Draper Police Chief Rich Ferguson tells TMZ ... the City Prosecutor has submitted the case to the Salt Lake County District Attorney for evaluation ... this is regarding the alleged February incident in which TFP is accused of choking Dakota Mortensen and ripping a necklace off his neck.

According to Ferguson, the D.A. will determine if any charges will be filed ... but even if the D.A. doesn't file charges, the City Prosecutor could still decide to bring forth more legal action in the case.

"Looksmaxxing" influencer Clavicular unloaded a clip on a dead alligator in a Florida swamp ... and it's all on video.

The streamer was cruising through the Florida Everglades on an airboat when his group came upon a dead gator floating in the water ... and Claviuclar pulled out a handgun and squeezed off a bunch of shots.

Months after a woman hit Paul Pierce with a paternity lawsuit ... she is now asking a court to make the NBA great pony up nearly $30K a month in child support.

In court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, Princess Santiago claims Paul is the father of her newborn and is asking the judge to award her sole legal and physical custody, monthly child support in the amount of $29,811 and another $100K for her legal bills. She is also again requesting genetic testing to confirm that Paul is, in fact, the daddy.

On top of that, she wants Paul to pay one-half of all "reasonable expenses" relating to her pregnancy, birth, and post-birth expenses -- which she says totals $18,846.

Tate Paul -- Taylor Frankie Paul's ex-husband and father of 2 of her kids -- reportedly talked to cops following Taylor's infamous on-camera fight with her other ex Dakota Mortensen in 2023 ... and Tate had some shocking things to say about Taylor's mom.

People reports audio from a police call has Tate complaining about how Taylor's mother, Liann May, was interacting with their daughter after Taylor went ballistic on Dakota in front of the girl. Tate and Taylor share daughter Indy and a son named Ocean.
