Clint Eastwood's daughter Francesca is out on bail after getting busted for felony domestic violence for allegedly getting physical with her boyfriend.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Francesca was driving around Beverly Hills with her boyfriend Saturday night when they got into a verbal argument, which escalated when Francesca allegedly got physical.

Our sources say Francesca's BF called the cops and police advised him to drive to the Safety Zone at the Beverly Hills Police Department to meet with officers.

Diddy's legal team is pushing back on the Texas attorney who hit Diddy with a slew of lawsuits Monday ... slamming Tony Buzbee as a lawyer craving attention.

The Bad Boy Records founder's attorneys tell TMZ ... "The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today's barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity" ... a reference to Buzbee, who says he's representing 120 alleged Diddy victims.

Diddy's legal team adds ... "In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone -- adult or minor, man or woman."

The armed suspect who was arrested on gun charges outside Donald Trump's Coachella rally in California was happy to talk to the sheriff's deputies who busted him, but he wasn't so chatty with federal agents ... because they made him wait too long for an interview ... and now the feds don't have a motive.

Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco tells TMZ ... the suspect, 49-year-old Vem Miller, had a cordial interaction Saturday with the deputies who interviewed him, and he was cooperative.

The Sheriff says deputies specifically talked to Miller about the guns he allegedly possessed, because the weapons were the reason he was arrested ... but protocol calls for federal agents to figure out the motive.

Mustard's divorce is in the books ... because he's come to a settlement with his ex-wife Chanel Thierry ... and he's walking away with a ton of luxury cars and real estate.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Mustard's divorce attorney Samantha Spector helped with the deal in which it looks like Mustard is walking away with a bunch of pricey assets.

The settlement calls for Mustard to hang on to a fleet of luxury whips, including a 2022 Maybach Benz, a 2018 Lamborghini Aventador, a 2022 Cadillac Escalade, a 2022 Rolls-Royce Cullinan and a 2019 Lamborghini Urus ... plus more.

The floodgates are open and Diddy is being sued left and right by people who claim he sexually assaulted them ... including a handful of men.

Diddy has now been named in 6 separate lawsuits filed by Tony Buzbee, the Texas attorney who says he's representing up to 120 alleged Diddy victims ... and 4 of the 6 filed so far feature male accusers.

In one suit, a man says he was working for Ecko Clothing back in 2008 and knew Diddy through his work ... as Diddy was developing and marketing Sean John, a competing brand. He says he ran into Diddy and Diddy's 3 bodyguards in the stockroom of Macy's flagship store in NYC in May 2008, and he claims someone pistol-whipped the back of his neck and caused him to fall to his hands and knees. He claims Diddy approached him and said "Suck my d***, Ecko" and brutally, orally raped him.

Diddy forced a college freshman to take her clothes off under threat of violence and once she was undressed, he forced himself on her and fondled, molested and raped her ... all while she was begging him to stop ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The Bad Boy Records founder is being sued by a woman in Tennessee, who claims she was only 19 years old and a freshman in college in 2004 when she got invited to Diddy's photoshoot across the street from her college campus in Brooklyn, New York.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman says she was flattered and excited to receive an invite from a celebrity like Diddy ... so she went to the photoshoot with one of her girlfriends, where she says they met Diddy and were invited to an after-party at a Manhattan area Marriott hotel.

Christian "King" Combs isn't letting his dad's legal woes get in the way of him having a good time ... a video of King partying was posted days after he attended Diddy's latest court hearing in the mogul's federal criminal case.

Check out the video posted Sunday by Live Bitez to Instagram ... King is hanging out with his GF Raven Tracy in a dance club, holding a shot glass filled with liquor over her head.

He says something that's inaudible and makes circles with the glass around Raven's head before giving her a sip.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard has some advice for the Menendez brothers ... saying the outside world is so different -- and, a good therapist goes a long way.

We caught up with Gyspy at LAX Sunday ... and, we had to ask her about the Erik and Lyle Menendez who are serving life sentences for murdering their parents -- though their case is receiving renewed attention over evidence supporting the claims their dad sexually abused them.

GRB -- who was sentenced to 10 years in jail for second-degree murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, who abused her -- says she's not super educated on the intricacies of the Menendez case ... but, she stands for all victims of abuse.

A man who allegedly possessed multiple illegal weapons was arrested about a quarter of a mile from Donald Trump's Coachella rally.

According to the Riverside County sheriff’s office, 49-year-old Vem Miller was stopped at a checkpoint Saturday night not far from Trump's Coachella Valley rally.

Cops claim Miller was illegally in possession of a shotgun, a loaded handgun, and a high-capacity magazine. They say they took him into custody without incident.

Kanye West's ex-executive/personal assistant is adding to her previous claims about the mogul ... claiming not only was she sexually harassed by Ye -- but, she alleges the rapper drugged her at a studio session cohosted by Diddy, too.

