Joseph Duggar's attorneys wants to question his in-laws as they fight criminal charges related to allegations he molested a 9-year-old girl ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kendra Duggar's parents, Paul and Christina Caldwell, are scheduled to be questioned under oath on September 14 at the State Attorney's Office in Panama City, Florida.

Investigator Darrell "Chase" Norris is also set to be deposed, while a man named Thomas Lowe will be questioned later that afternoon. The notice says the testimony is being gathered for discovery and possibly to use at trial.

Amy Duggar isn't backing up her cousin Joseph in his sexual assault case ... instead, it sounds like she's supporting his accuser.

Amy revealed on "The Sarah Fraser Show" that she had spoken to the girl who claims Joseph molested her in 2020, when she was only 9 years old.

Joseph's cousin said she gave the girl a message of hope, telling her ... "This doesn’t have to destroy you. It really truly doesn't."

Josh Duggar New Prison In Ohio ... Means Less Visits With Wife And Kids

Josh Duggar has been transferred yet again to a federal prison in Ohio -- which is going to make it super hard for his wife and kids to visit him from all the way in Arkansas, TMZ has learned.

The former "19 Kids and Counting" star was recently moved to FCI Elkton in Lisbon, OH, from FTC Oklahoma City -- a temporary transfer facility for inmates moving through the federal system.

Prior to Oklahoma City, Josh was imprisoned at the Federal Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas -- where "Tiger King" star  Joe Exotic is housed -- and FCI Seagoville, also in Texas. 

With his latest move to FCI Elkton, Josh will have lots of trouble seeing his wife, Anna, for face-to-face visits along with their 7 kids, according to his attorney, Beau Brindley.

Josh Duggar is doing just "fine" despite his recent transfer to a federal prison specializing in medical and mental health services ... at least according to his attorney.

Josh's lawyer, Beau Brindley, tells TMZ … Josh was moved as part of a "routine" transfer from FCI Seagoville in Seagoville, Texas, to the Federal Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

Brindley noted the May 29 transfer had nothing to do with Josh's health.

The "19 Kids and Counting" star filed a motion looking to vacate his conviction for possession of child sexual abuse material, claiming his constitutional rights were violated.

The "19 Kids and Counting" star turned convicted sex offender was transferred May 29 from a minimum-security facility, FCI Seagoville in Texas, to the Federal Medical Center in Forth Worth ... according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Duggar had been locked up at FCI Seagoville from June 2022 to May 2026 ... but the BOP refused to explain the reason behind the move, citing security concerns.

Kendra Duggar is reportedly cutting ties with her own family ... as the legal storm surrounding her and husband Joseph Duggar keeps getting uglier.

According to Us Weekly ... Kendra has stopped communicating with her parents, Paul and Christina Caldwell, while the fallout from Joseph's criminal case continues to ripple through both families.

The outlet reports the Caldwells have already moved out of their home, placed their belongings in storage and are now weighing a possible move out of state. The insider says the family has been under enormous stress ever since Joseph's arrest ... especially after Kendra allegedly cut them off.

Joseph Duggar Cleared by Judge to Grill Child Abuse Investigators

Joseph Duggar scored a big win in his Florida criminal case ... because a judge signed off on letting his legal team grill the investigators involved in the child abuse probe.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Florida judge ruled Monday that Duggar's attorneys can depose witnesses tied to the investigation -- including reps from the Department of Children & Families, the Child Protection Team and the Children's Advocacy Center -- even though many of those records are typically protected by confidentiality laws.

The order also forces agencies involved in the case to turn over evidence the prosecution could use at trial ... including videos, audio recordings, reports and physical evidence. Duggar's defense team will now be allowed to view, examine, and copy that material that may be used by prosecutors before the case heads to trial.

Joseph Duggar is looking to grill the investigators who spoke to the alleged victim in his Florida criminal case ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Joseph and his legal team are seeking permission from the judge to question individuals from the Department of Children & Families, Child Protection Team, and any other law enforcement agency involved in the investigation.

Joseph said that reps from the agencies spoke to the alleged minor victim in the case, and he insists has the right to view the evidence against him.

Josh Duggar Gets More Time In The Slammer

Josh Duggar's going to be spending more time behind bars than he expected ... because his prison sentence just got extended a little longer.

Only days after going in front of a judge to appeal his conviction for possessing child sex abuse material, Josh had two months tacked on to his federal prison sentence.

According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Josh is now scheduled to be released from custody at FCI Seagoville in Texas on Feb. 2, 2033.

Joseph Duggar has entered a not guilty plea to the charges he and his wife, Kendra, are facing in Arkansas.

Duggar's attorney entered the plea earlier this week in district court. Duggar has a court date set for August 10.

To be clear, this is in reference to the child endangerment and false imprisonment case against Joseph and Kendra Duggar, not the charges Duggar's facing connected to alleged sexual abuse of a minor in Florida. Kendra has also entered a not guilty plea.

Joseph Duggar's wife Kendra is back in court over her own criminal case ... and she just scored a major legal win after getting a no-contact order lifted.

According to new court docs obtained by TMZ, Kendra's attorney, Travis W. Story, filed an entry of appearance on her behalf last week and entered a not guilty plea to charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment.

Her legal team also asked the court to dissolve a no-contact order that had been put in place on March 20 ... arguing the alleged victims wanted contact with Kendra restored, that she had complied with all conditions of the order, and that continued restrictions were preventing important third-party evaluations tied to the case.

In a statement shared with TMZ, the Caldwells stated they're "troubled and heartbroken" over his alleged actions and "devastated" for his victim, who they described as "courageous in every way" to share her experience.
