Paul Marciano is making a major cut from his personal life ... because the co-founder of the fashion brand Guess has filed for legal separation from his wife.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Paul filed for legal separation on Monday from his wife, Mareva Georges Marciano, after nearly a decade together. He cites the usual "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

The docs show the two share one child, 13-year-old Gia ... and Paul is asking for joint legal and physical custody. He's also acknowledging spousal support will be handled under the terms of the couple's prenup ... which they signed back when they tied the knot in November 2016.

Rumors have been swirling that tennis star Taylor Fritz might be trying to play a few sets with Olivia Jade on the court of love ... but TMZ has learned there's nothing to the gossip.

Here's the deal ... Taylor and Olivia -- Jacob Elordi's ex -- were recently spotted at the super exclusive The Bird Streets Club in WeHo ... and word on the street, they were getting awfully cozy, sparking dating speculation.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Taylor and Olivia are NOT dating ... what's more, we hear ... Taylor isn't even looking to get into another relationship due to his recent split from Morgan Riddle ... who he was with for 6 years.

Yeah, you read that right ... Bella Vaughn and Hunter Johnson from TLC's "Unexpected" are engaged -- and they're only 16 and 14 years old, respectively.

If you don't know ... "Unexpected" is a reality show that follows teen pregnancies and parenthood, which means -- you guessed it -- the young teens have a baby of their own.

Get this ... Hunter was only 12 when Bella got pregnant with their son, Wes.

Just to really put things in perspective, Bella gave birth to Wes on the season that's currently airing -- she was 15 at the time -- all while Hunter was fighting not to fail the 8th grade.

So, of course the natural next step for them was to get engaged.

Bella announced Wednesday that Hunter had popped the question ... posting a pic of a new engagement ring on the finger where her promise ring used to be.

The text on the slideshow reads ... "now the best thing about my left hand... is a ring on it from the right man."

The internet is running wild with Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini theories ... but one can be put to rest -- the NFL reporter did NOT name her first son after the coach, TMZ Sports has learned.

Cyber sleuths have been looking into both Vrabel and Russini ever since their cozy resort pics dropped last month ... and it didn't take long for them to highlight the fact that Russini's son and Vrabel share the same moniker.

The chatter intensified after we posted a story about the two enjoying a private trip on the water in June 2021 ... weeks before she welcomed her child with her husband, Kevin Goldschmidt. On top of that, she also had an old post where she mentioned her infant son and questioned the best Mikes in NFL history to play and coach.

'Bachelorette' alum DeAnna Pappas is dragging her ex-husband, Stephen Stagliano, into court, claiming he should be ordered to pay her $109K plus interest for violating the terms of their 2024 divorce settlement ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, DeAnna claims she was awarded one-half of Stephen's retirement account, but alleges Stephen withdrew a bunch of money before paying her. She says her team determined her cut was $109K, but she says her ex has failed to cough up the cash.

In her filing, DeAnna asked for a judge to find Stephen in violation of the deal and wants him to be ordered to fork over the money ... plus interest. There's a hearing set for June on the matter.

The woman suing Renee Zellweger and Ant Anstead over an alleged injury at his rental home is looking for more than $10 million in damages ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Tracey Belland filed a doc laying out the multi-million dollar sum she wants to collect in her suit against Zellweger, Antstead, and the owner of the home in question, Glenn Wilson.

Tracey said the millions will compensate for her pain and suffering and her emotional distress from the alleged incident ... not to mention a little more for her medical expenses. But Glenn claims Tracey filed for bankruptcy and failed to mention the lawsuit … and says she can no longer bring it. He's asking the judge to throw out the lawsuit. A judge has yet to rule.

Blake Shelton had some choice words to say about his conspicuous absence from the opening night of Gwen Stefani's No Doubt residency at the Las Vegas Sphere!

TMZ obtained a clip of him addressing the situation during his Wednesday evening show at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, right down the street from his wife's venue. He jokes ... "What kind of a d***head books us the exact same nights every single night? I think my manager did that."

Blake was just joking around, of course ... he was in high spirits as he performed for adoring fans. He's currently enjoying a Las Vegas residency titled "Blake Shelton: Live In Las Vegas" at The Colosseum throughout May. Meanwhile, No Doubt will perform 18 shows at the Sphere through mid-June.

Justin Baldoni is looking anything but stressed after finally closing the chapter on his long-running legal drama with Blake Lively.

We got photos of the actor spotted Wednesday in Nashville stepping out with wife Emily Baldoni and flashing a big grin in his first public sighting since the two sides reached a surprise settlement earlier this week.

The couple kept it casual for the outing at Little Rad Market, rocking matching baseball caps and jeans. Baldoni layered a tan cardigan over a tank, while Emily sported a sweater. The two held hands as they walked out in good spirits.

The murder-suicide of the famed restaurateur Texas couple -- which also left their two young children dead -- has the former chef at their Houston restaurant reeling ... and looking back to see if he missed any clues to the impending catastrophe.

If you don't know ... the bodies of 52-year-old Matthew Mitchell, his wife, 39-year-old Thy Mitchell, their 8-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son were discovered shot to death in their upscale Houston home Monday. Police say Matthew killed his family before taking his own life.

Their popular establishment, Traveler's Table, was featured on the show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" hosted by Emmy winner Guy Fieri ... with their former head chef, Stanton Bundy, who tells TMZ ... he's questioning everything in the aftermath of the tragedy -- including his faith.

Looks like A$AP Rocky is still shaking off those tense Met Gala vibes with Rihanna ... 'cause the man was spotted looking seriously glum during a late-night NYC outing.

Rocky was seen hopping into a car Tuesday night in the Big Apple ... rocking his usual stylish fit and dark shades, but definitely not serving big-smile energy.

The solo outing was clearly needed after Monday’s eyebrow-raising Met Gala moments -- including viral video showing Rihanna shooting Rocky a look while he chatted away with another woman.

Looks like the Met Gala tension between Rihanna and A$AP Rocky might've been overblown ... or at least misplaced.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ the woman seen chatting with Rocky on the carpet Monday night in now-viral video is Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert ... the Italian fashion editor and stylist who's known Rihanna for years and who has "a lot of respect" for her.

We’re told the clip making the rounds online doesn’t show the full interaction ... because Giovanna was actually talking with Rihanna first -- and the two were laughing together before she continued the conversation with Rocky nearby.

Tensions between Rihanna and A$AP Rocky boiled over not once, but TWICE at Monday's Met Gala in NYC ... with the latest video showing the couple clearly unhappy behind the scenes. 

Video posted to X Tuesday night featured A$AP chatting with 2 other women at the event while RiRi was being interviewed by a reporter just steps away. At one point, RiRi turns to A$AP with a glum expression while answering questions from the journalist.

Rocky then walks over to greet the reporter -- and then tries to engage with RiRi, who becomes standoffish.
