Post Malone's baby mama has filed to dismiss her request for physical custody of their daughter in California ... though it looks like they'll still fight it out in Utah.

Hee Sung "Jamie" Park dismissed her L.A. filing for physical custody earlier this week, a little more than three months after originally filing the docs.

Worth noting ... Malone originally beat her to the punch by filing his own documents in a Utah court -- and, there's no indication he plans to drop the case there.

A Southern California man has been hit with 74 felony charges after allegedly plowing his car into a crowd outside an East Hollywood nightclub over the weekend, injuring 37 people -- some critically.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office says Fernando Ramirez faces 37 counts each of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. Prosecutors allege he intentionally drove onto the sidewalk outside The Vermont Hollywood around 2 AM on Saturday, striking dozens of pedestrians.

Eight victims suffered great bodily injury, and Ramirez was allegedly out on bail in a separate domestic violence case out of Orange County. He's being held without bail.

7/23 -- 9:06 AM PT -- Geffen's attorney Patty Glaser tells TMZ ... "There was no contract— express, written, oral, or implied— that has ever existed. We will be vigorously and righteously defending against this false, pathetic lawsuit."

David Geffen's divorce is getting nasty ... because his estranged husband is suing him for breach of contract and airing a bunch of alleged dirty laundry.

Geffen's ex, David Andrew Armstrong (AKA Donovan Michaels) beelined it to court Tuesday and filed an explosive lawsuit against the entertainment mogul ... claiming the 82-year-old billionaire was "masquerading as a white knight while hiding behind wealth, philanthropy and fame."

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Armstrong claims they first met on the website Seekingarrangements.com ... he says Geffen paid him $10,000 for sex on the first night, then began treating him as "a living social experiment."

12:49 PM PT -- Erik Menendez is undergoing treatment for kidney stones ... TMZ has confirmed.

Erik Menendez is battling a health issue that is so serious his lawyer is asking California Governor Gavin Newsom to release him immediately, ahead of next month's parole hearing.

Attorney Mark Geragos was on "TMZ Live" Tuesday and told Harvey Erik's medical condition is "serious" ... serious enough to warrant immediate action by the Governor.

Geragos said Erik is getting treatment in prison, but -- although Geragos wouldn't say -- it seems treatment by specialists outside the prison would be appropriate and possibly essential.

Rachel Zoe has pulled the plug on her longtime marriage to Rodger Berman ... because she just filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Rachel filed on Monday in Los Angeles. She lists the date of separation as June 27, 2024. The couple had been married for over 26 years. They share 2 minor children together -- Skyler, 14 and 10-year-old Kaius.

Rachel cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce. She's also requesting the court to restore her former name.

Shia LaBeouf is no longer being sued by his ex-girlfriend FKA Twigs ... because we've learned they settled her explosive lawsuit out of court.

Shia's lawyer, Shawn Holley, and FKA's attorney, Bryan Freedman, tell TMZ ... "Committed to forging a constructive path forward, we have agreed to settle our case out of court. While the details of the settlement will remain private, we wish each other personal happiness, professional success and peace in the future."

New legal docs obtained by TMZ also show FKA Twigs asked the court to dismiss all claims against Shia with prejudice, meaning she cannot refile the case in the future.

10:28 AM PT -- Edwin Arroyave just shared home security footage to his Instagram in which you see the suspects jump over the gate at the driveway and storm the property. He says the idea for his security company came from past trauma of having a gun held to his head at 8 years old.

8:53 AM PT -- Teddi Mellencamp and Edwin Arroyave tell TMZ ... “We are grateful that everyone is unharmed. While we are shaken, we are fortunate to have the latest in home security systems, which scared off the intruders. Authorities were alerted and swiftly responded. We appreciate everyone’s heightened concern in light of recent criminal activities in our area, but we are safe.”

Teddi Mellencamp is dealing with some trouble at home ... because there was an attempted burglary at her Los Angeles pad.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... two people attempted to enter the premises of the Encino home belonging to Teddi and her husband Edwin Arroyave on Monday night.

