A spokesperson for JPMorgan tells TMZ ... "Following our investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims. While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations."
A JPMorgan Chase senior VP says his female boss made his life a living hell, ordering him to have sex with her and threatening to destroy his career when he wouldn't ... this according to a new lawsuit.
The plaintiff -- identified only as John Doe -- filed the suit Monday against Lorna Hajdini, executive director of JPMorgan Chase's Leveraged Finance division. Daily Mail was the first to report on the case.
Doe claims Hajdini used her power to pressure him into having "non-consensual and humiliating sex acts" ... even though he says he's married and pled with her to stop.
He says Hajdini also confessed she repeatedly slipped him "roofies" -- the date rape drug -- while at one point forcing him to have sex as she scolded him and made him cry.
'Love Island' Star Huda Mustafa BF Louis Russell Ends Battle Over Custody of Son
"Love Island" star Huda Mustafa’s boyfriend, Louis Russell, dropped his court battle with his ex-girlfriend, Nicole Olivera, after he accused her of interfering with his custody time ... TMZ has learned.
According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the “Too Hot to Handle” star informed the court on April 28 that he was no longer pursuing his case against Nicole, asking the clerk to dismiss the case without prejudice.
The move comes after Louis claimed Nicole “unreasonably” cut off his time with their son Luka. He said Nicole did this even after she promised not to have Huda around when he had the kid.

6:47 PM PT -- Taylor’s attorney Eric M. Swinyard tells TMZ ... "Today’s hearing was a significant step forward as the Court entered protective orders requiring that Taylor’s ex-partner stays far away from her.
He continues ... "Taylor was incredibly candid with the Court that she is not perfect and owned her faults, which is in direct contrast to how the other party presented their argument, despite evidence and input from law enforcement that showed otherwise.
He concludes ... "Taylor feels solidarity with the many survivors who have endured similar hardships behind closed doors and shared only part of their stories, and she remains grateful for the outpouring of support she continues to receive. She looks forward to continuing to cooperate with the Court to make progress in the custody case."
Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen finally came face-to-face as they fight for custody over their 2-year-old son -- and it got messy as their legal teams went back and forth for nearly two hours.
The 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' star and her ex had each filed protective orders following domestic violence allegations from both sides ... and were in Utah court battling it out for full custody of their kid, Ever.
The judge ruled to extend both of those protective orders for three years, but ultimately, no custody decision was made by the court -- the two parties were told to continue to work toward mediation.
They will reconvene on June 1 and in the meantime, will receive a recommendation in writing from the judge on parent time.

Steinfeld says speaking to the family about such macabre allegations is the hardest thing he's had to do in 37 years as a lawyer ... and it's affected the family so much that they've decided against their original idea of speaking publicly throughout the criminal process.

Britney Spears is officially facing criminal charges after being arrested on suspicion of DUI.
Prosecutors in Ventura County have charged Britney with one count of misdemeanor DUI.
TMZ broke the story ... Britney was pulled over March 4 in Westlake Village, near her home. Dispatch audio revealed she was allegedly swerving between lanes before being stopped by police.

The rapper is being sued by Monique Mayers, who claims she worked for 50 Cent for 12 years in senior operational roles across his various businesses -- until she was unceremoniously fired and then harassed and intimidated.
In the lawsuit, filed by attorney Bennitta Joseph of Joseph & Norinsberg and obtained by TMZ, Mayers claims she was working for 50 Cent when he was going through bankruptcy ... and she says she refused his demands to hide property in her own name to help him.
D4vd Murder Case Unknown If Celeste Was Pregnant ... Death Certificate Updated
There are some important updates to the death certificate for Celeste Rivas ... the document now reflects the fact the L.A. County Medical Examiner says she was murdered ... and it's now unknown if she'd been pregnant in the year before she was killed.
TMZ obtained Celeste's new death certificate, and it no longer says she was NOT pregnant ... now that section is marked "U" for unknown.
The new certificate says the cause of death has been corrected from "deferred" to "multiple penetrating injuries" ... and the manner of death is updated from "pending investigation" to "homicide."

