"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Cynthia Bailey is mourning the loss of a dear friend ... famous fashion designer and celeb stylist Kithe Brewster.

Kithe died this week at 60 and Cynthia tells us she's "heartbroken" over his passing.

Cynthia tells TMZ … "He was more than just an incredible fashion designer, he was family to me, like a brother. He was truly a visionary and so far ahead of his time creatively."

Looks like A$AP Rocky is still shaking off those tense Met Gala vibes with Rihanna ... 'cause the man was spotted looking seriously glum during a late-night NYC outing.

Rocky was seen hopping into a car Tuesday night in the Big Apple ... rocking his usual stylish fit and dark shades, but definitely not serving big-smile energy.

We've got new video from the scary moment outside the venue Monday ... it starts when the protester shows photographers a sign calling out Amazon for refusing to negotiate a union contract with employees at JFK8, an Amazon warehouse on Staten Island. Warehouse workers voted to unionize in 2022 ... but the company has refused to recognize the movement and has been accused of employing union-busting tactics.

The sign also alleges this protester spent five days in an Israeli prison for espousing these views.

The Met Gala might not have an official end time ... but these stars knew when it was time to pack up and head out to the after-party.

Big-time stars left The Metropolitan Museum of Art Monday night and headed for a couple parties thrown by major brands ... celebs like Hailey Bieber, Tessa Thompson, and Charli XCX kept the vibes high at the Saint Laurent after-party at People's Bar in Manhattan.

These stars didn't need to change into comfy clothes and head to bed -- though Charli certainly sported a stripped down look ... and neither did other attendees like Camila Mendes, Marcello Hernandez, Kendall Jenner, and more.

The Met Gala red carpet is officially on and the early arrivals are already going full main character.

The Carters are in the house ... Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and Blue Ivy made the gala a family affair ... and they look stunning.

Sabrina Carpenter arrived wearing all black in Hollywood glam. Gigi Hadid showed up in a sheer, dark gray gown as she shows off her bare back and bum while glistening in the carpet lighting. Amanda Seyfried and Connor Storrie also made their respected cameos. Amanda in a blush pink, floor-length maxi dress paired with a dazzling necklace to brighten the look. Connor making his Met Gala debut in an all-black moment, serving up some shoulders with a polka-dotted halter top that trails behind as he takes his first steps.

Madonna arrived wearing a dramatic pirate inspired hat and a brass trumpet, accompanied by women in sheer blindfolds who highlight her look.

Earlier on ... Cara Delevingne, Bill Skarsgård, and Lauren Sánchez Bezos were some of the first to arrive. Cara stunned in a sleek black gown with a sheer, trailing back that turned the museum steps into her runway, while Skarsgård brought his signature edge to the carpet, wearing a suit with a double-breasted trench coat. Sánchez Bezos showed up in a strapless navy gown dripping with jeweled shoulder details.

Inside fashion's biggest night, stars are dressing to the dress code "Fashion Is Art" -- the theme is "Costume Art" -- celebrating the Met's "Costume Art" exhibition.

Kylie Jenner might be regretting her no eyebrow Met Gala look ... 'cause she says her brows are now ruined!

The makeup connoisseur documented her glam squad trying to dye her eyebrows back to black after she opted to bleach them to go with her custom Schiaparelli gown Monday night. Look at her IG clip -- she's cracking up as she says her "brows are ruined" and "this looks horrible."

Someone off-camera even accuses her hairstylist, Iggy Rosales, of leaving her "with no hair" -- but it's all clearly fun and games. And ... we're sure her makeup skills will have her eyebrows looking like nothin' even happened!