The home's security system immediately signaled that intruders were attempting to access the property.

Dog the Bounty Hunter's stepson Gregory Zecca has been placed on a psychiatric hold as he grieves the death of his son, who was killed in an accidental shooting at the Zecca residence.

A rep for the family tells TMZ ... Greg has been put on a 5150 psychiatric hold because he is so devastated by the loss of his only son, Anthony ... and we're told there were concerns Gregory might try and take his own life.

The rep tells us the hold is because Greg is stricken by grief and not because he feels guilty of a crime in relation to the shooting.

President Trump is weighing in on the Bryan Kohberger case — and he's demanding answers from the confessed killer of 4 University of Idaho college students.

The commander-in-chief took to his Truth Social platform Monday and fired off one of his usual not-so-subtle messages, kicking things off by describing the murdered students as "wonderful young souls."

Trump then pointed out Kohberger cut a plea deal that spared him the death penalty ... noting that the butcher will spend the rest of his days doing hard time behind bars.

Alan Dershowitz is calling on the feds to cut a deal with Ghislaine Maxwell and release her from prison ... in exchange for spilling secrets on the dealings of Jeffrey Epstein.

The famed defense attorney joined us on "TMZ Live" Monday and we asked him about his crusade to get Ghislaine sprung from a federal penitentiary.

Ghislaine was Epstein's one-time girlfriend and co-conspirator and she's doing hard time after being convicted of aiding Epstein in the sexual exploitation and abuse of multiple minors over the course of a decade.

Denise Richards' estranged husband is revealing what ignited their explosive July 4 fight, and subsequent divorce -- he claims he caught her cheating, and has text messages to back that up.

In an exclusive interview, Aaron Phypers tells TMZ ... he first learned of Denise's alleged hookup with another man at the beginning of the year, when he found text messages between them on Denise's laptop.

Phypers claims the texts include several selfies shared between Denise and the other man, and sweet messages like her wishing him "sweet dreams."

8/8 9:38 AM PT -- Prosecutors just responded to Luigi Mangione's defense team and they say they did nothing wrong.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors say they issued a valid subpoena to Aetna for account numbers and dates of when Luigi received coverage and Aetna made an administrative mistake and seemingly provided materials outside of the scope of the subpoena.

Prosecutors say they identified the error, notified the court and Luigi's defense and then deleted their copy of said materials.

Luigi Mangione's lawyers are accusing the prosecution of cheating to obtain confidential information about him ... specifically claiming they violated federal law through a recent subpoena.

The defense team -- led by Karen Friedman Agnifilo -- sent a letter to the judge Thursday in which they claim prosecutors partially reviewed documents about Luigi's medical care that are supposed to be protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.

Mangione's side says prosecutors created a fraudulent subpoena to obtain the health information ... circumventing the rules by telling the health insurance company Aetna they could send the docs right to them.

Aaron Phypers just got hit with some explosive claims from estranged wife Denise Richards -- and TMZ’s got the exact moment he was served with a temporary domestic violence restraining order.

Catch the shots -- Aaron was shirtless outside his Calabasas pad, mid-phone call, when someone rolled up and slapped him with the papers ... and yeah, you can tell he was not ready for it.

Even after getting served, Aaron kept the phone glued to his ear ... clearly trying to process the bombshell as he skimmed through the paperwork.

Denise Richards' estranged husband is firing off about the alleged abuse of which she's accusing him ... denying all wrongdoing in an emphatic response.

The Idaho judge overseeing the Bryan Kohberger quadruple murder case has lifted the gag order ... but one victim's family says that's not enough -- calling for every single case document to be immediately unsealed.

Here's the deal ... on Thursday Judge Steven Hippler lifted the gag order -- allowing prosecutors to talk to media about the case -- but refused to release case docs, including evidence critical to the case. He may do that in the future.

Steve Goncalves, Kaylee's dad, blasted the judge's inaction as complete BS -- telling TMZ ... the victims' families need to have access to every piece of info to properly address "the monster" Kohberger at sentencing.
