Diddy Speedy Appeals Process Gets Green Light
Sean "Diddy" Combs will have a quicker appeals process after a judge gave it the go-ahead ... and his lawyers and federal prosecutors could be making oral arguments as early as April 2026.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge on Monday approved Diddy's request for an expedited appeals process ... after the convicted mogul said it would be the only way to ensure justice can be done, given his relatively short sentence and the risk of him just serving it out while the appeal is pending.
The judge adopted Diddy's proposed briefing schedule and it looks like this ... Diddy's opening brief is due by December 23, the government's response is due by February 20, Diddy's reply is due by March 13 ... and if the timeline holds, oral arguments will be heard as early as April 2026.

Former TV Anchor Charged With Murdering Her Mom in Gruesome Stabbing
A former TV anchor was reportedly arrested in connection with the stabbing death of her elderly mother Friday.
Angelynn Mock -- a 47-year-old woman who anchored St. Louis' local station Fox 2 about 10 years ago -- was taken into police custody in Wichita, Kansas after her 80-year-old mother, Anita Avers, was found in bed with multiple stab wounds, the Daily Mail reports. Avers was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
The Wichita Police Department told the Daily Mail they responded around 8 in the morning and found Mock outside the home while her mother was lying inside bleeding.
Harvard Medical School FBI Probing Explosion on Campus ... Appeared to Be 'Intentional'
Law enforcement authorities are looking into an explosion on Harvard's medical school campus ... one which cops say looks "intentional," according to multiple reports.
The university released a statement to news outlets Saturday that two individuals were spotted running away from the Goldenson building around 3 AM this morning after a fire alarm went off.
A Harvard University Police Department officer went up to the fourth floor of the building ... and discovered an expolosion had occurred -- however, no injuries were reported.

Justin Baldoni isn't seeking to restart his lawsuit against Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds and the New York Times -- for now at least -- because the deadline to amend that suit has passed, and the final judgment dismissing the case is now official.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the final judgment in the case has just been entered and all of Justin's claims against Blake, Ryan and the NYT have been thrown out of court.

Kevin Costner is taking another swing at getting a judge to toss a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against him by a stunt performer who claims she was forced to participate in an unscripted and unscheduled rape scene on the set of the Western film series, "Horizon."

Sean "Diddy" Combs is all checked in at his new home for the next two-and-a-half years ... TMZ has learned he's begun serving his federal prison sentence.
Law enforcement sources tell us Diddy was transferred to FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey early Thursday morning and began the check-in process. Remember, this is the prison he requested to serve his time at after Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced him to 50 months in prison.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons ultimately granted Diddy's request.
'Rust' Film Gun Supplier Sues Alec Baldwin, Halyna Hutchins' Widower, Others
Four years later, Alec Baldwin still isn't completely out of the woods with regard to the tragic shooting on the set of his movie "Rust" ... the gun supplier from the movie is now suing Alec and several others, claiming they smeared his good name after the fatal incident.
In court documents, obtained by TMZ, Seth Kenney -- the owner of PDQ Arm & Prop who filed the suit without a lawyer -- alleges his reputation was tarnished due to "cutthroat industry Hollywood 'fixers' and media," which led to "significant loss of past, present and future financial income."
He claims Alec and others -- including Halyna Hutchins' widower, Matthew -- "conspired to paint [him] in a nationwide false light scapegoat smear campaign" to distance themselves from the "Rust" shooting and subsequent criminal investigation.
