Carrot Top's Saturday night show at the Luxor Casino in Las Vegas has officially been canceled following his suicide attempt.

TMZ has learned ... the comedian remains hospitalized and will continue to receive care for the time being.

We reported earlier ... the 61-year-old's Friday night show at the Luxor was called off ... and now his Saturday night show has also been canceled.

Nick's legal team says he hasn't been able to access the family's trust account -- which is worth $1.6 billion -- for even the most basic necessities ... this according to new filings obtained by PEOPLE.

Nick's legal team wrote in the filing ... "Nick still has not been able to access even $5 from his trust to buy basic subsistence items from the jail commissary."

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the comedian and longtime Las Vegas performer, whose real name is Scott Thompson, attempted suicide on Friday in the Vegas area and was rushed to a local hospital.

His Friday night show at the Luxor was canceled as a result.
