The day after TheBlaze's ultra conservative host had drinks with Trevor Noah, she met Charlamagne -- most likely to discuss why she blew off an appearance on his radio show.
The odd couple says they're trying to understand each other's views on everything from politics to BPM -- yes, black penises matter has become a thing thanks to these two.
The whole encounter was fun and games, right up until Tomi suggested they head to Trump Tower. Let's just say ... Charlamagne don't play that.

50 Cent $14.5 Mil from Lawyers He Accused Of Sleek Audio Screw Job
12/2/2016 3:35 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF
50 Cent just got a HUGE financial helping hand in his bankruptcy case -- his old lawyers will cough up $14.5 million after a sweet settlement deal.
50 had sued his team of attorneys for malpractice, insisting they did a shoddy job repping him against Sleek Audio. You'll recall, Fiddy lost that case and owed Sleek a ton of cash.
Rather than go to trial, the lawyers have struck a deal with the rapper ... agreeing to pay him the $14.5 mil. Not that Fiddy will be able to spend it -- it's already spoken for due to his bankruptcy.
According to docs filed in that case ... 50 still owes $23 million to his creditors, including $17 mil to Sleek -- so the settlement money's likely going straight into their pockets, not his.
The bankruptcy judge still needs to sign off on the deal.

Lil Yachty Hey Shia, Stick to Your Script ... You're Not On My Level

If Lil Yachty's got something for him -- it's sound advice.
We got the Atlanta MC leaving LAX Friday, and had to ask if he had a response to Shia's new diss track, "Zapruder." One highlight -- Shia referring to Yachty as "Lil Romeo meets Raggedy Ann."
Yachty's not impressed ... in fact, his assessment of Shia's MC skills is pretty simple: get back to doing what you know how to do. Even Steven?

Aaron Paul Happy 30th to My Wife ... Let's Do Thai for 10
12/2/2016 1:59 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Aaron Paul sure loves his wife, and his space -- he's renting out a massive private villa in Thailand just for the 2 of them.
Aaron is sitting beachside in Thailand this week with his wife, Lauren Parsekian, to celebrate her 30th birthday. Rather than getting a hotel room, Aaron basically opted for a compound -- a 10-bedroom, 8-bath estate -- which usually rents for more than $5,000 a night.
We're told Aaron got hooked up from Airbnb, so it probably won't cost him that much to live like royalty. Based on his Instagram, Lauren and Aaron are toughing their way through all this luxury.

Nickelback Canadian Cops Busted By Band ... Our Music Is No Joke
12/2/2016 12:05 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Nickelback isn't laughing about Canadian cops joking they'll torture drunk drivers by playing the band's music in patrol cars -- in fact, Nickelback got pissed and shut down the prank.
A spokesperson for Kensington Police tells TMZ a Nickelback rep demanded they take down the Facebook post that went viral this week. The post warned holiday season DUI offenders they'd get hit with fines, criminal charges, driving suspension and "the office's copy of Nickelback in the cruiser on the way to jail."
Funny. To everyone but Nickelback. Cops say the rep was polite, but made it clear Chad Kroeger and co. didn't like being the butt of the joke. Apparently, they're not used to it yet.
Kensington cops say they never meant to embarrass the band, they were just looking for an effective way to get the anti-DUI message to the public. Mission accomplished.

Avenged Sevenfold Warner Bros. Can't Release Our Greatest Hits ... Unless We Say So!!
12/2/2016 11:33 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Avenged Sevenfold is going to war with Warner Bros. Records over a greatest hits album they don't think is so great ... because they never gave it their seal of approval.
The heavy metal band claims WBR released the album without notifying them, letting them select the songs or prepare the artwork -- a clear violation of their recording agreement ... according to a letter fired off to the company's CFO.
Avenged recently left WBR and signed with Capitol Records, then released a new album in October. A source close to the band tells us ... they believe WBR was pissed, so they rushed out a greatest hits album "in a fit of vindictiveness" to eat up the sales of their new record.
The band's demanding WBR pull "The Best of 2005-2013" from the shelves.
We reached out to Warner Bros. Records ... so far, no word back.

JonBenet Ramsey Investigator My Theory Burke Did It Is Just That ... Theory
12/2/2016 10:19 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
The famed investigator who strongly suggested JonBenet Ramsey was killed by her older brother ... insists he has every right to say so thanks to the Constitution.
Dr. Werner Spitz filed a response Friday to Burke Ramsey's defamation suit, saying the First Amendment allows him to hypothesize who her killer might have been ... because he's not claiming it's FACT, just his theory.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Spitz says defamation claims must be based on a "provably false statement of fact," and insists his statements are not. He even points out the radio show that aired his "opinion" noted Spitz's theory hadn't been proven in court.
As we reported ... Burke Ramsey sued Dr. Spitz for $150 million after openly suggesting Burke killed JonBenet. He made very similar remarks during a CBS special about the unsolved case.
Spitz is asking a judge to dismiss the case.