Lauren Pisciotta -- who filed a lawsuit against against Kanye back in June claiming he fired her after sending vile sexual texts and and videos -- amended the lawsuit with several new claims ... including saying she attended a studio session with the "Donda" rapper and Diddy.

Pisciotta says she and her former artist management client -- who's name is not in the lawsuit -- were invited by Ye to the session he cohosted with Diddy.

4:40 PM PT -- Howard King, Dr. Dre's attorney, tells TMZ ... "Mr. Sophy got some text messages in 2023 from an angry patient who had been mistreated, along with his entire family, by a self-proclaimed psychiatric expert. Nothing has changed since 2023 that would warrant this desperate filing and attempt for attention other than Mr. Young's refusal to drop his confidential efforts to have Sophy's license terminated by the Osteopathic Medical Board."

4:10 PM PT -- The judge has granted the TRO.

Dr. Dre's former psychiatrist isn't just suing him, he's downright terrified of him -- so much so, he's asking a judge to order the music mogul to stay away ... TMZ has learned.

Dr. Charles Sophy filed for a temporary restraining order Friday in L.A. County Court ... citing the alleged threats he says Dre texted him over the course of 18 months. Sophy, who had served as a marriage counselor for Dre and his now ex-wife Nicole during their divorce, wants the court to force Dre to stay 100 yards away from him and his 22-year-old son.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, he also wants Dre to stop contacting him altogether ... whether by phone, text or email. Sophy's fear is evident in the documents -- he says Dre knows where he lives, and has previously been inside his home.

Rosie O'Donnell says people need to stop hating on the Menendez brothers ... asking people to show more compassion, as new evidence surfaces in the decades-old case.

The TV personality took a few questions at LAX this week ... all about Erik and Lyle Menendez, who O'Donnell publicly came out in support of after the documentary series "Menendez: Monsters or Misjudged" dropped on Max in 2022.

Rosie said people need to show grace and understanding for the brothers' crime, because they were abused young men who had no choice but to shoot and kill both of their parents back in 1989.

10/11 5:32 AM PT -- Dr. Charles Sophy's attorney, Christopher Frost, tells TMZ ... "All mental health professionals work with individuals and families at their most vulnerable and emotionally challenging times of their lives. However, threatening and harassing someone as a means to express one’s emotions is an unacceptable behavior that the world at large cannot tolerate. Unfortunately, Mr. Young’s recent conduct since the filing of the complaint only perpetuates his chosen consistent pattern of behavior. This dispute is about his consistent pattern of negative and abusive behavior and nothing else."

Dr. Dre's firing back against his former psychiatrist, Dr. Charles Sophy, a day after the shrink filed a lawsuit against the music mogul ... claiming Sophy tried to turn Dre's own son against him.

In a legal letter obtained by TMZ -- sent back in February, 2023 -- Dr. Dre's lawyer, Howard King, rips into Sophy, claiming the doc committed malpractice and breached his duty of trust.

King expressed a similar sentiment to TMZ in response to Sophy filing his lawsuit Wednesday, accusing Dre of threatening him -- however, the letter paints a more serious picture of the alleged havoc wreaked by Sophy.

Federal prosecutors fired back at Diddy’s attorney in court Thursday, saying he wrongfully accused them of racially profiling their famous client in the TMZ documentary “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment.”

In our September documentary, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said the feds were pursuing the criminal case against his client as a “takedown of a successful Black man.”

Agnifilo had said the feds couldn't nail Diddy for anything related to taxes or his business empire ... so they started poking around in his bedroom. In a grand jury indictment, the feds charged Diddy with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Kanye West is being sued by a man claiming to be his former director of intelligence ... who has alleged the rapper ordered him to orchestrate investigations into both wife Bianca Censori and former in-laws, the Kardashians.

In new court documents obtained by TMZ ... the man -- who is suing anonymously as John Doe -- claims the rapper never paid him for work done over several pay periods and caused him emotional distress.

Per the lawsuit, in December 2022, Ye had initially hired the staffer to be his campaign manager for his presidential run ... but later reworked his role to be Yeezy's "Director of Intelligence."

Marilyn Manson may still face charges for alleged sexual misconduct ... with the L.A. District Attorney saying new evidence has recently emerged in the case.

Los Angeles County D.A. George Gascón released a statement Thursday ... saying prosecutors in the D.A.'s Sex Crimes Division are reviewing new leads and additional evidence that have come to their attention from the L.A. County Sheriff's Department.

While he didn't provide any details, Gascón adds senior staffers are meeting with accusers in this case before they make a filing decision. He did note he isn't meeting with them personally though ... saying it would be inappropriate for him, as D.A., to do so during the investigation.
