Olympic gold medalist Apolo Ohno is dragging his ex-girlfriend Anna Pham to court for refusing to return his personal property, TMZ has learned. 

Apolo filed a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, claiming Anna has hundreds of items of personal and business property ... including studio and audio-production equipment, photographic and video equipment, electronics, apparel, a firearm, and computer hard drives containing irreplaceable content ... plus Olympic race and training footage, documentary footage held for future commercial sale, an unpublished book manuscript and personal Olympic photographs. 

The athlete claims the relationship ended in 2023, but they remained friends throughout most of 2024.

Damien O'Brien and Jessica O'Brien -- the Michigan couple charged with murdering their obese 7-year-old son -- are apparently receiving better treatment in prison than they allegedly provided to their own child.

The O'Briens are enjoying a seemingly cozy experience behind bars, despite being held without bond for allegedly neglecting Casper O'Brien, who prosecutors say was 225 pounds when he died.

Jason Gould, a member of the Genesse County Sheriff's Office, tells us ... the parents are served three meals a day with a rotating menu. Breakfast is a choice of cereal, oatmeal, toast, or scrambled eggs ... lunch can be sandwiches or burgers ... and dinner can be a number of different food options like pizza, tacos, and pasta.

We're told each inmate is assured the right amount of calories and nutrition in each meal ... something prosecutors say Casper's parents failed to provide at home, where they allegedly fed him nothing but potato chips and french fries.

Josh Duggar keeps playing prison hopscotch, jumping from one penitentiary to another, with his latest stop at a federal lockup in Oklahoma ... and his lawyer is calling all the moves "punitive."

The ex-reality star was recently transferred to FTC Oklahoma City after a short stay at FMC Fort Worth in Texas. Before that, Josh was cooling his heels in FCI Seagoville, also in Texas, where he was initially sent after his 2021 conviction for receiving and possessing child sexual abuse material. 

Josh's lawyer, Beau Brindley, tells TMZ ... Josh's transfers from prison to prison are all "punitive," stemming from correctional officers allegedly violating the rules by opening Josh's legal mail at Seagoville.

Two sisters were all smiles after allegedly stabbing a woman to death on a busy Texas street in broad daylight.

Police in Del Rio say 21-year-old Kitty Mia Diaz and her 19-year-old sister, Amaya Cookie, along with their friend, 21-year-old Kyandra Renee Faz, were busted Thursday after they butchered Caroline “Caro” Peña, a 32-year-old mother of five.

Video of their arrests surfaced on YouTube, showing police taking Kitty and Amaya into custody ... and based on their facial expressions, the two couldn't be happier to be in cuffs. They even smiled in their mug shots.

Luigi Mangione was back in court Monday ... this time to learn when his federal trial is going to start ... and he's got about six months to prepare.

Judge Garnett told the court a November start date isn't going to work, "given jury selection" ... so, instead, the trial was pushed to January.

The judge announced jury selection will start January 5 -- calling in about 40 to 50 people per day -- and opening statements will begin on January 25. Assistant United States Attorney Dominic A. Gentile moved to exclude a speedy trial.

Newly resurfaced body-cam footage from the Taylor Parker case shows the convicted killer inside an Oklahoma hospital desperately trying to convince officers she had just delivered a baby ... when in fact it was the fetus she had cut out of her murdered friend.

In the footage, obtained by TMZ from the Bowie County Court, investigators are seen at her bedside, explaining the situation at hand -- telling Parker they already are certain she's killed Reagan Simmons-Hancock and stolen the baby out of her uterus ... they're just trying to figure out why, mentioning depression and medication.

Parker appears visibly distressed as she repeatedly insists to law enforcement and hospital staff that she had just gone into labor while driving -- however cops are not buying her narrative, telling her "we know you did it."

A Pennsylvania man is under investigation in the disappearance of at least one woman after federal authorities arrested him on gun charges and found a letter referencing the late notorious serial killer Ted Bundy.

Eugene Horsch was taken into custody Friday after FBI agents and local police stormed his home in Philadelphia and found hazardous chemicals, several firearms, ammunition, and an alleged handwritten note mentioning Bundy ... Philadelphia Police Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore announced at a news conference.

Vanore says investigators also discovered a 55-gallon drum, a bunch of urns, and secret compartments inside Horsch's home. The probe was triggered on June 19, when a U.S. Park Ranger said they overheard a heated argument between Horsch and his girlfriend in a parked car.

