Sean "Diddy" Combs is doing time in solitary confinement after getting into a violent prison brawl ... and his new surroundings come with new rules and restrictions.

We got our hands on the Admission and Orientation Inmate Handbook for FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, where Diddy is locked up, and it lays out life inside "Disciplinary Segregation" ... otherwise known as "the hole."

According to the handbook ... Diddy will be denied certain privileges for breaking the Bureau of Prisons' rules and regulations by getting into a fight with another inmate last week. Diddy's personal property also might be taken away by prison officials.

Chris Brown's former housekeeper Maria Avila is on the hunt for the nearly $13 million she is owed for the vicious dog attack at the R&B singer's home ... and she wants to get her paws on the money he's making from his tour with Usher ... TMZ has learned. 

In court docs obtained by TMZ, Maria said Chris has "made no effort to satisfy any portion of the judgment." She now wants the court to give her full access to Chris' financial records so she can seize what she's owed.

Maria points out that Chris is currently on tour with Usher for The R&B Tour, which she says he is being paid handsomely. 

9 AM PT -- The Federal Bureau of Prisons has responded to Tate's gripes, telling TMZ ... "FDC Miami receives an annual water certification from Miami-Dade Water and Sewer concerning the quality of the drinking water supply. Currently, the drinking water at FDC Miami is certified safe to drink."

Andrew Tate claims his conditions in jail are cruel and unusual ... because the drinking water is not up to his standards ... and it's giving him a tummy ache.

The influencer went on a social media rant over the weekend, claiming the only water he has in his cell comes from a "brown and filthy" shower faucet.

Andrew says he is not allowed to drink bottled water and is being "forced to drink poisoned water." He says the water is not clean and is giving him "persistent stomach problems." Sorry, no Evian or Fiji water in the clink.

Former Minnesota Vikings defensive end Everson Griffen was arrested Friday night in southeastern Minnesota ... but the ex-NFL star insists the traffic stop was much less dramatic than it sounds.

Griffen was reportedly pulled over in Winona Thursday night, around 8:12 p.m., after reportedly driving 62 mph in a 40 mph zone on Riverview Drive.

A representative for the Winona County Detention Center tells TMZ ... Griffen was booked on a gross misdemeanor charge of not driving with an interlock device -- a device that won't let a car start unless the driver blows a 0.00 into the breathalyzer. Jail records show he was later released after posting bond.

Natalya Scudder -- a star on season 7 and season 8 of "Below Deck" -- says she spent the night in disgusting digs at a detention center before being deported from the USA.

We spoke to the reality star and influencer earlier this week ... and she told us all about her nightmarish experience -- which began when she was detained by authorities over photos she took in the USA during her last visit.

She says she was told cashing in on the snaps as she had meant she needed a different kind of visa than the one she applied for ... at which point she says they took her to a dirty room and told her she'd be staying for anywhere between 1 and 5 days.

Boosie Badazz is being sued by a security guard who says the rapper smashed a glass hookah over his head ... the latest development connected to the alleged assault which landed Boosie in jail.

Edward Iglehart II is suing the Louisiana-born rapper over an alleged incident which he says occurred on May 24 of this year at the Dome Nightclub in Houston, Texas.

Iglehart alleges he was hired to provide security in the VIP area at an event where Boosie -- real name Torrence Hatch, Jr. -- performed ... and, near the end of the night during closing, a woman who he says was in VIP with Boosie allegedly came up to him and asked him if she could re-enter to use the bathroom in a restricted area of the club.

A security guard for Drakeo the Ruler who says he was working for the rapper in late 2021 alleges he saw YG with a knife during the brawl that took Drakeo's life.

In a deposition from March 19, 2025, Alrick Cooper III -- a member of Drakeo's security detail at the Once Upon a Time in L.A. festival on December 18, 2021 -- swore YG was “front and center” during the fight, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Cooper claims YG was one of three men carrying what he said appeared to be short, improvised knives.

A senior Florida man hired a "sugar baby" he met on Tinder for $1,000 ... but ended their first date by ramming her car and pulling a gun when she attempted to flee.

Here's the deal -- police in Sumter County say 67-year-old David O’Brien told an unnamed woman he met on Tinder earlier this month that he was "looking for a sugar baby" and he'd pay $1,000 per visit, and the duo decided to meet for a date this past Tuesday.