Benjamin Owen -- founder of Memphis-based nonprofit We Fight Monsters -- was arrested for trespassing after authorities say he and a group made their way onto Little St. James in the U.S. Virgin Islands last Saturday. But the arrest is only half the story … because what cops say they found is raising serious eyebrows.
Officers were called to the island for a reported kidnapping and assault. When they arrived, they say they found Owen restrained with duct tape across his body and face … rocking pants labeled with his organization’s name -- not exactly your typical trespassing bust!

According to online court records, it appears Taylor recently filed declarations from three people -- including Jessi and her sister, Aspen May -- in the restraining order case filed by Dakota. The contents of the declarations are unavailable.
Taylor also filed an exhibit titled "kicking admission" and evidence labeled "abusive texts.”

Wesley Han, a non-binary actor famous for their work in "Power Book II: Ghost," is suing a swanky hotel in New York City for harassment and discrimination ... and it sounds like it's all about which bathroom they allegedly used.
In a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Wesley claims they were attending a private event at the Soho Grand Hotel when they were accosted by a security guard who forcibly removed them from the women's restroom.
Wesley says they were dressed in women's clothing when they attempted to use the women's restroom ... and they say a security guard asked women in the foyer, "Excuse me ladies, have you seen a man enter?”
Josh Duggar Gets More Time In The Slammer
Josh Duggar's going to be spending more time behind bars than he expected ... because his prison sentence just got extended a little longer.
Only days after going in front of a judge to appeal his conviction for possessing child sex abuse material, Josh had two months tacked on to his federal prison sentence.
According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Josh is now scheduled to be released from custody at FCI Seagoville in Texas on Feb. 2, 2033.
Nick Reiner Murder Case Still No Autopsies For Rob, Michele
Nick Reiner allegedly butchered his parents back in December ... but when he appeared again in court Wednesday, prosecutors revealed the autopsies for Rob and Michele Reiner are not ready yet ... four and a half months after their murders.
The hearing was delayed and when Nick was finally brought into the courtroom, he looked thin in his yellow and blue jail jumpsuit.
Nick's public defender told the judge they were still waiting on discovery ... and the next hearing in the case was set for Sept. 15.

Julia Holcomb is suing the legendary Aerosmith frontman over a years-long relationship back in the day ... she filed her lawsuit in California and included a bunch of claims about sexual encounters in various states ... but now a judge has ruled only one claim from an alleged incident in California can remain as the case moves forward ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ. The judge ruled the alleged instances of sex in other states -- such as Massachusetts and Oregon -- cannot move forward in a California court.
Steven's attorney, David Long-Daniels, tells TMZ ... "This is a massive win for Steven Tyler. Today, the court has dismissed with prejudice 99.9% of the claims against Mr. Tyler in this case. The court has decided that only one night fifty-plus years ago out of a three-year relationship is allowed to remain. We look forward to trying this case on August 31."
'Love Is Blind: Argentina' Star Locked Up 15 Years for Trying to Kill Ex-Wife
Former "Love Is Blind: Argentina" star Santiago Martínez is headed to prison for 15 years after being sentenced for trying to kill his ex-wife, Emily Ceco -- whom he met and married on the show back in 2024.
According to Argentine outlet A24, Martínez got the sentence in March ... after Ceco pulled the plug on plans to remarry him in Feb. 2025, alleging he’d been physically abusing her and left her with a black eye.
He was ultimately convicted of attempted murder, repeated assault and unlawful detention -- while Ceco was granted a restraining order.
Tupac Shakur Late Stepfather's Estate Sues Keefe D For Wrongful Death
Tupac Shakur's family is taking Keefe D to court to hold him responsible for the rapper's tragic murder ... filing a wrongful death lawsuit against him.
Maurice "Mopreme" Shakur -- Pac's stepbrother -- filed the lawsuit on behalf of his late brother's estate Tuesday ... noting Keefe D is the only person who has ever been arrested in connection to Tupac's murder.
The estate is also suing a number of "John Does" ... claiming the conspiracy to kill Tupac goes far beyond Keefe D, even though law enforcement has not yet identified anyone else who played a role in his death.