Tom Sandoval and ex Victoria Lee Robinson's breakup drama came with an encore ... because police were called back to his house just hours after their first visit.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD officers responded to Tom's Los Angeles home around 5:30 PM Saturday after Victoria attempted to return ... telling cops she had a friend there to pick up more of her belongings, but Tom wasn't letting them.

We're told officers showed up simply to keep the peace, and nobody was arrested.

Sources tell us Tom had believed Victoria was planning to come back to the house ... but sources close to Victoria tell us that's not the case, insisting she intended to send a mover named Miguel instead.

The call captures Emersyn excitedly describing sapphire-and-diamond jewelry she received as an early gift ... while also telling her mom that her younger brother, Trey, got a cross chain. Parker reacts like any proud parent ... before the jail's automated system cuts in to warn the call is about to end.

Chicago rap veteran Twista has pleaded guilty in federal court after prosecutors accused him of dodging hundreds of thousands of dollars in income taxes over multiple years.

According to court docs filed this week, the 52-year-old, born Carl Mitchell, entered a guilty plea last month in U.S. District Court ... admitting to five counts of willfully failing to pay income tax.

Federal prosecutors say Twista failed to pay income taxes from 2019 through 2023 despite earning income from performances, streaming royalties, album sales, and music licensing.

23-year-old Cameron Conley has been arrested and charged with Boating Under the Influence after 19-year-old Marly Kinney went missing during a boating outing on a Kentucky lake -- with authorities now conducting an active search for the teen.

Officials with the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife say Marly was last seen on June 24 at Grayson Lake. According to local outlets, authorities were called to a boat ramp on the lake after 23-year-old Cameron Conley reportedly told marina staff he could not locate a woman who had been on his boat.

According to the reports, responding state troopers said Conley showed signs of impairment, including the smell of alcohol and bloodshot eyes ... officers had then questioned him about possible drinking while operating the boat.

Deon Derrico is keeping busy in court ... because not only did he file a restraining order against his ex-wife, he's now suing a business partner over a real estate deal.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the "Doubling Down With the Derricos" star claims a guy named Tyrone Sprewell is attempting to sell a home he says they co-own, before they've fully hammered out and resolved their ownership disputes.

Deon says he's entitled to a 25% stake in the home independent of Tyrone and insists Tyrone needs his sign-off before he can unload the place.

Security footage in Big Tigger's home appears to capture part of a fight with his wife, including his alleged assault of her ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained footage from a Ring camera that captured the alleged May 9 incident, where the former “Rap City” host’s wife, Alicia, claims he attacked her.

In the video, you can hear Alicia telling someone to take a picture … that’s when it looks like Big Tigger approaches her, grabbing her by the neck and telling her to stop.

Tom Sandoval isn't the only one with battle scars ... his ex-girlfriend's father says he was also brutalized the night of their violent showdown, so he's trying to get his restraining order against Tom.

Victoria Lee Robinson's dad, Will, filed a restraining order, and according to the docs ... Will's back got seriously jacked up during the June 3 fight at the Hollywood Hills rental home where all three of them had been living.

We broke the story ... video shows Sandoval getting in Victoria's face, then Will grabs Tom, and then Tom shoves Will into a lit fire pit. Now, Will says he suffered a ruptured disc in his back, broke his thumb and elbow, and cut his heel during that confrontation.

Casper O'Brien -- the obese 7-year-old who died weighing 255 pounds -- was fed a diet of French fries and chips ... this according to prosecutors who charged his parents with murder.

John Potbury, the Genesee County Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, tells TMZ ... Casper's parents, Damien and Jessica O'Brien, fed him the same thing every day ... a large bag of potato chips, a large order of French fries, apple juice, and Sparkling Ice carbonated water.

According to Potbury, there's no indication Casper was allowed to exercise to shed weight ... and he says the child had bed sores from staying stationary in bed for great lengths of time.

We're told Casper weighed 104 pounds in February 2024 ... but, less than two years later, he'd gained more than 150 pounds.

A Utah judge is apparently pissed that prosecutors in Tyler Robinson's murder trial blabbed to the press in violation of a gag order ... but the death penalty is still on the table.

Utah Judge Tony Graf found prosecutor Christopher Ballard in civil contempt for talking to the media about evidence in the case ... namely, conflicting information about whether the bullet matched the rifle Robinson allegedly used to shoot and kill Charlie Kirk.

As you know, Robinson's lawyers previously filed docs claiming the ballistics didn't add up … which sparked online theories about whether Robinson's gun fired the fatal shot ... and prompted prosecutors to try to clarify the forensics to the media.
