The Texas judge going viral for all the wrong reasons has even more problems ... he's facing fines for missed filings with the Texas Ethics Commission.

Judge Nathan J. Milliron -- who sits on the bench of the Texas 215th District Court -- is listed as delinquent on two separate required filings with the Texas Ethics Commission ... according to KPRC 2 in Houston.

Milliron reportedly failed to submit campaign finance and personal financial disclosure reports ... and he's facing a $1,500 in fines as a result.

They even speak about getting a second property up and running to increase Kendra's stream of income ... but are also open to the idea of selling it down the road -- or building a whole new pad with the help of a HELOC loan!

Kim Kardashian and her mom, Kris Jenner, were shut down in their fight to keep information about their secret 2023 settlement with Ray J from the public, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge denied Kim and Kris’ request to seal certain documents, including the 2023 deal. 

The judge ruled Kris and Kim failed to present enough evidence that the deal being made public would cause them harm. 

Quadruple Amputee Murder Suspect Argued With Friend Over Gun, Girl ... Before Fatal Shooting

Dayton James Webber -- the quadruple amputee who is accused of shooting another man to death in his car -- may have done so after an argument over a gun and a fight about a woman ... TMZ has learned.

As you know ... Webber was arrested for the murder of Bradrick Michael Wells last Sunday. Cops say eyewitnesses told them Webber shot Wells in Maryland, then asked them for help pushing his body out of the car. Officers say these eyewitnesses told them they refused, and they got out of Webber's car before he drove off. He was later arrested in Virginia.

According to court docs obtained by ESPN, Webber and Wells got into a "heated argument" about "drugs, guns and a woman" before the shooting.

Kendra Duggar isn't sugarcoating the reality of her husband, Joseph, being behind bars on child molestation charges ... telling him his family is "disappointed" during a jail call obtained by TMZ.

You can hear part of the "19 Kids and Counting" star's chat from last Thursday -- the couple is talking about Joseph's famous family when she says everyone still loves him even though they're not happy about his current situation. And Joe seems understanding of their disappointment ... noting he also feels their love.

Kendra goes on to encourage him to take everything one day at a time ... and he happily obliges.

Charlie Kirk Murder Suspect Prosecutors Slam His Claims Bullet Doesn't Match

The attorney prosecuting Tyler Robinson in the case concerning Charlie Kirk's killing tells TMZ the bullet matching test results were inconclusive ... but that doesn't remove Tyler from suspicion.

Attorney Christopher Ballard tells us, "Generally when a bullet fragment analysis comes back as inconclusive, that means the fragment did not contain enough detail for the examiner to say one way or the other. There's just not enough there to determine whether the bullet was fired by a particular firearm. We have ample evidence to demonstrate beyond a reasonable doubt that Tyler Robinson committed this murder and we will present some of that evidence at the upcoming preliminary hearing -- and then we will present all of that evidence at the trial."

As we reported ... Tyler's defense team argued there’s a discrepancy between the ballistic evidence and the weapon prosecutors say is connected to Robinson.

There's a new twist in the case surrounding the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk ... new legal documents claim the bullet used to commit the crime does not match the rifle tied to suspect Tyler Robinson, TMZ has learned.

According to the legal docs obtained by TMZ, Robinson's defense team argues there’s a discrepancy between the ballistic evidence and the weapon prosecutors say is connected to Robinson ... who's facing multiple charges -- including aggravated murder and felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury -- in Charlie's slaying.

Robinson's attorney claims the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives conducted a summary report which indicates the ATF was “unable to identify the bullet recovered at autopsy to the rifle allegedly tied to Mr. Robinson.”

Kendra was released later that day and whisked away with her children to a secluded location. Afterwards, she accepted Joseph's call from Washington County Detention Facility in Arkansas.

Joseph Duggar just went before a judge in Florida for the first time since being extradited to the Sunshine State in his child molestation case.

The "19 Kids and Counting" star -- one of Josh Duggar's brothers -- had his bond set at $600,000 and he was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim, and no unsupervised contact with any minors.

As we've told you ... Duggar was arrested in Arkansas earlier this month and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, involving unlawful sexual activity with a minor ... after a 14-year-old girl told law enforcement about several alleged incidents with Joseph she claims occurred during a family vacation in Panama City Beach, FL in 2020 when she was only 9 years old.

Duggar posed for a creepy new mug shot after being transferred from Arkansas to Florida ... and his next court date is set for April 20.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a Georgia judge granted Simon’s request to dismiss the lawsuit he brought against Porsha back in 2024. 

In his order dismissing the case, the judge warned that if Simon tries to revive the case in the future, he’ll be on the hook for Porsha’s legal fees.