Things appeared to be going as planned -- cops say O'Brien gave the woman $200 and took her to a lingerie store where she bought three items ... and then later gave her another $600 at a restaurant.

Lil Wayne says he has a pilot in his corner … in his battle with his ex-assistant over an alleged private jet assault, TMZ has learned. 

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the rapper said the pilot was recently deposed … and refuted the claims made by Wayne's former assistant, Andrew Williams. 

Andrew sued Wayne back in 2022, claiming the rapper punched him while onboard a private jet. Andrew said the incident went down when he tried to intervene to stop Wayne and the pilot from fighting. 

In new docs, the Lollipop rapper said the pilot "impeached" Andrew's version of events. 

The tension between Celeste Rivas and D4vd was at a boiling point before she was killed last April ... and it seems she was done with him.

This new information came to light Friday, during D4vd's preliminary hearing ... prosecutors showing text messages between the young teen and singer from August 2022 to March 2025, just a month before she was killed and dismembered.

In the March 2026 conversation, the 14-year-old girl told the singer she was through with him ... and that if they wanted to be friends ... it would only be online, never in person again.

The text read, "I don't want anything to do with you in person anymore." Later in the messages, D4vd told Celeste, "Yeah the boundary setting is terrible."

Celeste replied, "It's not even that, D, a lot more than just that."

Graphic photos of Celeste Rivas having sexual encounters with D4vd were described in court Friday ... and it was more than enough to send her parents running for the exit.

Prosecutors detailed numerous pics of Celeste engaged in sexual acts with her alleged murderer during D4vd's preliminary hearing ... and all the talk caused Celeste's parents to become distraught.

In fact, prosecutors actually suggested Celeste's mother and father leave the courtroom ... telling them they shouldn't hear about the images ... and they exited in tears.

Gruesome photos showing Celeste Rivas' dismembered and decomposing remains are so tough to look at, folks started pouring out of the courtroom after they were shown in court during D4vd's preliminary hearing.

During Friday's hearing, medical examiner Dr. Grant Ho -- who examined the young girl's body -- returned to the stand to describe incredibly graphic images presented by the prosecution.

At one point, Deputy District Attorney Beth Silverman showed photos of Celeste's two amputated fingers ... eliciting gasps and shrieks from inside the courtroom.

Even D4vd looked away from the graphic image.

Ashlee Jenae's fiancé, Joe McCann, isn't letting his name get dragged through the mud anymore ... he's ready to use the legal system if necessary ... and a legal threat seemingly made an influencer take back everything she'd said about him.

Here's the deal ... earlier this month, McCann's attorney, Edward Andrew Paltzik, sent a letter to a woman named Lisa Durden after she posted repeatedly on X about Ashlee's death ... repeating false claims that Joe killed her in Tanzania.

In the letter, obtained by TMZ, McCann's team included some of Durden's posts ... one of which read, in part, "Her fiancé sus as hell. He beat the s*** out of #AshleeJenae in the hotel while they were on vacation."

Ex-NFL star Marcellus Wiley's estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley, claims he violated a court order by coming within a few yards of her at an event they both attended … TMZ has learned. 

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Annemarie claims Marcellus came to their son's tournament on July 8, despite being served with paperwork for a temporary restraining order. The former 'RHOBH' star claims Marcellus came within 15 to 20 feet of her.

Annemarie took photos of Marcellus at the event and submitted them as evidence. She said he also called her, which is against the court order. 

YouTuber David Dobrik threw a huge birthday bash with Snoop Dogg in attendance ... and things got so crazy, someone called the cops.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... LAPD responded to a loud party call after 10 PM Thursday in Sherman Oaks ... and officers hung around until the shindig settled down.

As you can see, Snoop even talked to the fuzz for a bit ... snapping photos with cops and shaking their hands.

In the end, we're told there were no arrests or citations issued.

Jay-Z is going after the godmother of the man who claims he is the rapper's son … and the music mogul wants to make sure the woman can't dodge a 6-figure sum she owes him.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Jay-Z filed legal docs related to Lillie Coley’s ongoing bankruptcy case.

Jay-Z is asking that the $119K that Lillie was ordered to pay him not be wiped clean as part of her bankruptcy. He said the debt can’t be erased because the judge awarded it due to Lillie’s “fraudulent statements and misrepresentations designed to harass and target” him.
