Big break in the Matthew Perry death investigation -- there have been multiple arrests made, including at least one doctor ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... multiple law enforcement agencies have executed search warrants and seized computers, phones and other electronic equipment to determine who supplied Perry with the ketamine that caused him to lose consciousness last October and drown in his hot tub in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles.

Perry had been getting ketamine infusion therapy for anxiety and depression, but the last therapy was a week and a half before his death, so the ketamine in his system was not doctor-prescribed.

Alyvia Alyn Lind is getting a pretty good cut of some streaming dough for an upcoming Netflix production ... she's set to earn more than $500,000 for the limited series.

The 17-year-old actress is starring in "Wayward" ... and her minor's contract shows just how handsomely she's being paid.

According to the contract, filed in court and obtained by TMZ, Alyvia is raking in $75,000 per episode for the inaugural season.

Rachael Lillis, the voice actor best known for voicing Misty, Jessie and Jigglypuff in the "Pokémon" franchise, has died ... her sister, Laurie Orr, confirmed.

The veteran performer passed away peacefully in her sleep Saturday evening ... after battling breast cancer. Laurie -- who shared the news on the GoFundMe launched for her sister's care -- said she was unable to be by Rachael's side when she passed, but assured fans RL died "without pain."

She added ... "It was just this past week that she was starting to decline. This was unexpected and we are completely grief-stricken. We ask for peace, for now, as her family grieves this loss."
