Lindsay Clancy's attorney is firing back at her ex-husband's legal team ... flatly denying claims she plans to testify in a civil lawsuit against her medical providers. 

In a statement released Wednesday, Lindsay's attorney, Kevin Reddington, blasted representations made by Patrick Clancy's attorney during a hearing in his ongoing wrongful death lawsuit against Lindsay's former mental health providers.

Reddington said, "Lindsay Clancy never told any of her healthcare providers that she harbored homicidal ideation toward her children."

He also pushed back on claims Lindsay is prepared to take the stand in Patrick's civil case, saying she never indicated she intended to testify and no one representing her ever suggested otherwise.

Reddington ended his statement with a pointed message ... "Mr. Clancy's counsel does not speak for Lindsay Clancy."

The statement came after Patrick's attorney told a Massachusetts judge Wednesday he believes Lindsay will testify that she explicitly informed her medical providers she was experiencing homicidal thoughts and feared something terrible could happen to her children.

The dispute unfolded during a hearing over a motion to dismiss Patrick's lawsuit against Lindsay's former medical providers, whom he accuses of mishandling her mental health treatment before the January 2023 deaths of their three kids -- Cora, Dawson, and Callan.

As we reported ... Lindsay was charged with murdering the children before attempting suicide. Her defense argued she suffered from postpartum psychosis, but prosecutors disagreed. Her trial ended in a mistrial in September.

Savannah Chrisley's fiancé apparently made quite the impression while serving time in federal prison ... 'cause TMZ has obtained records showing he was praised for his work ethic, teaching skills, and willingness to help fellow inmates.

According to Federal Bureau of Prisons records filed in court and obtained by TMZ, Jason Galanis received glowing reviews in a July 2017 work performance evaluation while serving as a volunteer tutor.

Prison officials wrote that Jason volunteered to teach several classes to fellow inmates and made a genuine effort to turn his negative experience behind bars into something positive.

President Donald Trump got into it with a heckler who shouted about Jeffrey Epstein during his Ohio rally ... claiming the protester was paid to disrupt the event before seemingly taking a swipe at his sexuality.

The President was speaking Wednesday when someone in the crowd began yelling about Epstein, causing Trump to stop his speech as the audience erupted in boos.

Trump fired back, claiming the heckler was a paid protester who received $250 to cause a scene, though he offered no evidence to back up the allegation.

Stevie Wonder's ex-fiancée, Carmen Efferson, isn't letting their bitter legal battle stop her from tending to the home she's lived in for nearly 40 years ... TMZ has learned.

Carmen was spotted outside the Los Angeles property Wednesday, spending time gardening in the yard as Stevie continues his efforts to evict her from the house.

Savannah Chrisley's fiancé expressed regret for his past crimes in a letter to the judge right before sentencing in his fraud case.

We've obtained Jason Galanis' letter to the judge, submitted about 2 weeks before he was sentenced to 189 months in federal prison ... and he writes that he is "profoundly sorry" to the people he hurt -- and for not displaying a strong enough moral character.

Galanis says he's had a lot of time to think over the previous few years -- and he realized he wasn't sorry for the right reasons -- not fully realizing how badly he hurt some people.

The California dog rescue operation where Ellen DeGeneres, Jennifer Aniston, Chrissy Teigen, Kris Jenner and other Hollywood stars got their furry friends ran a puppy laundering scheme where they sold dogs from puppy mills under the guise that they were rescues ... at least according to city officials.

According to a new legal complaint, obtained by TMZ, Wagmor and its founder Melissa Bacelar are being dragged to court over allegations that the dog rescue bought hundreds of pooches from commercial breeders and sold them in California as rescues who needed to be adopted.

In the civil enforcement action, the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office alleges Wagmor's customers shelled out $650 to $1,500 in "adoption fees" for the pups ... but instead of actually rescuing dogs in need, the unsuspecting customers were directly financing Wagmor's commercial breeding operation. The officials are looking to block the business from operating in this way and hit Wagmor with millions of dollars in civil penalties over the alleged practices.

Savannah Chrisley and her fiancé, Jason Galanis, already have a place to call home as they prepare to welcome their first child ... TMZ has learned.

According to real estate records obtained by TMZ, Savannah purchased a Nashville-area home for $2.225 million in February ... and sources tell us Jason is living there with her.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Dorit Kemsley's estranged husband PK Kemsley has a list of witnesses he plans to call to the stand in their divorce battle ... and some of them are pretty interesting.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, PK plans to call Dorit as a witness in court and plans to testify himself. He says he will also be calling the reality star's personal assistant.

PK says the assistant will be called to answer questions about Dorit's interactions with the children and observations of the kids.

Per the docs, PK also plans to call their 2 kids' longtime nanny to talk about her observations of Dorit and the kids' interactions.
