- but he threw the door wide open with some icy shade and razor-sharp words, leaving no doubt where he stands.

Taking the mic at a Comedy Store special, Jamie straight-up branded the embattled rapper, now tangled in a federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial in NYC, a "nasty motherf***er."

Jamie explained in the Thursday night vid obtained by Urban Hollywood that Diddy’s fall from grace hits especially hard for the Black community -- joking white folks might still think it’s all cool, but for them, he used to be their hero.

Sean "Diddy" Combs and Harvey Weinstein have more than one thing in common ... they’re being sued for alleged sexual assault by the same model.

Not only are Diddy and Weinstein currently on trial for sex crimes in unrelated trials, but Crystal McKinney has filed lawsuits against them in a New York federal court.

In her latest suit, filed Friday, McKinney -- through her attorney Michelle Caiola -- accuses Weinstein of raping her and a friend in a Manhattan hotel room in 2003.

Ray J is railing against the racketeering conspiracy charge Diddy is facing in his federal criminal trial ... he says a RICO charge against the Kardashians would be more believable.

Diddy's longtime friend came to his defense on TMZ's new weekly series on Tubi, "TMZ Presents: United States V. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial" ... and Ray says he's having a hard time believing Diddy is guilty of racketeering.

Ray J says he spent a lot of time around Diddy and a lot of the witnesses who are testifying ... and based on his experience, he doesn't see how the RICO charge is warranted.

Another week is in the books for the Diddy criminal trial, and it took only 13 days of witness testimony for President Trump to insert himself into the proceedings.

The biggest news from Friday's Diddy federal trial happened far from the Manhattan courtroom where he's being tried ... at the White House, Trump was asked about a potential pardon for Diddy if the music mogul gets convicted.

Trump left open the possibility of clemency ... telling reporters he would have to look at the case and the facts and determine if he thought Diddy was treated unfairly ... though it feels a bit premature at this point to be talking pardons.

One of Diddy's former assistants says she had to ask the music mogul for permission for just about anything ... including taking time off to lay her grandmother to rest.

The witness, who is testifying under the pseudonym "Mia," told jurors Friday in her second day on the stand that she had to get permission to leave or do things ... saying she even "had to beg to go to my grandma's funeral."

This all came out during cross-examination ... with Mia getting grilled by Diddy defense attorney Brian Steel.

The Diddy criminal trial is now at a dozen days of testimony ... and today's witnesses talked about sexual assaults, violence, "period blood," and some of Cassie's relationships with other celebs ... including a flirtation with Michael B. Jordan.

Things got emotional in the courtroom Thursday as a former Diddy assistant testifying under the pseudonym "Mia" recalled alleged sexual assaults, rapes and threats she endured from Diddy.

Mia sobbed during her testimony, and a lot of what she said lined up with some of Cassie's testimony about extortion ... though it's fair to wonder why prosecutors didn't bring Mia to the stand right after Cassie.

One of Diddy's former assistants says the music mogul sexually assaulted her for the first time during his birthday party at a swanky hotel in New York City ... but she says it didn't end there.

The witness, who is testifying under the pseudonym "Mia," told jurors she was working for Diddy in 2009 when he sexually assaulted her at The Plaza Hotel in New York, where he was celebrating his 40th birthday.

Mia said Diddy rented out the penthouse for a party filled with unnamed celebrities and she says he asked to speak to her in the kitchen, clearing out the room and leaving just the two of them alone.

Diddy's former assistant says she had to clean up some pretty nasty scenes in the hotels where he stayed with Cassie ... including some fluid she says he told her was "period blood."

The ex-employee, who is testifying under the pseudonym "Mia," told jurors one of her jobs as a Diddy assistant was to clean up hotel rooms before housekeeping ... due to concerns about embarrassing photos getting out.

Mia testified the rooms she encountered were "destroyed" and the "really nasty" conditions were a "nightmare." She said there would be candle wax everywhere, broken glass, oil on the walls, and sometimes even blood.

Prince's security intervened when Diddy was starting to attack Cassie outside a party hosted by the "Purple Rain" singer ... one of Diddy's former personal assistants testified in court.

The female assistant, introduced by her pseudonym "Mia," says she worked for Diddy as his personal assistant, and later as director of development and acquisition for Revolt Films, a media company Diddy founded.

Mia told the jury she witnessed Diddy get physically violent with Cassie on multiple occasions  ... including a 2010 party hosted by Prince.

Ariana Biermann won't be doing any hard time after her DUI arrest ... because she only needs to complete probation and a few community service hours.

The daughter of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann received 24 months of probation and 40 hours of community service as part of her sentence earlier this month in a plea deal.

During her probation, the court is ordering Ariana to stay away from drugs and alcohol ... and, not to associate with anyone who possesses illegal drugs.

New video has surfaced showing the alleged victim in the NYC crypto kidnapping case escaping from his house of horrors, where prosecutors say he was tortured for weeks.

Testimony from celebrity stylist Deonte Nash continued Thursday in Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial in NYC ... after he told the jury Wednesday he witnessed the rap mogul threaten former girlfriend Cassie's singing career with the release of sex tapes of her.

On the stand Thursday, Nash said while he was in Miami to style rapper Lil Kim, he confirmed he set Cassie up with actor Michael B. Jordan. He was then asked about Andre Branch, a former NFL linebacker, who Cassie also dated.

Combs' defense asks Nash whether he was aware of the relationship with Branch ... he said "Oh, the cute football player? Yes. But I never met him." He's also asked about an NBA player referred to only as Brandon.

Diddy's defense attorney Xavier Donaldson proposes to read text messages back and forth with Nash ... Nash looks at the messages, and says "Oh, you got some names in here." They proceed to role-play the exchange. Some of Cassie's facial injuries seem to be referenced in the messages. Nash is asked if he was aware Cassie was having threesomes with other men -- he replies, "Ugh. No, she didn't tell me."

5:24 PM PT -- Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Julie Chrisley is already on her way home to Nashville.

Julie Chrisley is officially out of federal prison ... released just moments ago ... TMZ has learned.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons tells us ... Julie walked out of Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky on Wednesday evening, not long after her husband, Todd was released from federal prison in Pensacola, Florida.

The Chrisleys -- who were convicted on bank fraud and tax evasion charges in 2022 -- were released hours after President Donald Trump signed off on their pardons.

Joe Exotic still has a path to freedom ... we've learned a potential pardon from President Trump is NOT off the table, despite the 'Tiger King' getting snubbed in the latest round of Trump clemency rulings.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... a pardon for Joe remains a possibility -- however, his case was NOT reviewed during a recent round of presidential pardons.

It's unclear why Joe wasn't made a priority this time around, but we're told it's very possible Exotic's case will be reviewed in the very near future.
