A concert promoter in Bratislava, Slovakia, is suing Hollywood Vampires ... alleging Depp, Alice Cooper and JoePerry bailed on a July 2023 concert despite being paid around $277K in advance and never returning the money ... according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.
But, in new legal docs, Hollywood Vampires is firing back ... claiming the lawsuit should be dismissed due to a lack of personal jurisdiction. In other words, the band says the concert promoter didn't establish that the federal court in Texas had the power to deal with the case.
