Kelsey Grammer thinks the education system in America is like "child abuse" ... because he claims teachers criticize the U.S. too much.

Kelsey breaks his reasoning down to Katie Miller on her podcast ... the way he sees it, educators who crap all over America aren't good for our kids.

According to KG, teachers are saying the U.S. is a bad country, in turn making children wonder if they're bad, too ... something he says is straight-up abusive.

Kaitlan Collins is still in a back-and-forth with President Trump, telling Jon Stewart she wasn't surprised at all the commander-in-chief insulted her during his speech at the White House Correspondents' Dinner because he does it all the time.

The CNN host of "The Source With Kaitlan Collins" sat down with Stewart on Monday's episode of "The Daily Show," revealing that the president "pretty regularly" insults her inside the Oval Office, so it was no biggie that he did it at the WHCD last Friday. She said the only difference this time was that it was a larger venue.

She also said Trump was just pissed she won an award for her tough-as-nails reporting about him, which is why he likened her to trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney during his WHCD speech. Trump also said Kaitlan never smiles despite being young and attractive, and she works for "CNN fake news."  

Tom Cruise's daughter, Suri, dropped the "Cruise" from her name, TMZ has confirmed.

According to Pennsylvania records ... in 2024 the only daughter of Tom and Katie Holmes registered to vote under the name Suri Noelle ... during her freshman year at Carnegie Mellon University.

A source tells TMZ ... Suri and Tom have been estranged since she was 7 years old.

Ron Harper is a proud papa who’s still in pure shock over his son Dylan Harper’s breakout rookie season with the San Antonio Spurs!

“Is Dylan Harper really my son?! It’s really awesome and a great time to see him play,” Ron recently told TMZ Sports from the golf course.

Music producer Tay Keith left behind a massive estate when he died, including a car collection and a home in Tennessee, TMZ has learned. 

Court docs reveal Tay’s family member was appointed as the administrator of his estate.

The family member said the estate includes substantial assets, bank accounts, money market accounts, a Mercedes-Maybach and a Lambo. The other assets include 50% interest in a home in Memphis, interest in Shadow Tequila, a 50% interest in an engineering studio, music publishing interests, his music catalog, and his trademark and royalties.

Evidence apparently shows Nolan Wells was still on Horn Island when his friends' boat left ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge of the investigation claim authorities have evidence of Nolan being on the Mississippi barrier island after the boat departed on the Fourth of July ... which would be a huge development.

We're told at least two witnesses who were interviewed by law enforcement say they saw Nolan on the island after the boat headed back to the mainland.

Patrick Steinfeld, who is representing Celeste's parents, held court Monday following D4vd's preliminary hearing ... saying he was disturbed by the defense's tactics in court.

Steinfeld blasted the defense for "stopping at nothing" to discredit the prosecution's evidence ... saying Celeste's family was horrified to hear D4vd's defense attorneys attempt to place blame on their minor child.

Weinsten, tells TMZ, "This purported filing by Ms Banks is just the latest desperate ... act from someone who has already been found liable in a court of law for defaming my client over many years, threatening this family, interfering with his business and other outrageous conduct."

Jeff sued Azealia in 2020 for alleged defamation, stalking, invasion of privacy and civil extortion. She denied the claims. The singer filed a countersuit, but the claims were dismissed. Jeff's lawsuit against Azealia remains ongoing.

Jeff's lawyer said they recently completed a trial on the issue of damages where they put forth evidence of the alleged damage caused by "Ms. Banks and her antics."

Michael tells TMZ, "We are expecting a ruling in the coming months and look forward to the court holding Ms. Banks fully accountable for her actions." He said the singer had the chance to raise her "alleged grievances" in the lawsuit, "but all of her claims were dismissed ... with prejudice."

Azealia Banks just filed for a temporary restraining order against her ex-manager, claiming he psychologically and emotionally abused her for over a decade.

According to Monday’s filing, obtained by TMZ, AB says she’s been abused by Jeff Kwatinetz since 2014, when he allegedly got her to sign up for a life insurance policy when she was intoxicated.

Banks claims ... “He gave me expensive red wine and put the policy in front of me when I was drunk and we were cozied up.”

Gabrielle Cheyenne -- the woman who Usher kicked off stage after she wasn't feeling his steamy serenade -- has a confession ... she was at the show for Chris Brown ... and her reaction would have been totally different if Breezy brought her on stage.

Cassie scored a legal victory in the battle with one of the former male escorts suing her over freak offs with her ex, Diddy, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a federal court judge sided with Cassie and dismissed all claims against her brought by Clayton Howard.

The order does, however, give him the opportunity to amend some of his claims to potentially revive a portion of the case against Cassie. 

Clayton’s sued both Diddy and Cassie, claiming he suffered damages, including psychological injuries, after participating in the freak offs. He claimed Cassie coordinated the events. 

Michelle Hadley spent 88 days in jail for a twisted stalking plot she had nothing to do with ... and now we know how much money was shelled out to her over the massive screw-up.

Michelle is the focus of a new Netflix documentary, "A Toxic Love Story," about a 2016 cyberstalking case out of Anaheim ... where she was tossed into the clink after her ex-boyfriend, Ian Diaz, and his fiancée, Angela Connell, framed her for outlandish crimes ... such as trying to arrange for Angela to get raped via a Craigslist ad.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Michelle settled with Anaheim police for $1.8 million back in 2021 ... after she sued the city for what the doc shows was sloppy, rushed police work -- all because Ian used his influence as a U.S. Marshal at the time.
