Jada Pinkett Smith threatened a purported longtime friend of her husband, Will Smith, telling him he would catch a bullet if he didn't shut his trap about her ... this according to court documents.
The actress turned podcaster was sued in November 2025 for $3 million by Bilaal Salaam, who claimed he was Will's best buddy for almost 40 years, working closely together on several professional and personal projects.
In the lawsuit, Salaam says Jada approached him with about 7 other people in her entourage at a private birthday gathering for Will's 53rd birthday party at a movie theater in Calabasas, CA, in September 2021.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Channing and Jenna signed off on a 50 percent split of the other's retirement benefits from the Screen Actors Guild-Producers Pension Plan.
It's unclear how much that slice of the pie is actually worth ... but the docs say the retirement benefits are calculated by dividing pension credit earned during their 2009 to 2018 marriage by total pension credit earned.

In a statement, Juda Engelmayer, a spokesperson for Diddy, tells TMZ ... "Netflix's so-called 'documentary' is a shameful hit piece" and "confirms that Netflix relied on stolen footage that was never authorized for release."
As you know, 50 promoted the docuseries Monday on "Good Morning America" before its Tuesday release on Netflix, and he previewed never-before-seen footage of Diddy recorded just prior to his September 2024 arrest.
50 also had a very different view on what Diddy's reaction would be to the series, saying the music mogul would think it was "amazing" and "the best documentary I've seen in a long time" with the exception of some bits and pieces. 50 added that Diddy would ultimately "see the truth in it."

"Seeking Sister Wife" star Garrick Merrifield was arrested Monday for domestic violence against his wife ... and now we've uncovered explosive details on the dramatic incident, including a threat to call Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
According to an affidavit for arrest warrant, obtained by TMZ, Garrick's wife, Larrana, told police her husband snatched her phone during a heated argument, refusing to allow her to contact her family in Brazil.
The docs say Larrana informed Garrick she wanted to call police, but he wouldn't give her phone back, and he threatened to call ICE. Larrana told cops she was terrified because she isn't familiar with all the laws, even though she's in the country legally on a visa.

Mark Geragos says the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner is right to want transparency in the Celeste Rivas case ... and he's commending the M.E. for speaking out against the LAPD after cops obtained a court order blocking the M.E. from releasing records on the 14-year-old's death.

A grand jury was reportedly convened to gather information on the death of Celeste Rivas.
The grand jury heard evidence for several days in mid-November ... this according to the Los Angeles Times. The Times reported the existence of the grand jury was disclosed in the LAPD's petition to block the L.A. County Medical Examiner's Office from release information about her death.
The grand jury was assembled as an investigative tool, and not to specifically indict anyone for Celeste's death. It has the ability to recommend charges, and it's unclear if it did so. It's also unclear if that grand jury is still gathering evidence.

The outlet reports the accused assailants -- Samuel Corner, Charlotte Head, Leona Kamio, Fatema Rajwani, Zoe Rogers and Jordan Devlin -- deny all charges of aggravated burglary, criminal damage and violent disorder ... but the video paints a different picture.
Miss Universe Co-Owner Wanted by Police ... Arrest Warrant Issued in Fraud Case
Cops in Thailand are looking for Jakapong "Anne" Jakrajutatip -- a co-owner of the Miss Universe pageant -- after she failed to show up to a civil court hearing ... according to multiple reports.
The Independent and France 24 state the Bangkok South Civil Court issued the warrant after Jakrajutatip didn't show up for a verdict in a $930,000 lawsuit, which was supposed to be read out Tuesday.
Jakrajutatip was charged with fraud back in 2023 after plastic surgeon Raweewat Maschamadol sued her and her company JKN Global Group Public Co. Ltd. for allegedly defrauding him while selling corporate bonds.
