This fight broke out at the Queen Apostles School in Toledo Thursday morning ... with CBS News reporting it began over a seating dispute between attendees.

While we don't see the incident that started the fight, the whole auditorium quickly falls into chaos ... with multiple adults throwing down in the fracas.

There's a report going around that Tom Hardy has been fired from his hit show "MobLand" after clashes with producers ... but TMZ has learned that's not exactly the case.

According to a source with direct knowledge ... while there is a good chance Tom may not return to the Paramount+ series ... the door is not totally shut. We're told the situation is fluid.

According to Puck ... Tom was canned after one too many behind-the-scenes clashes with producers Jez Butterworth and David Glasser. Butterworth allegedly said it was him or TH ... and Paramount chose Butterworth, says Puck.

10:15PM PT -- A source close to Rechnitz disputes the allegations entirely and says Mayweather’s financial, tax levy, and lien issues date back to at least 2018, years before they were ever involved professionally.

The source claims the boxer’s longstanding financial obligations and disputes were pre-existing and not caused by Rechnitz.

Floyd Mayweather says he got cleaned out to the tune of $175M ... claiming a former close associate ran a years-long scheme that allegedly drained his bank accounts, hijacked real estate deals, pawned off his jewelry and even made his private jet disappear.

According to a bombshell lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Sports, Floyd claims Jona Rechnitz spent years gaining his trust ... before allegedly becoming the boxer's de facto money manager, real estate guy and banking middleman.

Now, Mayweather says it was all one giant setup.

Ms. Rachel is showing her support for fellow children's entertainer Danny Go ... after his son passed away.

The YouTuber shared a post encouraging members of the "parent and caregiver community" to turn on Danny Go and send thoughts and prayers to him and his family.

She says she's very sorry for their loss ... and she's thinking of their "son's amazing joy and their immense pride."

Viral YouTube star Danny Go is grieving the heartbreaking loss of his young son after a long health battle.

Danny Go -- real name Daniel Coleman -- announced Friday on Instagram that his son died at age 14 ... writing, “Isaac Daniel Coleman 10/3/11 – 5/21/26.”

“Oh my sweet boy. There’s so much I want to say, but I don’t know how yet. I already miss you so much, and the pain in my heart is far more than I can process,” he began.

Erika Jayne won't be heading to trial in her monster $25 million legal war tied to ex-husband Tom Girardi ... because the whole thing was settled at the last minute.

Lawyers informed the judge Thursday the case had officially been resolved ... just days before jury selection was supposed to kick off.

The lawsuit stemmed from the collapse of Girardi's now-defunct law firm, Girardi Keese, with the bankruptcy trustee accusing Erika and her companies of burning through more than $25M in firm funds on glam expenses and personal bills.

8:52 AM PT -- Kyle Busch's medical emergency has been partially revealed by 911 audio obtained by TMZ Sports ... with a caller saying the NASCAR superstar was struggling to breathe, overheating and coughing up blood before medics rushed to help.

NASCAR legend Kyle Busch tragically died at the age of 41 Thursday ... and we are starting to learn more about what happened prior to his shocking passing.

Before being hospitalized ... Busch was testing in a racing simulator in Concord on Wednesday when he became unresponsive -- and was rushed for medical care, the Associated Press reported via unnamed sources.

As TMZ reported ... Busch's family, racing team, Richard Childress Racing, and NASCAR announced the shocking news yesterday afternoon.

Kyle scoffed at his ex Jillian Greene’s claims during their bitter divorce battle, according to court docs obtained by TMZ that deny the “repeated accusation” by Jillian that Kyle's “spending is out of control and that he fails to pay the expenses for his family and children.”

The docs reiterate that it is "plainly false to state that [Kyle] uses his money primarily to pay for his own lifestyle and his girlfriend’s lifestyle.”

Kyle claims Jillian is the one racking up debt on her credit cards, which he says he pays for ... adding that his ex lives large and recently dropped $2,300 on a lavish hotel room.

Tragedy in British TV ... actor Michael Keating -- best known for his work on "Doctor Who," "Blake’s 7" and "EastEnders" -- has died.

Michael’s agent, Dan Ireson, confirmed the news on Friday ... revealing the actor passed away peacefully at home on April 26. He also shared that Michael had been living with dementia before his death.

His exact cause of death has not been revealed.

Thora Birch is opening up about her sexuality publicly for the first time ... revealing she's bisexual more than seven years after marrying her husband.

The former child star -- best known for playing Dani, the redheaded little sister in "Hocus Pocus" -- shared the news Wednesday while attending the 35th anniversary celebration for The Abbey.

Birch says the LGBTQ+ community helped shape both her identity and her life ... stating, "As a hometown girl, I’m always here to show my support for the community, which shaped so much of who I am and my identity as well, being a bi person."
