Things got seriously scary at a Wendy's in Los Angeles ... when a man pulled a giant knife on another guy during an altercation and threatened to kill him ... and it's all on video.

Ya gotta see the footage ... two men get in each other's faces at the Northridge fast food restaurant when one guy pulls a knife. The guy in the baseball hat dares the knife-wielding man to touch him and asks if he's going to do some stabbing.

The armed man responds ... "I'll f***ing kill you, dog."

Ric Flair has one more surgery -- and possibly a skin graft -- standing between him and a clean bill of health after a nasty fall hospitalized the Nature Boy ... and he looks great!

Iconic activist and civil rights leader Dolores Huerta is dead.

Her family announced her death Wednesday in a social media post, saying ... "We are deeply saddened to announce that our beloved mother, Dolores Huerta, has passed away today at the age of 96."

Dolores reportedly died after a battle with cancer.

She dedicated her life to activism and cofounded United Farm Workers alongside Cesar Chavez.

Cornell 7 frat brother Gillio Lopes' legal team is slamming New York Attorney General Letitia James over her explanation for why she called Jane Doe a survivor ... TMZ has learned.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Lopes' attorneys rejected James' characterization of her remarks as "mere empathy" ... and argued that declaring Jane Doe's account to be true before being appointed as special prosecutor seriously undermines her ability to perform an unbiased investigation.

We reported earlier ... James wrote on social media before being tapped to oversee the investigation ... "What this young woman has been forced to endure is horrific and unacceptable. I'm holding her in my heart and in my prayers. To her, and to all survivors: you're not alone. We stand with you."

Lopes' legal team says that by referring to Jane Doe as a survivor, James has compromised the fairness of the probe.

Katie Zacharia is blaming the media and D.C. politics for her abrupt firing as White House press secretary ... and she says she was "perplexed" when Fox News host Sean Hannity grilled her over her legal credentials.
